Abstract
The invention provides a crimpable soft terrain model sand table and a preparation method thereof, and the key points are as follows: the sand table surface layer material is room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and the sand table surface layer support body material is polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber. The preparation method comprises the steps of sequentially coating room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber on a die; and demolding after curing. The invention has the positive effects that: the surface layer of the sand table and the support body thereof are made of elastic materials, so the sand table made of the elastic materials can be curled, does not deform after being curled, is convenient to carry and can be repeatedly used; has waterproof effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a terrain model sand table, in particular to a soft terrain model sand table capable of being curled and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The landform sand table is one of landform models and has the characteristics of strong stereoscopic impression, visual appearance and the like. It includes simple sand table and permanent sand table. The simple sand table is temporarily piled by silt and chess, and has the advantages of convenient material taking, simple manufacture, rapidness, economy and the like; the permanent sand table has the characteristics of long service time, high manufacturing cost and the like. The simple sand table and the permanent sand table have the common characteristic that the simple sand table and the permanent sand table are both made of hard materials and belong to hard sand tables, the hard sand table is installed in a fixed place for use, once the hard sand table is installed, the hard sand table cannot be moved and reused, and cannot be carried about, so that the use of the sand table is limited.

The flexible soft terrain model sand table is composed of a sand table surface layer and a sand table surface layer supporting body bonded below the sand table surface layer, wherein the sand table surface layer is made of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and the sand table surface layer supporting body is made of polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing a topographic sand table die, wherein the topographic sand table die is a die cavity with an open upper opening, four vertical walls forming the die cavity can be a die body or surrounding plates (baffles) arranged around the topographic sand table die, and the bottom of the die cavity is uneven and the same as the topography;
uniformly coating room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber on the bottom surface of the cavity, and forming a silicone rubber layer on the bottom surface of the cavity;
after the surface of the silicon rubber layer is cured, firstly coating adhesive on the surface of the silicon rubber layer, and then injecting polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber into the mold cavity until the mold cavity is filled up and forms a plane;
placing the mixture to room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber for curing and molding, and then demolding;
and after demolding, turning the product for 180 ℃, wherein the room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber becomes the surface layer of the sand table, and the polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber becomes the surface layer support body of the sand table.
And (3) coloring the ground surface layer, namely coloring the ground surface layer on the bottom surface of the mold cavity, mixing the ground surface layer with room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber or coloring the ground surface layer after demolding.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects: the surface layer of the sand table and the support body thereof are made of elastic materials, so the sand table made of the elastic materials can be curled, does not deform after being curled, is convenient to carry and can be repeatedly used; has waterproof effect.

Referring to fig. 1, the flexible soft terrain model sand table capable of being curled is composed of a sand table ground surface layer 1 and a sand table ground surface layer supporting body 2 bonded below the sand table ground surface layer, wherein the room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is No. 903 translucent mold silica gel, and the polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber is polyurethane soft self-skinning foam.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:

placing the mixture to room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber for curing and molding, and then demolding;
referring to fig. 4, after demoulding, the product is turned over by 180 degrees, the room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber becomes the surface layer 1 of the sand table, and the polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber becomes the surface layer supporting body 2 of the sand table.

the sand table consists of a sand table surface layer and a sand table surface layer supporting body bonded below the sand table surface layer, wherein the sand table surface layer is made of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and the sand table surface layer supporting body is made of polyurethane skinning soft foam rubber;
the method for preparing the sand table comprises the following steps:
