Abstract
The invention discloses a punching material edge discharging device and a punching material edge discharging method, wherein the punching material edge discharging device comprises a discharging pipe, the discharging pipe is vertically arranged with a punching rod, an upper hole and a lower hole through which the punching rod passes are arranged on the discharging pipe, the punching rod sequentially passes through the upper hole and the lower hole to cut off the material edge at the opening of a workpiece, at least two unidirectional turning plates are arranged at the lower hole, the two unidirectional turning plates are oppositely arranged to form a clamping hole, and the two unidirectional turning plates can be turned upwards to enable the punching rod carrying the material edge to pass through and enter the discharging pipe. One end of the discharging channel is connected with compressed air, and the material edge scraped by the scraping plate is blown to the other end of the discharging channel by the compressed air and discharged. According to the invention, as the two unidirectional turning plates are arranged in the discharge pipe during the upward movement of the punch rod carrying material, the punch rod is reset immediately after passing through the unidirectional turning plates, and the material edge is prevented from rebounding or falling freely into the die, so that the punch rod has the advantages of reasonable structure, safety, reliability and the like.

Technical Field
The invention discloses a punching material edge discharging device and a punching material edge discharging method, which belong to the technical field of manufacturing of punching equipment according to an International Patent Classification (IPC).
Background
In the punching industry, for a drawn product, the edge of the drawn cylindrical product is often required to be cut off through a convex die so as to ensure the neatness and smoothness of the opening of the cylindrical product, the cut material edge is often attached to a punch rod, a scraper structure is mostly adopted in the industry to separate the material edge from the punch rod, the gravity and the same-direction relation of the machining direction are adopted, the cut material edge rebounds or sometimes falls into a punching die or a punching position under the action of the gravity of the vertical direction, the subsequent machining of the product is influenced, and the problem of falling and discharging of the material edge in the vertical direction is always puzzled. Even a horizontal punching machine is adopted in the industry, the problems are solved by utilizing the vertical mode of gravity and the machining direction, but the horizontal punching machine occupies large volume and is not applicable to some occasions.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a punching material edge discharging device, which prevents the material edge from rebounding or freely falling into a punching die by arranging a one-way turning plate in a discharging pipe.

wherein the diameter d1 of the upper hole, the diameter d2 of the lower hole, the diameter d3 of the material edge, the diameter d4 of the two one-way turning plate clamping holes and the diameter d5 of the punch rod are as follows: d5< d1 < d4< d3< d2;
the two unidirectional turning plates can be turned upwards to enable the punch rod carrying the material edge to pass through and enter the material discharging pipe.
Further, the upper hole of the discharge pipe is positioned on the scraping plate of the discharge pipe, and the periphery of the upper hole of the scraping plate is used for scraping the material edge from the punch rod.
Further, two unidirectional turning plates are symmetrically arranged, each unidirectional turning plate is connected with a rotating shaft, one end of each rotating shaft is connected with a coil spring, when a punch rod passes with a material edge, the turning plates are opened unidirectionally, and after the punch rod passes, the punch rod immediately resets and covers the lower hole.

The upper hole of the discharge pipe 1 is positioned on the scraping plate 11 of the discharge pipe, and the periphery of the upper hole of the scraping plate 11 is used for scraping the material edge from the punch rod. The components of the invention are described as follows:
the discharging pipe 1 is used for scraping the material edge from the punch rod and keeping compressed air passing through the pipeline.
A coil spring mounting bin (coil spring bin 6) for mounting a coil spring.
And the scraper 11 is used for scraping the scrap edges from the punch.
The one-way turning plate 3 is symmetrically arranged, is one-way opened when the punch rod passes along with the waste edge, and immediately resets after passing, and seals the lower opening, so that the effective path of the lower hole is reduced, and the waste edge is prevented from rebounding or freely falling into the die.
The spring 5 has light strength and long service life, is particularly suitable for applying restoring strength to the turning plate at the position, and can not scrape waste edges when the waste edges do not pass through the turning plate because of too large strength such as torsion springs.
The turning plate rotating shaft 4 is used for transmitting the force of the coil spring to the turning plate.

wherein the diameter d1 of the upper hole, the diameter d2 of the lower hole, the diameter d3 of the material edge, the diameter d4 of the two one-way turning plate clamping holes and the diameter d5 of the punch rod are as follows: d5< d1 > is less than or equal to d4< d3< d2, and the diameter d3 of the material edge is the maximum outer diameter of the material edge;
