7. The target population screening system of claim 5, wherein the attributes of the tag storage structure include a tag ID, a subject object ID, a tag validation time, and a tag expiration time.

9. The target population screening system of claim 8, wherein the target population is a set of entity objects of a customer, a device, an employee, a work order, or data.
