本发明公开了一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器,包括安装座、两个电凝柄、吸引管,所述电凝柄均安装在安装座上,所述电凝柄的一端分别通过导线与控制器连接,所述电凝柄的另一端分别与电凝头固定连接,所述电凝柄外壁上分别固定有接冲水软管,所述接冲水软管与储水容器连通,所述其中一个电凝柄外壁上设有滑槽,所述吸引管外壁上固定有与滑槽相适配的滑轨,所述滑轨设置在滑槽内,所述吸引管外壁上固定有调节杆,所述调节杆远离吸引管的一端固定有套环,所述吸引管远离电凝头的一端与电动吸引器连接。该耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器可以及时清除手术中产生的废烟,其次,可及时对电凝头或创面进行清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电凝装置,具体涉及一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器。
背景技术
双极电凝可以对小血管及其他结构进行更精细的电凝止血和处理,原理是通过加热使蛋白凝固血管闭合组织加热到凝固和沸点的同时,可以自动断电。同时由于双极电凝的叶片绝缘,仅镊尖之间传导电流,电凝时电流从一镊尖到另外一镊尖,在两镊尖的组织受到电流的热效应作用,而镊尖外组织少受或者不受影响,而对脑组织有保护作用。双极电凝还具有分离夹持等作用。冲水的作用可降低电凝产热,并能预防被电凝的组织粘连在双极电凝的尖端。双极电凝在动脉瘤手术对瘤颈等的塑形处理对手术的成败有特殊作用。但是在手术中会产生废烟,目前的双极电凝器无法及时将废烟清除。其次,目前的双极电凝器无法及时对电凝头进行清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器,其可以及时清除手术中产生的废烟,其次,可及时对电凝头或创面进行清洗。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器,包括安装座、两个电凝柄、吸引管,所述电凝柄均安装在安装座上,所述电凝柄的一端分别通过导线与控制器连接,所述电凝柄的另一端分别与电凝头固定连接,所述电凝柄外壁上分别固定有接冲水软管,所述接冲水软管与储水容器连通,所述其中一个电凝柄外壁上设有滑槽,所述吸引管外壁上固定有与滑槽相适配的滑轨,所述滑轨设置在滑槽内,所述吸引管外壁上固定有调节杆,所述调节杆远离吸引管的一端固定有套环,所述吸引管远离电凝头的一端与电动吸引器连接。
优选地,所述电凝柄外设有绝缘外壳,所述接冲水软管设置在电凝柄与绝缘外壳之间。
优选地,所述电凝头的长度为5mm。
优选地,所述储水容器设置在电凝柄上方。
优选地,所述接冲水软管的内径为1mm。
优选地,所述吸引管的外径为4mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明中的单双极电凝头闭合时,可以在颈部或体表手术中切割或分离组织,捏合开放时可以起到双极电凝作用。
2)4mm的吸引管在颈部或体表手术时可以吸除废烟,而且可节调节与术野的距离,其次,当出血量较大时,可以紧贴创面吸除出血,为电凝起到最佳效果,尤其在鼻腔内镜手术里可以发挥更好的止血作用。
3)在扁桃体切除术中可以实现边切边凝,更快、更有效的进行打磨治疗。
4)通过设置接冲水软管,可及时对电凝头或创面进行清洗。

请参阅图1-5所示,一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器,包括安装座1、两个电凝柄2、吸引管3。电凝柄2均安装在安装座1上,电凝柄2外设有绝缘外壳4,电凝柄2的一端分别通过导线5与控制器6连接,电凝柄2的另一端分别与电凝头7固定连接,电凝头7的长度为5mm。电凝柄2外壁上分别固定有接冲水软管8,接冲水软管8的内径为1mm,接冲水软管8设置在电凝柄2与绝缘外壳4之间,接冲水软管8与储水容器9连通,储水容器9设置在电凝柄2上方,接冲水软管8与储水容器9的下端连通。其中一个电凝柄2外壁上设有滑槽,吸引管3的外径为4mm,吸引管3外壁上固定有与滑槽相适配的滑轨10,滑轨10设置在滑槽内,吸引管3外壁上固定有调节杆11,调节杆11远离吸引管3的一端固定有套环12,吸引管3远离电凝头7的一端与电动吸引器13连接。
工作原理:将导线5与控制器6连接,将储水容器9放置在电凝柄2上方,使水可凭借重力作用自动经接冲水软管8流出。医生通过大拇指和食指控制操作两个电凝柄2,然后将中指套入套环12内,通过大拇指和食指控制两个电凝头7的闭合与开放,当需要吸除废烟或吸除出血时,可通过中指推动吸引管3,从而调节吸引管3与电凝头的7距离。当需要对电凝头7或创面进行清洗时,控制接冲水软管8的高度即可使接冲水软管出水。

1.一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器,其特征在于:包括安装座、两个电凝柄、吸引管,所述电凝柄均安装在安装座上,所述电凝柄的一端分别通过导线与控制器连接,所述电凝柄的另一端分别与电凝头固定连接,所述电凝柄外壁上分别固定有接冲水软管,所述接冲水软管与储水容器连通,所述其中一个电凝柄外壁上设有滑槽,所述吸引管外壁上固定有与滑槽相适配的滑轨,所述滑轨设置在滑槽内,所述吸引管外壁上固定有调节杆,所述调节杆远离吸引管的一端固定有套环,所述吸引管远离电凝头的一端与电动吸引器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳鼻咽喉多功能双极电凝器,其特征在于:所述电凝柄外设有绝缘外壳,所述接冲水软管设置在电凝柄与绝缘外壳之间。
