The inductive switch 7 is used for sensing human body operation, and the inductive switch 7 can be an infrared inductive switch, a microwave inductive switch, an ultrasonic inductive switch or a laser correlation inductive switch; the inductive switch 7 is fixed on the tap body 1 and is electrically connected with the controller 5; the temperature sensing element 8 is fixed in the faucet body 1 and is electrically connected with the controller 5, and the temperature sensing element 8 is used for sensing the water temperature of the water flow flowing out of the mixed water outlet 24 of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core 2; the indicator light 9 is fixed on the faucet body 1 and is electrically connected with the controller 5; the inductive switch 7 and the indicator light 9 can be fitted on the same side and the inductive switch 7 and the indicator light 9 are arranged adjacent to each other. Specifically, the inductive switch 7 and the indicator light 9 may be disposed on a circuit board 10, the circuit board 10 is fitted in the faucet body 1 through a fixing seat 101, the circuit board 10 may be inserted into the fixing seat 101, and the fixing seat 101 is embedded in a base 11 of the faucet body 1; the faucet body 1 is provided with a first opening 111 and a second opening 112 which are arranged adjacent to each other corresponding to the inductive switch 7 and the indicator light 9, the inductive switch 7 is arranged in the first opening 111 in a penetrating manner, the indicator light 9 is arranged in the second opening 112 in a penetrating manner, and the first opening 111 and the second opening 112 are arranged on the base 11. The temperature sensing element 8 is fixed on the valve seat 17, and a temperature sensing end 81 of the temperature sensing element 8 extends into the mixed water channel 173 to sense the temperature of the water flowing out of the mixed water outlet 24.
When the water mixing valve is used, when the controller 5 detects that the rocker 21 is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device 6, the rocker 21 is pulled to the opening position, so that the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element 2 is opened, the controller 5 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to be opened at the moment, water is discharged, and then the controller 5 induces the human body operation through the induction switch 7 to control the electromagnetic valve 3 to be opened and closed, so that whether the water is discharged or not is controlled. Wherein, the control mode that the controller 5 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to open and close by inducing the human body operation through the inductive switch 7 is as follows: the controller 5 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to switch between the open state and the closed state every time the inductive switch 7 senses a human body operation. In addition, when the controller 5 detects that the rocker 21 is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device 6, the controller 5 also controls the indicator lamp 9 to work, meanwhile, the controller 5 obtains the water temperature of the water flow flowing out of the mixed water outlet 24 through the temperature sensing element 8 and controls the light emitting color of the indicator lamp 21 according to the water temperature, so that a user can obtain the water temperature of the water outlet device according to the light emitting color of the indicator lamp 21, and the position of the induction switch 7 can be indicated through the indicator lamp 9 because the induction switch 7 and the indicator lamp 9 are matched on the same side and the induction switch 7 and the indicator lamp 9 are arranged adjacent to each other, so that people can find the induction switch 7 conveniently.
When the water outlet device is used, the controller 5 can detect that the rocker 21 is pulled to the closing position through the magnetic induction device 6, the rocker 21 is pulled to the closing position at the moment, so that the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core 2 is closed, and the controller 5 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to be opened at the moment, so that when a user pulls the rocker 21 to the opening position from the closing position, the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core 2 and the electromagnetic valve 3 are both opened, so that water is discharged; when the controller 5 detects that the rocker 21 is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device 6, the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core 2 is opened, and at the moment, the controller 5 induces the operation of a human body through the induction switch 7 to control the electromagnetic valve 3 to be opened and closed, so that whether the water is discharged or not is controlled.
In summary, when the controller 5 detects that the rocker 21 is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device 6, the controller 5 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to be opened; or when the controller 5 detects that the rocker 21 is pulled to the closing position through the magnetic induction device 6, the controller 5 controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to be opened; therefore, when a user pulls the rocker 21 from the closed position to the open position, the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element 2 and the electromagnetic valve 3 are both opened to enable the water to be discharged, and when the user pulls the rocker 21 from the open position to the closed position, the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element 2 is closed to enable the water not to be discharged; therefore, the invention can directly control whether the invention is discharged or not by pulling the rocker 21, so that the invention has a manually controlled use mode; after the rocker 21 is pulled to the open position, the controller 5 of the invention controls the electromagnetic valve 3 to open and close by sensing the operation of a human body through the inductive switch 7 so as to control whether the invention is used for water outlet or not, thereby ensuring that the invention has an inductive control use mode.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is: the implementation is that the magnetic component 61 is matched on the rocker 21 of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core 2, and the magnetic sensor 62 is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core 2 and the mounting cylinder 12; in the embodiment, the magnetic sensor 62 is fitted on the rocker 21 of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element 2, and the magnetic component 61 is fitted between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element 2 and the mounting cylinder 12. As shown in fig. 12, in the present embodiment, when the rocker 21 is pulled to the open position, the single-handle dual-control mixing valve element 2 is opened and the rocker 21 drives the magnetic sensor 62 to move away from the magnetic element 61, at this time, the magnetic sensor 62 senses that the magnetic element 61 moves away from the magnetic sensor 62 and can generate a first signal to be output to the controller 5, and the controller 5 receives the first signal to determine that the rocker 21 is pulled to the open position; as shown in fig. 11, in the present embodiment, when the rocker 21 is pulled to the closed position, the single-handle dual-control mixing valve element 2 is closed and the rocker 21 drives the magnetic sensor 62 to approach the magnetic element 61, at this time, the magnetic sensor 62 senses that the magnetic element 61 approaches the magnetic sensor 62 and generates a second signal to be output to the controller 5, and the controller 5 receives the second signal to determine that the rocker 21 is pulled to the closed position; thus, in the present embodiment, the controller 5 can detect the movement of the rocker 21 to the closed position or the open position through the magnetic sensor 6.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, in the present embodiment, the magnetic sensor 62 may be fixed in a magnetic sensor fixing seat 621, and the magnetic sensor fixing seat 621 sleeves the rocker 21 and is in interference fit with the rocker 21, so as to fit the magnetic sensor 62 on the rocker 21. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the magnetic assembly 61 is fitted into the decorative cover 16; as shown in fig. 13, the magnetic assembly 61 may include at least three magnetic columns 612, each of the magnetic columns 612 is fitted in the decorative cover 16 in an arc arrangement, and distances from each of the magnetic columns 612 to a central axis of the decorative cover 16 are the same, so that an area of the magnetic assembly 61 that can be sensed by the magnetic sensor 62 is large, and thus when the rocker 21 is rotated, the magnetic sensor 62 can sense the magnetic assembly 61; as shown in fig. 14, the magnetic assembly 61 may also include a magnetic sector plate 612 ', the magnetic sector plate 612 ' is fitted in the decorative cover 16, and the center of the magnetic sector plate 612 ' is located on the central axis of the rocker 21, so that the area of the magnetic assembly 61 that can be sensed by the magnetic sensor 62 is large, thereby ensuring that the magnetic sensor 62 can sense the magnetic assembly 61 when the rocker 21 is rotated.

Claims (14)

1. A temperature-adjusting double-control induction faucet is characterized in that: the faucet comprises a faucet body, a single-handle double-control water mixing valve core with a rocker, an electromagnetic valve, a water pipeline, a controller, a magnetic induction device and an induction switch;
wherein the faucet body is provided with a water outlet nozzle and an installation cylinder with openings at two ends;
the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core is arranged in the mounting cylinder, a rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core can be pulled between an opening position and a closing position to open and close the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, and the rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core can be rotated between a cold water position and a hot water position to control the proportion of cold water and hot water entering the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core;
the water pipeline comprises a cold water inlet pipeline, a hot water inlet pipeline, a primary mixed water outlet pipeline and a secondary mixed water outlet pipeline, one end of the hot water inlet pipeline is communicated with a hot water inlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element, one end of the cold water inlet pipeline is communicated with a cold water inlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element, one end of the primary mixed water outlet pipeline is communicated with a mixed water outlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element, the other end of the primary mixed water outlet pipeline is communicated with a water inlet of the electromagnetic valve, one end of the secondary mixed water outlet pipeline is communicated with a water outlet of the electromagnetic valve, and; the electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller;
the magnetic induction device is used for detecting the position change of the rocker between the opening position and the closing position, the magnetic induction device comprises a magnetic component and a magnetic sensor for inducing the position change of the magnetic component, one of the magnetic component and the magnetic sensor is matched with the rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, the other one of the magnetic component and the magnetic sensor is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core and the mounting cylinder, and the magnetic sensor is electrically connected with the controller;
the induction switch is used for inducing human body operation, and is fixed on the faucet body and electrically connected with the controller;
when the controller detects that the rocker is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device, the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core is opened, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened firstly, and then the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed through the induction switch to induce the operation of a human body; the magnetic assembly is matched on a rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, and the magnetic sensor is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core and the mounting cylinder; the magnetic assembly comprises a magnetic column fixing frame and at least three magnetic columns matched with the magnetic column fixing frame, the magnetic column fixing frame is fixed on the rocker, each magnetic column is arranged on the magnetic column fixing frame in an arc shape, and the distances from each magnetic column to the rocker are the same; the magnetic assembly comprises a magnetic sheet fixing frame and a fan-shaped magnetic sheet matched with the magnetic sheet fixing frame; the magnetic sheet fixing frame is fixed on the rocker, and the circle center of the fan-shaped magnetic sheet is positioned on the central shaft of the rocker.
2. A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 1, wherein: the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder is matched with a decorative cover which covers the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder, and the decorative cover is provided with a through hole through which the rocker penetrates; the magnetic sensor is fixed in the decorative cover.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 1, wherein: the magnetic sensor is matched on a rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, and the magnetic assembly is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core and the mounting cylinder.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 3, wherein: the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder is matched with a decorative cover which covers the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder, and the decorative cover is provided with a through hole through which the rocker penetrates; the magnetic assembly comprises at least three magnetic columns, each magnetic column is arranged in a circular arc shape and is matched in the decorative cover, and the distance from each magnetic column to the central shaft of the decorative cover is equal.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 3, wherein: the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder is matched with a decorative cover which covers the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder, and the decorative cover is provided with a through hole through which the rocker penetrates; the magnetic assembly comprises a fan-shaped magnetic sheet which is matched in the decorative cover, and the circle center of the fan-shaped magnetic sheet is positioned on the central shaft of the decorative cover.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 1, wherein: the temperature sensing device also comprises a temperature sensing element and an indicator light; the temperature sensing element is fixed in the faucet body and is used for sensing the water temperature of the water flow flowing out of the mixed water outlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core;
the temperature sensing element and the indicator light are electrically connected with the controller;
when the controller detects that the rocker is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device, the controller controls the indicator lamp to work, and meanwhile, the controller obtains the water temperature of the water flow flowing out of the mixed water outlet through the temperature sensing element and controls the light-emitting color of the indicator lamp according to the water temperature.
7. The dual control induction faucet of claim 6, wherein: the inductive switch and the indicator light are matched on the same side of the faucet body, and the inductive switch and the indicator light are arranged adjacent to each other.
8. A temperature-adjusting double-control induction faucet is characterized in that: the faucet comprises a faucet body, a single-handle double-control water mixing valve core with a rocker, an electromagnetic valve, a water pipeline, a controller, a magnetic induction device and an induction switch;
wherein the faucet body is provided with a water outlet nozzle and an installation cylinder with openings at two ends;
the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core is arranged in the mounting cylinder, a rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core can be pulled between an opening position and a closing position to open and close the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, and the rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core can be rotated between a cold water position and a hot water position to control the proportion of cold water and hot water entering the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core;
the water pipeline comprises a cold water inlet pipeline, a hot water inlet pipeline, a primary mixed water outlet pipeline and a secondary mixed water outlet pipeline, one end of the hot water inlet pipeline is communicated with a hot water inlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element, one end of the cold water inlet pipeline is communicated with a cold water inlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element, one end of the primary mixed water outlet pipeline is communicated with a mixed water outlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve element, the other end of the primary mixed water outlet pipeline is communicated with a water inlet of the electromagnetic valve, one end of the secondary mixed water outlet pipeline is communicated with a water outlet of the electromagnetic valve, and; the electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller;
the magnetic induction device is used for detecting the position change of the rocker between the opening position and the closing position, the magnetic induction device comprises a magnetic component and a magnetic sensor for inducing the position change of the magnetic component, one of the magnetic component and the magnetic sensor is matched with the rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, the other one of the magnetic component and the magnetic sensor is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core and the mounting cylinder, and the magnetic sensor is electrically connected with the controller;
the induction switch is used for inducing human body operation, and is fixed on the faucet body and electrically connected with the controller;
when the controller detects that the rocker is pulled to the closing position through the magnetic induction device, the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core is closed, and the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened; when the controller detects that the rocker is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device, the controller induces the operation of a human body through the induction switch to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve; the magnetic assembly is matched on a rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, and the magnetic sensor is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core and the mounting cylinder; the magnetic assembly comprises a magnetic column fixing frame and at least three magnetic columns matched with the magnetic column fixing frame, the magnetic column fixing frame is fixed on the rocker, each magnetic column is arranged on the magnetic column fixing frame in an arc shape, and the distances from each magnetic column to the rocker are the same; the magnetic assembly comprises a magnetic sheet fixing frame and a fan-shaped magnetic sheet matched with the magnetic sheet fixing frame; the magnetic sheet fixing frame is fixed on the rocker, and the circle center of the fan-shaped magnetic sheet is positioned on the central shaft of the rocker.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 8, wherein: the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder is matched with a decorative cover which covers the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder, and the decorative cover is provided with a through hole through which the rocker penetrates; the magnetic sensor is fixed in the decorative cover.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 8, wherein: the magnetic sensor is matched on a rocker of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core, and the magnetic assembly is matched between the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core and the mounting cylinder.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 10, further comprising: the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder is matched with a decorative cover which covers the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder, and the decorative cover is provided with a through hole through which the rocker penetrates; the magnetic assembly comprises at least three magnetic columns, each magnetic column is arranged in a circular arc shape and is matched in the decorative cover, and the distance from each magnetic column to the central shaft of the decorative cover is equal.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 10, further comprising: the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder is matched with a decorative cover which covers the outer end opening of the mounting cylinder, and the decorative cover is provided with a through hole through which the rocker penetrates; the magnetic assembly comprises a fan-shaped magnetic sheet which is matched in the decorative cover, and the circle center of the fan-shaped magnetic sheet is positioned on the central shaft of the decorative cover.

A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 8, wherein: the temperature sensing device also comprises a temperature sensing element and an indicator light; the temperature sensing element is fixed in the faucet body and is used for sensing the water temperature of the water flow flowing out of the mixed water outlet of the single-handle double-control water mixing valve core;
the temperature sensing element and the indicator light are electrically connected with the controller;
when the controller detects that the rocker is pulled to the opening position through the magnetic induction device, the controller controls the indicator lamp to work, and meanwhile, the controller obtains the water temperature of the water flow flowing out of the mixed water outlet through the temperature sensing element and controls the light-emitting color of the indicator lamp according to the water temperature.
14. A temperature regulating dual control induction faucet as recited in claim 13, further comprising: the inductive switch and the indicator light are matched on the same side of the faucet body, and the inductive switch and the indicator light are arranged adjacent to each other.
