背景技术
肩关节被限定在肩胛骨的关节窝腔和肱骨的头部之间。在上囊重建(SCR)手术中,生物移植物被用于修复肩关节的肩袖的撕裂。

Claims (17)

1.一种移植物,所述移植物包括:
生物移植物;
支撑所述生物移植物的刺绣织物;和
缝合线,所述缝合线将所述生物移植物和所述刺绣织物附接在一起。
2.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述刺绣织物由聚酯形成。
3.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述刺绣织物由聚酯纱线形成,其中,在所述聚酯纱线之间布置有空间。
4.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述生物移植物是自体移植物。
5.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述生物移植物和所述刺绣织物均具有四边形形状。
6.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述移植物具有第一端部区域处的第一宽度、第二端部区域处的第二宽度和在所述第一端部区域和所述第二端部区域之间延伸的长度,并且所述第一宽度大于所述第二宽度。
7.如权利要求6中所述的移植物,其中,所述移植物的第一端部区域通过缝合锚钉和至少一个缝合带附接到肱骨,所述缝合锚钉被接纳在所述肱骨中的孔中。
8.如权利要求6中所述的移植物,其中,所述移植物的第二端部区域通过缝合锚钉和至少一个缝合带附接到肩胛骨的关节窝,所述缝合锚钉被接纳在所述关节窝中的孔中。
9.如权利要求6中所述的移植物,其中,所述第一端部区域附接到肱骨,并且所述第二端部区域附接到肩胛骨的关节窝。
10.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述刺绣织物和所述生物移植物具有相同的形状和相同的大小。
11.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,将所述刺绣织物和所述生物移植物附接在一起的所述缝合线位于所述移植物的每一个角部处。
12.如权利要求11中所述的移植物,其中,将所述刺绣织物和所述生物移植物附接在一起的所述缝合线位于所述移植物的每一个角部之间。
13.如权利要求1中所述的移植物,其中,所述移植物的第一端部区域和第二端部区域均是由较粗的纱线或由较密的编织物形成的加强部分。
14.一种外科修复组件,所述外科修复组件包括:
移植物,所述移植物包括:生物移植物,支撑所述生物移植物的刺绣织物,和将所述生物移植物和所述刺绣织物附接在一起的缝合线,其中,所述移植物具有第一端部区域和第二端部区域;
被接纳在第一骨中的第一缝合锚钉,其中,第一缝合线将所述移植物的第一端部区域固定到所述第一缝合锚钉和所述第一骨;和
被接纳在第二骨中的第二缝合锚钉,其中,第二缝合线将所述移植物的第二端部区域固定到所述第二缝合锚钉和所述第二骨。
15.如权利要求14中所述的外科修复组件,其中,所述第一骨是肱骨并且所述第二骨是肩胛骨的关节窝。
16.如权利要求14中所述的外科修复组件,其中,所述刺绣织物由聚酯形成。
17.如权利要求14中所述的外科修复组件,其中,所述移植物的第一端部区域和第二端部区域均是由较粗的纱线或由较密的编织物形成的加强部分。
