According to the invention, the fixed head cushion is used for being pressed under the head of the neonate, so that the head of the neonate is supported and lifted, meanwhile, the bending part of the fixed head cushion can be used for supporting the left half brain or the right half brain of the neonate in an abutting mode, so that the head of the neonate keeps sideways deflection in the atomization process, the head of the neonate keeps a posture of lifting sideways deflection, and the head of the neonate is favorable for accurately and stably covering the atomizing mask at the mouth and nose of a patient, so that the smooth progress of atomization can be ensured, and the problem that the compliance of the neonate is poor in the new prior art and atomization cannot be smoothly performed is solved.
2. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fixing and heating device for a neonate atomizer includes a fixing head pad 1 composed of a hard pad plate and a soft pad wrapped on an outer surface of the hard pad plate, wherein the hard pad plate is used for supporting the fixing head pad 1, maintaining a shape of the fixing head pad 1, and the soft pad is used for increasing comfort of pad pressing of the fixing head pad 1. The fixed head cushion 1 comprises a square part 11 and a bending part 12, wherein the tail end of the square part 11 is connected with the head end of the bending part 12, the bending direction of the bending part 12 is opposite to the square part 11, an included angle between the bending part 12 and the square part 11 is 90-120 degrees, the square part 11 is used for being rested below the head of a neonate and used for supporting and lifting the head of the neonate, and the bending part 12 is used for propping against the left brain bag or the right brain bag of a patient, so that the head of the patient keeps a laterally deviated posture, and further the mask of an atomization mask is covered at the mouth and nose of the patient, so that the smooth atomization can be ensured. In this embodiment, the fixing and heating device for a neonate atomizer further includes a plugboard 15, wherein the head end of the plugboard 15 is inserted into the accommodating groove 14 and can slide relative to the accommodating groove 14 under force, the head end of the plugboard 15 cannot slide out of the accommodating groove 14, a handle 17 is arranged at the tail end of the plugboard 15, so that a user can grasp the handle 17 to push and pull the plugboard 15, and when the plugboard 15 is not needed to be used, the plugboard 15 can be completely immersed into the accommodating groove 14 by pushing the plugboard 15 into the accommodating groove 14; the upper surface of the plugboard 15 is stuck with a magnet strip 16, and the magnet strip 16 is arranged along the length direction of the plugboard 15 and extends from the head end of the plugboard 15 to the tail end of the plugboard 15.
In this embodiment, the fixed heating device of the neonate atomizer further comprises a heating fixer 2, the heating fixer 2 comprises an iron bottom plate 21, a telescopic column 22 and a heater 23 which are sequentially connected, the iron bottom plate 21 is magnetically connected with the plugboard 15 through the magnet strip 16, and the iron bottom plate 21 can be stressed to move along the length direction of the magnet strip 16, so that the position of the iron bottom plate 21 on the magnet strip 16 can be adjusted according to actual situation needs, and the distance between the heating fixer 2 and the mouth and nose of a patient is changed, so that the atomizing mask can be covered on the mouth and nose of the patient comfortably and stably. The telescopic column 22 comprises a sleeve 221 and a lifting column 222, the head end of the sleeve 221 is vertically connected with the iron bottom plate 21, the head end of the lifting column 222 is sleeved in the tail end of the sleeve 221, and the tail end of the lifting column 222 is rotatably connected with the heater 23; the sleeve 221 is provided with a fastening bolt 223 near the tail end thereof, the head end of the fastening bolt 223 is positioned outside the sleeve 221, the tail end of the fastening bolt 223 vertically passes through the sleeve wall of the sleeve 221 and is abutted against the outer wall of the lifting column 222, and when the fastening bolt 223 is in a loosening state, the lifting column 222 can slide up and down relative to the sleeve 221, so that the height of the telescopic column 22 can be adjusted as required to adjust the height of the heater 23.
The warmer 23 comprises an outer cylinder 231 and an inner cylinder 232 sleeved in the outer cylinder 231, the top of the outer cylinder 231 and the top of the inner cylinder 232 are in sealing connection through an upper ring cover 233, the bottom of the outer cylinder 231 and the bottom of the inner cylinder 232 are flush, the bottom of the outer cylinder 231 is in sealing connection through a lower round cover 234, the outer cylinder 231, the inner cylinder 232, the upper ring cover 233 and the lower round cover 234 surround together to form a heating cavity 235, a heating element 236 is arranged in the heating cavity 235 and filled with heating liquid, a liquid filling opening 2331 is formed in the upper ring cover 233 and used for filling the heating cavity 235 with the heating liquid, in the embodiment, the heating element 236 is a heating iron wire, the heating liquid is water, a liquid draining port 2341 is formed in the position corresponding to the heating cavity 235, and the liquid draining port 2341 is used for draining the heating liquid in the heating cavity 235 according to requirements, and the liquid filling opening 2331 and the liquid draining port 2341 are both provided with switch valves; the lower round cover 234 is connected with the end ball of the lifting column 222, so that medical staff can conveniently adjust the warmer 23 according to actual use conditions to enable the warmer 23 to incline relative to the lifting column 222, thereby being more beneficial to covering the mouth and nose of a patient by attaching a mask, the ball connection has certain friction force, and can rotate only under the condition of a certain external force, and the phenomenon that the warmer 23 shakes randomly due to excessive smoothness is avoided; the outer surface of the outer cylinder 231 is stuck with a heat insulation layer, the inner side surface of the inner cylinder 232 is stuck with a heat insulation layer, and the arrangement of the heat insulation layer and the heat insulation layer improves the heating effect of the heating cavity 235.
The inner cylinder 232 and the lower round cover 234 together surround to form an atomizing cup placing cavity 237, the atomizing cup placing cavity 237 is used for placing an atomizing cup to be atomized, the heating cavity 235 surrounding the atomizing cup placing cavity 237 is used as a heating source, and the atomizing cup liquid medicine placed in the atomizing cup placing cavity 237 is heated by heat transfer, so that the temperature of the atomized liquid medicine is increased, and discomfort of a patient caused by cooling of the atomized liquid medicine is avoided; the heating cavity 235 is provided with a channel 2382 along the axis, the upper ring cover 233 is provided with a first opening 2381, the first opening 2381 is provided with an inner peripheral wall and an outer peripheral wall of the upper ring cover 233, and is communicated with one end of the channel 2382, the lower round cover 234 is provided with a second opening 2383, one end of the second opening 2383 is communicated with the channel 2382, the other end of the second opening 2383 extends to the center of the lower round cover 234, and the first opening 2381, the channel 2382 and the second opening 2383 are communicated to form a pipeline opening 238 for the air inlet pipe and the mist outlet pipe of the atomizing cup to pass through.
Referring to fig. 6, the heater 23 is provided with a temperature controller 239 for controlling the temperature of the heating chamber 235, thereby controlling the temperature of the liquid medicine in the atomizing cup. The temperature controller 239 includes a power supply, a central processing unit, a temperature sensor 2391, a relay, and a coupler; the power supply is sequentially connected with the central processing unit, the relay, the coupler and the heating element, the power supply is provided with a power switch, and the temperature sensor 2391 is connected with the central processing unit. The power supply, the power switch, the central processing unit, the relay and the coupler are all arranged on the outer wall of the outer cylinder 231, the temperature sensor 2391 is arranged in the heating cavity 235 and is used for detecting the temperature of the heating liquid and transmitting a generated temperature signal to the central processing unit, when the temperature of the heating liquid reaches a preset threshold value, the central processing unit generates a power-off instruction according to the received temperature signal and sends the power-off instruction to the relay, the relay disconnects the coupler after receiving the power-off instruction, and at the moment, the heating element 236 is disconnected from the power supply to stop heating; when the temperature of the heating liquid is lower than the preset threshold, the central processing unit generates an energizing instruction according to the received temperature signal and sends the energizing instruction to the relay, the relay receives the energizing instruction and then connects the coupler, at this time, the heating element 236 is energized again and continuously generates heat, that is, the temperature of the heating liquid in the heating chamber 2335 is constantly kept at a set temperature value in the heating process, so that the liquid medicine in the atomizing cup is also kept at the set temperature value, and the effectiveness and safety of heating the liquid medicine in the atomizing cup are improved.
The power supply, the central processing unit, the temperature sensor 2391, the relay and the coupler used in the invention are all of the prior art, and the connection relationship and the installation and use method are all of the prior art, so that the description is omitted for saving the space.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, the fixing and heating device for a neonate atomizer further includes a restraining member 3, wherein the restraining member 3 is used for restraining the body of the neonate patient, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the head of the neonate patient slides down from the square portion and cannot be atomized smoothly. The restraining member 3 comprises a foot baffle 31 and two fixing belts 32 respectively connected with two ends of the foot baffle 31, the foot baffle 31 is made of cover cloth and sponge filled in the cover cloth and is used for propping against feet of neonates and preventing heads of the neonates from sliding towards the feet, and magic sub-patches 321 and magic mother patches 322 which can be mutually adhered are respectively and sectionally adhered to the outer side surfaces of the two fixing belts 32; the fixing strap 32 may be fixedly connected with the square portion 11 by attaching the hook and loop fastener 321 and the hook and loop fastener 322 after passing through the through hole 19.
The using method of the neonate atomizer fixing and heating device is as follows:
(1) The head of the patient is gently placed on the square part 11, the head of the patient is deflected leftwards, the bent part 12 is just abutted against the right brain bag of the patient, the head of the patient is kept in a leftwards deflected posture, and the small air bags of the air bag group 13 can be inflated according to the individual condition of the patient, so that the included angle between the bent part 12 and the square part 11 is reduced, the bent part 12 can be just abutted against the right brain bag of the patient, and the brain bag of the patient is supported and fixed;
(2) The two restraint belts 32 respectively penetrate through the two through holes 19 and the penetrating length of the restraint belts 32 is adjusted, so that the foot baffle 31 is just abutted against the sole of a patient, at the moment, the foot baffle 31 can be fixed by attaching the magic tape sub-patch 321 and the magic tape female patch 322 on the restraint belts 32, and the body of the patient can be restrained;
(3) Pulling the insert plate 15 out of the accommodating groove 14 until the magnet bars 16 are exposed, and firmly placing the heating fixture 2 on the insert plate 15 by connecting the iron bottom plate 21 with the magnet bars 16;
(4) The atomizing cup filled with the liquid medicine is placed in the atomizing cup placing cavity 237, the power switch is turned on to start the heating cavity 235 for heating, after preheating for 5min, the height of the heating fixer 2 and the distance between the heating fixer and the mouth and the nose of a patient are adjusted, and the atomizing mask is covered on the mouth and the nose of the patient stably, so that atomization can be started.
