The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a pop-up foldable scalpel comprises a foldable electric scalpel head, a scalpel body and a handle, wherein the foldable electric scalpel head and the handle are respectively arranged at two ends of the scalpel body, a pop-up stable control shaft and a replaceable scalpel tip are arranged on the foldable electric scalpel head, a concave surface contact type power-on circuit is arranged at the upper tail end of the foldable electric scalpel head, a scalpel stable connecting frame is arranged at the front end of the scalpel body, a shaft hole is formed in the scalpel stable connecting frame, the pop-up stable control shaft is connected with the shaft hole, a scalpel placing groove is formed in the top of the scalpel body, one end of the scalpel placing groove is connected with a rubber buffer pad, a convex surface contact type power-on circuit is arranged at the right end of the scalpel body, the convex surface contact type power-on circuit is connected with the concave surface contact type power-on circuit in a matched mode, anti-skid surfaces are respectively arranged at two sides of the scalpel body, and a pop-up button device system is arranged in the scalpel body, the ejection button device system is provided with a cutter ejection button, a cutter clamping ring base, a flexible traction wire, a fixed small pulley and a spring fixing seat, and the tail end of the handle is provided with a power jack and a plug-in plug.
The foldable electric cutter head is matched with the shaft hole through the pop-up stable control shaft and is folded into the cutter containing groove in a rotating mode.
The spring fixing seat is connected with a spring, and the other end of the spring is connected with a cutter ejection button.
The cutter pop-up button is characterized in that a traction pull ring is arranged on the cutter snap ring, and a lead pull ring is arranged inside the cutter pop-up button.
The bottom of the cutter mounting groove is provided with a lead through hole, one end of the flexible traction wire penetrates through the lead through hole and is connected to a lead pull ring of the cutter ejection button through a fixed small pulley in a supporting mode, and the other end of the flexible traction wire is connected to the cutter clamping ring through a traction pull ring.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the foldable electric scalpel head is reasonable in structure, novel in design and simple to operate, the foldable electric scalpel head can be used by popping up the foldable electric scalpel head and inserting a power supply only by holding the scalpel body by hand and pressing the tool popping button, and the foldable electric scalpel head is folded into the tool placing groove after being used, so that the collision to an operating scalpel is effectively prevented, and the space is saved.

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-6.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the invention comprises a foldable electric knife head 1, a knife body 2 and a handle 3, wherein the foldable electric knife head 1 and the handle 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the knife body 2, the foldable electric knife head 1 is provided with a pop-up stable control shaft 5 and a replaceable knife tip 25, the tail end of the foldable electric knife head 1 is provided with a concave contact type power-on line 4, the front end of the knife body 2 is provided with a knife stable connecting frame 28, the knife stable connecting frame 28 is provided with a shaft hole 26, the pop-up stable control shaft 5 is connected with the shaft hole 26, the top of the knife body 2 is provided with a knife placing groove 8, one end of the knife placing groove 8 is connected with a rubber cushion 7, the right end of the knife body 2 is provided with a convex contact type power-on line 9, the convex contact type power-on line 9 is matched and connected with the concave contact type power-on line 4, two sides of the knife body 2 are respectively provided with a handprint anti-skid surface 10, an ejection button device system 6 is arranged in the knife body 2, a knife ejection button 11, a knife clamping ring 12, a knife clamping ring base 13, a flexible traction wire 14, a small fixed pulley 15 and a spring fixing seat 16 are arranged in the ejection button device system 6, and a power supply jack 17 and a plug-in plug 18 are arranged at the tail end of the handle 3; the foldable electric cutter head 1 is matched with the pop-up stable control shaft 5 and the shaft hole 26 to be folded into the cutter containing groove 8 in a rotating mode; the spring fixing seat 16 is connected with a spring 20, and the other end of the spring 20 is connected with the cutter ejection button 11; a traction pull ring 22 is arranged on the cutter snap ring 12, and a lead pull ring 29 is arranged inside the cutter ejection button; a lead through hole 21 is formed in the bottom of the cutter accommodating groove 8, one end of the flexible traction wire 14 penetrates through the lead through hole 21 and is supported and connected to a lead pull ring 29 of the cutter ejecting button 11 through a small fixed pulley 15, and the other end of the flexible traction wire is connected to the cutter clamping ring 12 through a traction pull ring 22; the cutter clamping ring base 13 is provided with a connecting shaft 27, the connecting shaft 27 is provided with a turnover spring device 23, and the cutter clamping ring 12 is matched with the cutter clamping ring base 13 through the connecting shaft 27 to be rotatably connected and supported through the turnover spring device 23; the blade 2 and the handle 3 are provided with wires 24 inside, and the power supply jack 17 and the convex contact type power-on circuit 9 are connected through the wires 24.
A worker takes out the scalpel, disinfection work before preparation is done, integrity and use conditions of the scalpel are checked, the handle 3 is held by the left hand, the knife body 2 is held by the right hand through the handprint anti-slip surface 10, the knife ejecting button 11 is pressed to enable the spring 20 to be compressed under force, so that the tough type traction line 14 connected to the spring 20 penetrates through the lead through hole 2 and the fixed small pulley 15 to loosen the pulled knife clamping ring 12, the turning spring device 23 connected to the knife clamping ring base 13 ejects the knife clamping ring 12 to enable the foldable electric knife head 1 to eject the knife head placing groove 8, the sterilized replaceable knife tip 25 is connected to the foldable electric knife head 1, the convex contact type power line 9 is in matched contact with the concave contact type power line 4, the plug-in plug 18 is inserted, and the power supply is switched on.
