Wherein K may include, for example, values of 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 20, 33, etc.
Wherein i may include, for example, values of 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 20, 33, etc.
For example, the i-th working period is a first working period, and the first working period is 7:00-11:45.
Optionally, the historical work efficiency score is obtained by scoring the work result by the server according to a preset work efficiency scoring policy.
Further, the preset work efficiency scoring policy may be set by an administrator, or may be obtained from a configuration file by a server.
204. The server determines the total historical work efficiency scores of the N persons in the ith work period according to the K historical work efficiency scores of each person in the N persons in the ith work period so as to obtain the total N historical work efficiency scores.

206. And the server transmits the first work distribution list to the first terminal.
Wherein the first terminal corresponds to the first person.
For example, 3 persons matching with the post requirement information are found from the talent database, then 3 groups of historical work performance information corresponding to the 3 persons are analyzed, and it is concluded that the total historical work efficiency score of A is highest in the period of 9:00-11:45, the total historical work efficiency score of B is highest in the period of 14:00-17:30, and the total historical work efficiency score of C is highest in the period of 18:30-22:30. That is, the working output of A is highest in the period of 9:00-11:45, the working output of B is highest in the period of 14:00-17:30, and the working output of C is highest in the period of 18:30-22:30. Then, A is scheduled to operate for periods of 9:00-11:45, B is scheduled to operate for periods of 14:00-17:30, and C is scheduled to operate for periods of 18:30-22:30, respectively.
Optionally, in a possible embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
receiving an operation result message sent by the first terminal, wherein the operation result message carries an operation time period, an operation result and identification information of the first person;
scoring the work result according to a preset work efficiency scoring strategy to obtain a work efficiency score;
and storing the working time period and the working efficiency score in a first group of historical working performance information corresponding to the first person in a correlated mode according to the identity identification information of the first person.
The identity information of the first person can be generated by the first terminal according to the identity information of the first person. In particular, the identity information of the first person may comprise, for example, an employee number, an identification card number, etc.
For example, the post for a person is a programmer, and after the person completes his or her own work, the person may send the code written by himself or herself in a certain working period to the server through the terminal. After receiving, the server scores the number of lines, quality and the like of the codes according to a preset work efficiency scoring strategy.
Optionally, in a first aspect, in a possible implementation manner of the present application, the method further includes:
after a preset time period is spaced, obtaining L historical work efficiency scores of the first person in the ith work period from the first group of historical work performance information so as to obtain a first historical work efficiency total score of the L historical work efficiency scores, wherein L is an integer larger than K;
comparing the first historical work efficiency total score with a second historical work efficiency total score to determine whether the first historical work efficiency total score is greater than the second historical work efficiency total score, wherein the second historical work efficiency total score is the sum of P historical work efficiency scores of the first person in the (i+j) th work period, j is a positive integer, and P is an integer greater than 1;
if the first historical work efficiency total score is not greater than the second historical work efficiency total score, determining the historical work efficiency total score of the (N-1) personnel in the (i+j) th work period according to the P historical work efficiency scores of each of the (N-1) personnel in the (i+j) th work period so as to obtain the (N-1) historical work efficiency total score;
Comparing the second historical work efficiency total score with the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores to determine whether the second historical work efficiency total score is greater than any one of the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores;
if the second historical work efficiency total score is greater than any one of the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores, generating a second work distribution table for distributing the first personnel to the (i+j) th work period for work;
and transmitting the second work distribution table to the first terminal.
The preset time period may be, for example, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 1 year, or the like. Further, the preset time period may be set by an administrator, or may be obtained from a configuration file.
Wherein L may include, for example, values of 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 20, 33, etc.
Wherein j may include values of 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 20, 33, etc., for example.
Wherein P may include values of 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 20, 33, etc., for example.
And if the total score of the first historical working efficiency is larger than the total score of the second historical working efficiency, generating a fifth working allocation table which is used for allocating the first personnel to the ith working period to conduct working.
For example, the total historical work efficiency score of A is highest in the period of 9:00-11:45, and after a preset time period, the total historical work efficiency score of A is still highest in the period of 9:00-11:45, that is, the total historical work efficiency score of A in other periods is not high in the period of 9:00-11:45, so A is still arranged in the period of 9:00-11:45 when being arranged. Thus, the server will generate a work allocation table containing work allocated A to a period of 9:00-11:45. However, since the working period of other persons on the work allocation table may vary after the interval of the preset period, the work allocation table may be regenerated.
Optionally, based on the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the present application, the method further includes:
if the second historical work efficiency total score is not greater than any one of the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores, determining whether the second historical work efficiency total score is equal to any one of the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores;
If the second historical work efficiency total score is equal to any one of the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores, acquiring personal basic information of the N persons to obtain N pieces of personal basic information;
selecting personal basic information matched with preset post requirement associated information from the N pieces of personal basic information to obtain second personnel, wherein the personal basic information of the second personnel is matched with the preset post requirement associated information;
generating a third work allocation table for allocating the second person to the (i+j) th work period for work;
and issuing the third work distribution table to a second terminal, wherein the second terminal corresponds to the second person.
The personal basic information may include, for example: home address, marital status, home condition, physical condition, age, year and month of birth, etc.
The preset post requirement associated information can be flexibly set by a manager according to posts, and can also be obtained from a configuration file by a server.
Further, for example, the customer service personnel may want to be online at any time, and the specific working time is 8 am to 8 pm, and the preset post requirement related information may include the following potential requirements, such as: less age, healthier body, good spleen qi, good expression capability, etc. For another example, if a programmer, with more overtime, can arrive at a company to solve a problem in time when any problem occurs, the preset post requirement association information may include the following potential requirements, such as: less age, healthier body, close to lived, not married, etc.
Alternatively, based on the first aspect or the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the present application, the method further includes:
if the second historical work efficiency total score is not equal to any one of the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores, selecting a third person with the highest historical work efficiency total score in the (N-1) historical work efficiency total scores to generate a fourth work distribution table for distributing the third person to the (i+j) th work period for work;
and issuing the fourth work distribution table to a third terminal, wherein the third terminal corresponds to the third person.
For example, after one week of interval, a historical work efficiency score for a at this period of 18:30-22:30 is obtained, while a historical work efficiency score for a at other periods of time than 18:30-22:30 is obtained. And then, respectively calculating total historical work efficiency scores, and comparing the total historical work efficiency scores to determine the time period in which the work efficiency of A is highest. Then, if the total historical work efficiency score of the A in the period of 9:00-11:45 is highest, the historical work efficiency scores of other people except the A in the period of 9:00-11:45 are obtained again, the total historical work efficiency scores of the other people in the period of 9:00-11:45 are calculated, the total historical work efficiency scores of the people are compared, and the person corresponding to the highest total historical work efficiency score is selected. If A has the highest overall historical work efficiency score for the period of 9:00-11:45, then A is scheduled to work for the period of 9:00-11:45. If B has the highest overall historical work efficiency score for the period of 9:00-11:45, then B is scheduled to work for the period of 9:00-11:45. If the total historical work efficiency scores of A and B are highest in the period of 9:00-11:45, judging whether A and B meet the preset post requirement association information, and if B meets the preset post requirement association information, arranging B to work in the period of 9:00-11:45.
By adopting the method, the personnel with high work output in a certain working period can be flexibly mobilized to a proper post, and the accurate regulation and control of personnel management are completed.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, a server 300 according to an embodiment of the present application may include:
the first obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain the post requirement information.
The post requirement information may include, for example: the learning history information, the professional information, the working experience information, the post name and the post compensation information.
Further, for example, the post requirement information may be: media asset library technology support engineers, computers, software, digital asset management or related professionals, and academia above; the system has the advantages that the system has research and development management experience on application program development, databases, networks and other relevant professional knowledge, and can carry out media resource library project construction development and later-stage technical operation and maintenance; experience persons design, construction and maintenance of the large-scale medium resource system are prioritized; 200 yuan per hour.
And the searching module 302 is used for searching N persons matched with the post requirement information from the talent database.
