a) the diaphragm spring is welded with the reinforcing ring, the design value of the height of the welding step of the diaphragm spring of the reinforcing ring is the maximum stretching value of the diaphragm spring, and stretching limit of the diaphragm spring in one direction can be ensured after welding.
b) And ensuring the design value of the reserved amount L, installing the transmission rod and the corrugated pipe into the reinforcing ring, welding the corrugated pipe and the reinforcing ring, and welding the thin end of the corrugated pipe and the transmission rod after ensuring the value of the reserved amount L.
c) The distance between the transmission rod baffle ring and the reinforcing ring is used for ensuring the stretching limit of the diaphragm spring in the other direction, and simultaneously ensuring that the acting force of the diaphragm spring on the transmission rod is consistent with the corrugated pipe in the working process of the refrigerator. A certain distance l is reserved between the transmission rod baffle ring and the reinforcing ring, a central hole of the diaphragm spring and the transmission rod are welded, after the refrigerator inflation cavity is inflated, the transmission rod moves upwards, the transmission rod baffle ring supports against the reinforcing ring, l is 0, and l is stretching limiting in the other direction of the diaphragm spring. The coaxiality and technological parameters of all the technological steps are ensured by virtue of a clamp, and the specific assembling steps and the clamp are as follows:
a) the welding clamp for the reinforcing ring and the diaphragm spring comprises: the reinforcing ring and the diaphragm spring are assembled coaxially, and the welding fixture ensures the coaxiality of the reinforcing ring and the diaphragm spring by means of the fit tolerance of the central positioning pin and the base as shown in figure 1. The main consideration is to control the coaxial of the reinforcing ring and the diaphragm spring, and the material is stainless steel or other materials.
b) Reinforcing ring and bellows welding jig: the welding fixture is shown in fig. 2, and the welding coaxiality of the corrugated pipe and the reinforcing ring is ensured by means of the tolerance of the positioning screw and the base, and meanwhile, the positioning screw presses the corrugated pipe to facilitate the welding operation. The coaxial control of the reinforcing ring and the corrugated pipe is mainly considered, and the welding operation is convenient. The material is stainless steel or other materials.
c) The reserved amount adjusting clamp: the clamp is shown in figure 3, 20 (or other numerical values) scale marks are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the base, the compression nut compresses the component, the end face of the adjusting screw is provided with the scale marks, one circle of rotation of the screw is a screw pitch value, the precision of each grid of the scale marks is the screw pitch divided by the number of the scale marks, the bottom view of the clamp is shown in figure 4, the screw pitch is rotated by the screw to ensure a reserved quantity value, and the reserved quantity is adjustable. e) The diaphragm spring and the transmission rod are adjusted and welded: as shown in fig. 6, the device consists of a base, an adjusting screw and a compression nut. The coaxiality of the parts is guaranteed through the matching tolerance of the base and the adjusting screw, the upper end of the base is threaded and is matched with the compression nut, twenty (or other numerical) scale marks are uniformly distributed on the lower end face, the adjusting screw is provided with two scale marks, the screw turns to be a pitch value, the precision of the twenty (or other numerical) scale marks is divided by the number of the scale marks, and the screw rotates at the lower end of the base to guarantee the value of a design value l. The bottom view of the clamp is shown in fig. 4. The compression nut is used for compression, and is beneficial to fixing and welding the components. And the coaxial control of the parts is considered, so that the welding operation is convenient. The design value l is ensured by means of thread pitch adjustment. After once adjustment, the clamp can be fixed, and the position of the adjusting screw can be readjusted when the value of l changes. The material is stainless steel or other materials.
