The stainless steel cold-rolled steel strip 07Cr17Ni7Al for the spring has good conductivity and good elasticity, is suitable for being used as a material of an elastic piece, and the contact piece 2-3 is subjected to aging treatment after being bent and molded, so that the HV of the part is more than or equal to 360, the contact piece is ensured to have good hardness and elasticity, and the contact piece is not easy to damage and deform due to stress. The bushings 1-2-4 are machined from lead brass bars.
The travel switch of this embodiment belongs to the engine in-place signal judging device, and is connected with a first cable 9, a second cable 10 and a third cable 11 of a control cable assembly (KZDL 195 series control cable) shown in fig. 10 when in use, the first cable 9, the second cable 10 and the third cable 11 respectively connected with the pins 1, 2 and 3 penetrate into a lower end cover from a through hole 4-1, and connection terminals on the first cable 9, the second cable 10 and the third cable 11 are respectively connected with a first binding post 2-5, a second binding post 2-6 and a third binding post 2-7 in a threaded manner and fixed:

As shown in the table above, the switch contact "O" is a common contact, "H3" is a normally open contact, "HP" is a normally closed contact, and when the travel switch button of the present invention is pressed to the maximum travel, the normally closed contact is turned off, the normally open contact is turned on, the pins "3" and "1" on the electrical connector plug are turned off, and the pins "2" and "1" are turned on. When the travel switch button is released, the normally open contact is disconnected, the normally closed contact is connected, the contact pin '2' and '1' on the electric connector plug are disconnected, and the contact pin '3' and '1' are connected. For the action of possibly touching the button by mistake, when the button is stressed to move by a small amount of strokes, the first spring is arranged in the button, so that part of the mistaken pressing force applied to the button can be neutralized, the contact piece is not prevented from converting the contact, and when the button is pressed by excessively, part of force can be neutralized by the first spring in the button, the over-stroke protection effect can be achieved, and the product is not damaged, so that the performance of the travel switch is not influenced.

The travel switch is characterized by comprising an upper end cover assembly, an action assembly, a fixed column, a lower end cover, a threaded cylinder and a locking assembly; the upper end cover assembly comprises an upper end cover and a button assembly, a through hole is formed in the center of the upper end cover, the button assembly is rolled at the through hole, fixing columns are riveted on two sides of the button assembly respectively, the fixing columns are arranged in an inner cavity of the upper end cover, inner threads are arranged on the inner periphery of the upper end of the fixing columns and used for being connected with a butt joint part, outer threads are arranged at the lower end of the fixing columns, the button assembly is vertically arranged on the upper end cover, the action assembly is arranged in the inner cavity of the upper end cover, the button assembly is matched with the action assembly to realize contact on-off state switching, the lower ends of the two fixing columns penetrate through the action assembly and are respectively fixed with two threaded cylinders arranged in the lower end cover in a threaded connection mode, the action assembly is clamped and fixed in the upper end cover assembly and the lower end cover, the lower ends of the two threaded cylinders are respectively fixed with the lower end cover through locking assemblies, and the upper end cover assembly is fixed with the lower end cover;
the button assembly includes a button, a second spring, a third spring, a bushing, a locking ring, an internal tooth washer, a stainless steel washer, a rubber flat washer, a sealing washer, and an insulator;
the button comprises a button shell, a clamping ring, a sliding block contact body and a first spring; the inner cavity of the button shell is provided with a first spring, the lower end of the first spring is sleeved with a sliding block contact body, the upper end of the sliding block contact body is arranged in the inner cavity of the button shell, the periphery of the lower end of the sliding block contact body is processed into threads, the insulating piece is screwed into the lower end of the sliding block contact body through threads to be fixed, so that the insulating effect of the button is achieved, a clamping ring is arranged between the bottom end of the button shell and the sliding block contact body, the edge of the bottom end of the button shell is riveted inwards, and the clamping ring supports the sliding block contact body so that the sliding block contact body cannot slide out of the button shell;
the button is arranged in the bushing in a vertical direction with the insulating part facing downwards, the bushing is riveted in the through hole of the upper end cover, a second spring and a third spring which are concentrically arranged are arranged in the bushing, the second spring and the third spring are sleeved on the periphery of the button, the upper end of the periphery of the button shell is provided with a groove, an internal tooth gasket is clamped in the groove, the lower surface of the internal tooth gasket is contacted with the top ends of the second spring and the third spring, a stainless steel gasket is sleeved on the periphery of the button shell above the internal tooth gasket, an annular boss is arranged on the inner periphery of the bushing, the stainless steel gasket is arranged above the annular boss, a rubber flat gasket and a sealing gasket are sequentially arranged above the stainless steel gasket, the rubber flat gasket and the sealing gasket are respectively sleeved on the periphery of the button shell, a locking ring is arranged above the sealing gasket, and the locking ring is sleeved on the periphery of the button shell and is in press fit with the bushing in an interference manner;
