The projection coordinate of each lane line pixel point corresponds to one region. After obtaining grid coordinates corresponding to the lane line pixel points in each original image, projecting the lane line pixel points into the corresponding grid coordinates to obtain a plurality of back projection points; meanwhile, a road surface image corresponding to each original image is obtained.

The coordinate system in which the discrete points are located is the world coordinate system. First, according to the height of the road surface and the positioning information of the discrete points in the map data, the position information of the discrete points in the road surface space is calculated. The discrete points are then projected into the corresponding road surface image.

The present embodiment provides two-dimensional spaces: the original image and the road surface space of the world coordinate system. The set of offset vectors associated with each discrete point can be computed in either two-dimensional space. In addition, the road space is discretized by adopting a grid division mode, so that the lane line pixel points are conveniently projected into the road space. By projecting the lane line pixel points into the road space and calculating the offset vector in the road space, or projecting the offset vector in the original image into the road space, the influence of the shooting visual angle and the position and the posture of the collected vehicle on the offset vector is removed, and the updating accuracy of the lane line is improved.

The embodiment of the invention optimizes the operation on the basis of the technical scheme of each embodiment. Optionally, optimizing the operation "performing vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point" to "performing vector addition on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point", or optimizing to "calculating a projection point of a lane line pixel point corresponding to each offset vector in each offset vector set in a road space of a world coordinate system; calculating the distance between each projection point and a shooting point corresponding to the original image according to the positioning information of each projection point and the positioning information of the original image where each projection point is located; configuring the weight of each offset vector according to the distance between each projection point and a shooting point corresponding to the original image; and carrying out vector weighted addition on the offset vectors in each offset vector set according to the weight of each offset vector to obtain an aggregation vector ", thereby improving the accuracy of the aggregation vector. A lane line updating method as shown in fig. 3a includes:

If the offset vector itself is located in the road space of the world coordinate system, the lane line pixel point corresponding to the offset vector, such as the center point in the above embodiment, is directly obtained from the road space.
If the offset vector itself is not located in the road space of the world coordinate system, for example, in the original image in the above embodiment, the corresponding lane line pixel (the center point in the above embodiment) needs to be projected into the road space of the world coordinate system to obtain the back projection point. The positioning information of the shot original image is substantially positioning information in a world coordinate system, the positioning information can be converted into a road surface space of the world coordinate system according to the road surface height, and the distance between each back projection point and the shot point corresponding to the original image is calculated in the road surface space.
Fig. 3b is a schematic diagram of a distance between a back projection point and a capture point of an original image according to a third embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that if the accuracy of the positioning device and the capturing device is high enough, the backprojection points corresponding to a discrete point are substantially the same point. That is, in an ideal case, Y1, Y2, and Y3 are substantially the same point. However, due to equipment errors, the calculated backprojection points Y1, Y2, and Y3 have slight differences.

Performing similarity verification on the plurality of aggregation vectors comprises: verifying whether a difference between lengths of the plurality of aggregated vectors is smaller than a length threshold and/or verifying whether a difference between angles of the plurality of aggregated vectors is smaller than an angle threshold. If the verification result is yes, the lane line to be updated is effectively offset, and the lane line to be updated is updated according to the target offset points pointed by the aggregation vectors; and if the verification result is negative, the lane line to be updated is invalid and is not updated, or aggregation vectors associated with other adjacent discrete points on the same lane line are continuously obtained, and similarity verification is performed.
In the embodiment, vector addition or vector weighted addition is directly carried out on the offset vectors, so that vector aggregation is realized, errors caused by single offset vectors are offset, and the accuracy, the instantaneity and the stability of lane line updating are improved; the validity of the deviation is judged by carrying out similarity verification on the aggregation vector, so that the accuracy of updating the lane line is further improved.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a lane line updating device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the fourth embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a situation where a lane line on a road surface is collected and the lane line in a high-precision map is updated according to a collection result, and with reference to fig. 4, the lane line updating device includes: an acquisition module 410, a recognition module 420, a calculation module 430, an aggregation module 440, and an update module 450.
An obtaining module 410, configured to obtain multiple original images obtained by shooting a lane line and positioning information of each original image;
the identification module 420 is used for identifying the lane line pixel points from each original image;
the calculating module 430 is configured to calculate, according to the positioning information of the multiple discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of each original image, an offset vector of each discrete point relative to a pixel point of the lane line in each original image, and obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point;
an aggregation module 440, configured to perform vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set, to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point;
the updating module 450 is configured to update the lane line to be updated according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of original images obtained by shooting a lane line and positioning information obtained by shooting each original image are obtained, the pixel points of the lane line are identified from each original image, and the offset vector of each discrete point relative to the pixel points of the lane line in each original image is calculated according to the positioning information of a plurality of discrete points of the lane line to be updated in map data and the positioning information obtained by shooting each original image, so that the offset vector set associated with each discrete point is obtained, and a plurality of offset vectors associated with each discrete point are obtained instead of a single offset vector; the offset vectors in each offset vector set are respectively subjected to vector aggregation to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, and the lane line to be updated is updated according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, so that errors caused by single offset vectors are offset in a mode of aggregating a large number of offset vectors, and the accuracy, the instantaneity and the stability of updating the lane line are improved. The embodiment of the invention adopts a mode of aggregation of a large number of offset vectors, does not need high-precision shooting equipment and positioning equipment, does not need to continuously shoot images, reduces the data transmission flow and reduces the cost of updating the lane line; meanwhile, the method does not need to directly perform high-precision lane line fitting on the original image, does not need a high-precision updating algorithm, only needs an algorithm with general accuracy and recall rate, and can effectively reduce data processing amount and calculation time.
Optionally, the calculating module 430 is specifically configured to, when an offset vector set associated with each discrete point is obtained by calculating an offset vector of each discrete point relative to a lane line pixel point in each original image according to the positioning information of the multiple discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information obtained by capturing each original image: projecting the discrete points into the corresponding original image according to the positioning information of the discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of each original image to obtain corresponding projected points; and calculating the offset vector of each projection point relative to the lane line pixel point according to the position information of each projection point and the position information of the lane line pixel point in each original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point.
Optionally, the calculating module 430 is specifically configured to, when an offset vector set associated with each discrete point is obtained by calculating an offset vector of each discrete point relative to a lane line pixel point in each original image according to the positioning information of the multiple discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information obtained by capturing each original image: according to the positioning information of each original image, the lane line pixel points in each original image are projected into the road space of a world coordinate system to obtain a plurality of back projection points; projecting each discrete point into a road space of the world coordinate system according to the positioning information of a plurality of discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data to obtain the position information of each discrete point; and calculating the offset vector of each discrete point relative to each back projection point according to the position information of each discrete point and the position information of each back projection point in the road surface space of the world coordinate system to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point.
Optionally, the calculating module 430 is specifically configured to, when calculating the offset vector of each projection point relative to the lane line pixel point according to the position information of each projection point and the position information of the lane line pixel point in each original image, and obtaining an offset vector set associated with each discrete point: drawing parallel reference lines which respectively penetrate through each projection point in each original image; selecting left edge points and right edge points on the same datum line with each projection point from the lane line pixel points of each original image; calculating a central point corresponding to each projection point according to the left edge point and the right edge point corresponding to each projection point in each original image; and calculating the offset vector of each projection point relative to the central point according to the position information of each projection point and the position information of the corresponding central point in each original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point.
Optionally, the aggregation module 440, when performing vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, is specifically configured to: projecting the offset vector in each offset vector set into a road space of a world coordinate system; and respectively carrying out vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set in the road space of the world coordinate system to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
Optionally, the aggregation module 440, when projecting the offset vector in each offset vector set into the road space of the world coordinate system, is specifically configured to: dividing a road surface space in a world coordinate system into a plurality of networks to obtain a road surface image comprising a plurality of grids; calculating grid coordinates corresponding to the starting point and the ending point of each offset vector in each original image according to the positioning information of each original image; and projecting the starting point and the ending point of each offset vector into corresponding grid coordinates.
Optionally, the aggregation module 440, when performing vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, is specifically configured to: vector addition is carried out on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain a polymerization vector associated with each discrete point; or acquiring a lane line pixel point corresponding to each offset vector in each offset vector set and a back projection point in a road space of a world coordinate system; calculating the distance between each back projection point and the shooting point corresponding to the original image according to the position information of each back projection point and the positioning information of the original image where the corresponding lane line pixel point is shot; configuring the weight of each offset vector according to the distance between each back projection point and the corresponding shooting point of the original image; and carrying out vector weighted addition on the offset vectors in each offset vector set according to the weight of each offset vector to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
Optionally, when the lane line to be updated is updated according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, the updating module 450 is specifically configured to: acquiring aggregation vectors associated with a plurality of adjacent discrete points on the same lane line; carrying out similarity verification on the aggregation vectors associated with the plurality of adjacent discrete points; and if the aggregation vectors associated with the plurality of adjacent discrete points pass the similarity verification, updating the lane line to be updated according to the target offset points pointed by the aggregation vectors.
Optionally, when the lane line to be updated is updated according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, the updating module 450 is specifically configured to: and performing curve fitting according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point to obtain updated map data of the lane line.
The lane line updating device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the lane line updating method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
EXAMPLE five
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 12 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 12 shown in fig. 5 is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 5, electronic device 12 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of electronic device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by the electronic device and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)30 and/or cache memory 32. The electronic device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 5, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 5, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
The electronic device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., a collection vehicle) to store raw pictures and positioning information obtained from the collection vehicle in the system memory 28. The electronic device may also communicate with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network cards, modems, etc.) that enable the electronic device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the electronic device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet) via the network adapter 20. As shown, the network adapter 20 communicates with other modules of the electronic device 12 via the bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with electronic device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the system memory 28, for example, to implement the lane line updating method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. After obtaining the updated map data of the lane lines, the processing unit 16 converts the map data of the lane lines into a high-precision map format and stores the high-precision map data in the system memory 28.
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment provides a lane line updating system, which mainly includes an electronic device and a collection vehicle, with reference to fig. 1a and fig. 6.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, the photographing apparatus is configured to: shooting the lane line to obtain a plurality of original images; the positioning device is used for: positioning the vehicle body when each original image is shot to obtain positioning information of each original image; the collection vehicle is used for: and sending the plurality of original images and the positioning information for shooting each original image to the electronic equipment so as to update the lane line to be updated by the electronic equipment. The process of updating the map data of the lane line by the electronic device is described in detail in the above embodiments, and is not repeated here.
The present embodiment has a low requirement on the precision of the positioning device and the shooting device, and can be implemented by a device with a common precision, for example, a CMOS camera with 30 ten thousand pixels or 50 ten thousand pixels.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the collection vehicle further includes a shooting device control module connected to the shooting device, and configured to control the shooting device to start or stop shooting. The acquisition vehicle further comprises a memory connected with the shooting equipment and the positioning equipment and used for storing original images and positioning information. The collection vehicle further comprises a communication module for communicating with the electronic equipment, and an uploading module connected with the communication module, wherein the communication module is a network card, a modem, a 4G network module and the like. The collection vehicle sends the original image and the positioning information stored in the memory to the electronic equipment through the communication module and the uploading module.

The seventh embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the lane line updating method of any of the embodiments.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. Claims (13)

1. A lane line updating method, comprising:
acquiring a plurality of original images obtained by shooting a lane line and positioning information of each original image;
identifying lane line pixel points from each original image;
calculating the offset vector of each discrete point relative to the lane line pixel point in each original image according to the positioning information of a plurality of discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of each shot original image, and obtaining the offset vector set associated with each discrete point;
respectively carrying out vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point;
and updating the lane line to be updated according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the calculating offset vectors of each discrete point relative to the lane line pixel points in each original image according to the positioning information of the plurality of discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of the captured original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point comprises:
according to the positioning information of each shot original image, projecting the lane line pixel points in each original image into a road space of a world coordinate system to obtain a plurality of back projection points;
projecting each discrete point into a road space of the world coordinate system according to the positioning information of a plurality of discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data to obtain the position information of each discrete point;
and calculating the offset vector of each discrete point relative to each back projection point according to the position information of each discrete point and the position information of each back projection point in the road surface space of the world coordinate system to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the calculating offset vectors of each discrete point relative to the lane line pixel points in each original image according to the positioning information of the plurality of discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of the captured original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point comprises:
projecting the discrete points to corresponding original images according to the positioning information of the discrete points of the lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of each original image to obtain corresponding projected points;
and calculating the offset vector of each projection point relative to the lane line pixel point according to the position information of each projection point and the position information of the lane line pixel point in each original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the calculating an offset vector of each projection point relative to the lane-line pixel point according to the position information of each projection point and the position information of the lane-line pixel point in each original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point comprises:
drawing parallel reference lines which respectively penetrate through each projection point in each original image;
selecting left edge points and right edge points on the same datum line with each projection point from the lane line pixel points of each original image;
calculating a central point corresponding to each projection point according to the left edge point and the right edge point corresponding to each projection point in each original image;
and calculating the offset vector of each projection point relative to the central point according to the position information of each projection point and the position information of the corresponding central point in each original image to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the separately performing vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregated vector associated with each discrete point comprises:
projecting the offset vector in each offset vector set into a road space of a world coordinate system;
and in the road space of the world coordinate system, vector aggregation is respectively carried out on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein projecting the offset vectors of each set of offset vectors into the road space of the world coordinate system comprises:
dividing a road surface space in a world coordinate system into a plurality of networks to obtain a road surface image comprising a plurality of grids;
calculating grid coordinates corresponding to the starting point and the ending point of each offset vector in each original image according to the positioning information of each original image;
and projecting the starting point and the ending point of each offset vector into corresponding grid coordinates.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the separately performing vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregated vector associated with each discrete point comprises:
vector addition is carried out on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain a polymerization vector associated with each discrete point;

the vector aggregation is performed on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point, and the method includes:
acquiring lane line pixel points corresponding to each offset vector in each offset vector set and back projection points in a road space of a world coordinate system;
calculating the distance between each back projection point and the shooting point corresponding to the original image according to the position information of each back projection point and the positioning information of the original image where the corresponding lane line pixel point is shot;
configuring the weight of each offset vector according to the distance between each back projection point and the corresponding shooting point of the original image;
and carrying out vector weighted addition on the offset vectors in each offset vector set according to the weight of each offset vector to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the updating the lane line to be updated according to the target offset point pointed to by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point comprises:
acquiring aggregation vectors associated with a plurality of adjacent discrete points on the same lane line;
performing similarity verification on the aggregation vectors associated with the plurality of adjacent discrete points;
and if the aggregation vectors associated with the plurality of adjacent discrete points pass similarity verification, updating the lane line to be updated according to the target offset points pointed by the plurality of aggregation vectors.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the updating the lane line to be updated according to the target offset point pointed to by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point comprises:
and performing curve fitting according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point to obtain updated map data of the lane line.
10. A lane line updating device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of original images obtained by shooting the lane line and positioning information of each original image;
the identification module is used for identifying the lane line pixel points from each original image;
the calculation module is used for calculating offset vectors of each discrete point relative to a lane line pixel point in each original image according to the positioning information of a plurality of discrete points of a lane line to be updated in the map data and the positioning information of each shot original image, so as to obtain an offset vector set associated with each discrete point;
the aggregation module is used for respectively carrying out vector aggregation on the offset vectors in each offset vector set to obtain an aggregation vector associated with each discrete point;
and the updating module is used for updating the lane line to be updated according to the target offset point pointed by the aggregation vector associated with each discrete point.
11. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the lane line updating method of any of claims 1-9.
12. A lane line update system, comprising: an acquisition vehicle and the electronic device of claim 11;
