7. The hydraulic and pneumatic based scrap crusher dust and debris removal apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the spray head is flush with the surface of the working water.
8. The hydraulic and pneumatic based scrap crusher dust and debris removal apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the square buffer box is located below the float collection tank.
