Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering measurement equipment, in particular to a method and a device for measuring shearing deformation of a plate-type rubber support.
Background
The plate-type rubber support is a common rubber support product formed by vulcanizing and bonding a plurality of layers of thin steel plates and a plurality of layers of rubber sheets, has enough vertical rigidity, can reliably transfer the counterforce of the upper structure of the support to a pier, and has good elasticity so as to cope with the rotation of the beam end of a bridge; but also has larger shearing deformation capacity to meet the horizontal displacement of the upper structure.
The plate-type rubber support is an important component of the bridge, and the shear deformation of the support belongs to a typical and important disease form in bridge diseases. In the specification of the public road bridge beam plate rubber support (JT/T4-2004) which requires the regular inspection of the plate rubber support, the shearing displacement of the plate rubber support is clearly required not to be excessive, and the shearing angle is required not to be larger than 35 degrees.
The occurrence of shear deformation is caused by the horizontal force of the bridge (expansion and contraction of the bridge, etc.), the excessive shear deformation needs to be regulated or replaced in time, and the highway bridge and culvert maintenance standard (JTG H11-2004) also clearly indicates that the plate-type rubber support should be replaced in time when the excessive shear deformation occurs, the middle steel plate is exposed, the rubber is cracked and aged, so that how to accurately measure the shear angle of the support becomes important.
In view of the above, there is an urgent need for a method and a device for measuring shear deformation of a plate rubber support to solve the problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for measuring the shearing deformation (shearing angle) of a plate-type rubber support, which comprises the following steps:
The method for measuring the shearing deformation of the plate rubber support comprises the steps of measuring the gauge length L of a detection surface of the plate rubber support in the vertical direction and the shearing deformation X corresponding to the gauge length L, wherein the gauge length, the shearing deformation and the detection surface form a right triangle, and calculating a shearing angle alpha through the following formula:

in the above technical scheme, preferably, the starting point of the gauge length is arranged on the detection surface, and the length of the gauge length is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the plate-type rubber support.
The measuring method of the invention obtains the gauge length and the shearing deformation, calculates the shearing angle according to the right triangle relation formed by the gauge length, the shearing deformation and the detection surface, and thus, the obtained result is accurate, and the actual shearing deformation (shearing angle) can be directly reflected.
The invention also provides a measuring device applying the measuring method of the shearing deformation of the plate-type rubber support, which comprises a measuring device body, and a movable measuring rod and a reference measuring rod which are arranged on the measuring device body, wherein the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod are arranged in parallel, the movable measuring rod can be arranged in a sliding manner along the length direction of the movable measuring rod and is used for realizing the extension or retraction of the movable measuring rod relative to the measuring device body, the reference measuring rod can be movably arranged and the distance between the movable measuring rod and the movable measuring rod can be adjusted, or the position of the reference measuring rod is fixed and the distance between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod is a fixed value;
the measuring device comprises a measuring device body, and is characterized in that an indication window is arranged on the measuring device body, a scale value is arranged on the indication window, and an indication line is arranged on the movable measuring rod, or an indication line is arranged on the indication window, a scale value is arranged on the movable measuring rod, and the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support is obtained through matching of the scale value and the indication line.
In the above technical scheme, preferably, the scale value is an angle scale value, and the shearing angle of the plate rubber support is obtained through matching of the angle scale value and the indication line; or the scale value is a distance scale value, the extending value of the movable measuring rod is obtained through the cooperation of the scale value and the indication line, and the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support is calculated according to the extending value and the distance between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod.
According to the technical scheme, the measuring device is characterized in that the measuring device body is provided with the sliding groove matched with the movable measuring rod, and the movable measuring rod is slidably arranged in the sliding groove to realize movement of the movable measuring rod along the length direction of the measuring device body.
The technical scheme is that the movable measuring rod is characterized by further comprising at least one group of guide wheel groups, wherein the guide wheel groups are arranged along the length direction of the movable measuring rod, each group of guide wheel groups comprises two guide wheels, the two guide wheels are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the movable measuring rod, and the movable measuring rod moves along the length direction of the movable measuring rod through the cooperation of the guide wheel groups and the sliding grooves.
The technical scheme is that the measuring device further comprises a pushing hand for pushing the movable measuring rod to extend or retract, wherein one end of the pushing hand is connected with the movable measuring rod, and the other end of the pushing hand penetrates out of the measuring device body so as to facilitate external force application.
In the above technical scheme, preferably, the movable measuring rod is provided with the locking device, so that the movable measuring rod after extending out is fixed.
The technical scheme is that the automatic telescopic device is preferable, and the automatic telescopic device further comprises an elastic telescopic piece, wherein the telescopic direction of the elastic telescopic piece is arranged in the same direction as the length direction of the movable measuring rod, one end of the elastic telescopic piece is connected with the measuring device body, the other end of the elastic telescopic piece is connected with the movable measuring rod, and the automatic telescopic device realizes automatic retraction of the movable measuring rod after extension.
The technical proposal is that the device also comprises a leveling pipe, wherein the leveling pipe is provided with two leveling pipes which are respectively arranged on two mutually perpendicular surfaces of the measuring device body, the device is used for judging whether the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod are in a horizontal state or not and whether a plane formed by the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod is in a vertical state or not.
The device for measuring the shearing deformation (shearing angle) of the plate-type rubber support has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The measuring device comprises a measuring device body, a movable measuring rod and a reference measuring rod, wherein the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod are arranged in parallel, an indication line is arranged on a value indicating window, a scale line is arranged on the movable measuring rod, or alternatively, a scale line is arranged on the value indicating window, and an indication line is arranged on the movable measuring rod, and the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support is obtained through matching of the scale value and the indication line.
(2) The measuring device provided by the invention has the advantages that the reference measuring rod is fixed or adjustable, the measuring device can be selected according to the actual thickness of the plate-type rubber support and the field test condition, and when the reference measuring rod is fixed, the measuring device is matched with the angle scale value to be more fit for actual use, is suitable for a plate-type rubber support of a certain specific model, and can directly obtain the shearing angle; when the reference measuring rod is set to be adjustable, the reference measuring rod is matched with the distance scale value to be more fit with actual use, and can measure the plate rubber support of different types, so that the purpose of universality is realized.
(3) According to the measuring device, the sliding groove is formed in the measuring device body, the movable measuring rod is guided through the sliding groove, meanwhile, the guide wheels are arranged on the two sides of the movable measuring rod, so that the movable measuring rod can only move along the length direction of the movable measuring rod, and the error of a measuring result caused by the movement error of the movable measuring rod is prevented.
(4) The measuring device also comprises a locking device, the movable measuring rod after extending out is fixed through the locking device, the measuring device is taken out for reading when the measuring device is conveniently measured, and errors of measuring results caused by unnecessary movement of the movable measuring rod are prevented.
(5) The measuring device also comprises an elastic telescopic piece, the movable measuring rod is automatically retracted after extending out through the elastic telescopic piece, the 0 scale of the movable measuring rod is aligned with the indication line, and the measuring is convenient.
(6) The measuring device also comprises a leveling pipe, wherein the two leveling pipes are respectively arranged on two mutually perpendicular surfaces of the measuring device body and are used for judging whether the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod are in a horizontal state or not and whether a plane formed by the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod is in a vertical state or not, so that measuring errors are reduced. Under the condition that the level bubbles of the two level pipes are all centered, the measuring device is guaranteed to be in a to-be-tested state in a vertical plane, and the shearing angle obtained through measurement is guaranteed to correctly reflect the actual state of the plate-type rubber support.

Embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings, but the invention can be implemented in a number of different ways, which are defined and covered by the claims.
Example 1:
The method for measuring the shearing deformation of the plate rubber support comprises the steps of measuring the gauge length L of a detection surface of the plate rubber support in the vertical direction and the shearing deformation X corresponding to the gauge length L, wherein the gauge length, the shearing deformation and the detection surface form a right triangle, and calculating a shearing angle alpha through the following formula:

The starting point of the gauge length is arranged on the detection surface, and the length of the gauge length is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the plate-type rubber support.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a measuring device applying the measuring method comprises a measuring device body, and a movable measuring rod 2.2 and a reference measuring rod 2.7 which are arranged on the measuring device body, wherein the movable measuring rod 2.2 and the reference measuring rod 2.7 are arranged in parallel, the movable measuring rod 2.2 is slidably arranged along the length direction of the movable measuring rod 2.2 and is used for realizing the extension or retraction of the movable measuring rod 2.2 relative to the measuring device body, the reference measuring rod 2.7 is movably arranged and the distance between the reference measuring rod 2.7 and the movable measuring rod 2.2 is adjustable, or the position of the reference measuring rod 2.7 is fixed and the distance between the reference measuring rod 2.2 and the movable measuring rod 2.2 is a fixed value;
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the measuring device body is provided with an indication window 2.3, and the movable measuring rod 2.2 is arranged at the back of the indication window 2.3; the utility model discloses a plate-type rubber support, including the display value window 2.3, movable measuring staff 2.2 is equipped with the scale value, be equipped with the instruction line on the display value window 2.3, perhaps be equipped with the instruction line on the display value window 2.3, be equipped with the scale value on the movable measuring staff 2.2, obtain the shearing angle of plate-type rubber support 1 through scale value and instruction line cooperation.
Preferably, a scale can be arranged between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod for the condition that the reference measuring rod 2.7 is movably arranged on the measuring device body, the reference measuring rod is fixed after being adjusted to a proper position, and a distance value between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod is obtained through the scale. The reference staff may be fixed by nuts, for example: the reference measuring rod is of a T-shaped structure, the measuring device body is correspondingly provided with a T-shaped sliding groove to enable the reference measuring rod to be movable on the measuring device body, threads are arranged on the reference measuring rod, and the reference measuring rod is fixed on the measuring device body in a matched mode.
For the case of a fixed arrangement of the reference measuring staff 2.7 on the measuring device body, the distance value between the reference measuring staff and the movable measuring staff can be directly derived, for example by means of a graduated scale.
The scale value is an angle scale value, and the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support is obtained through the cooperation of the angle scale value and the indication line; or the scale value is a distance scale value, the extending value of the movable measuring rod is obtained through the cooperation of the scale value and the indication line, and the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support is calculated according to the extending value and the distance between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod.
The principle of the measuring device is explained, the shearing angle is calculated by using the formula (1), and X is the extension value of the movable measuring rod, namely the shearing deformation in the measuring device; l is the distance between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod, namely the gauge length; if the angle scale is adopted, the angle scale needs to be designed correspondingly to the extension value X of the movable measuring rod, so that the shearing angle can be directly read; if a distance scale is used, the extension value X of the movable measuring staff can be directly obtained, and then the shearing angle is calculated according to the formula (1).
In this embodiment, preferably, an indication line is set on the indication window 2.3, and an angle scale value is set on the movable measuring rod 2.2.
Referring to fig. 4, the measurement accuracy of the shearing angle α in the measuring device of the present invention can be 0.5 °; taking the distance L between the reference measuring rod and the movable measuring rod as an example of 0.05m, the corresponding relation between the shearing angle alpha and the extension value X of the movable measuring rod is shown in table 1, wherein a is the interval between scales.

Referring to table 1, in order to directly obtain the shearing angle α corresponding to the projecting amount X, the setting of the interval a cannot be a constant value, and the interval a should be designed according to the distance value L, in this embodiment, only the case where L is 0.05m is provided, and when L is other value, the calculation can be performed according to the formula (1).
When the scale value is an angle scale value, the reference measuring rod is fixedly arranged to be more fit with the actual use, otherwise, the angle scale value in the measuring device needs to be replaced according to the distance value between the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod; of course, when the reference measuring bar is actively set, the scale value is set to be more fit to the actual use, and the shearing angle can be calculated according to the formula (1) under the condition that X, L values are obtained. (this is only the optimal match of the scale value and the reference measuring staff, but the reference measuring staff can also be movably arranged, for example, the reference measuring staff is provided with two measuring positions, the reference measuring staff can be switched between the two measuring positions, in this case, two sets of angle scale values are arranged on the indication window, and one position corresponds to one set of angle scale values, so that the angle scale value or the distance scale value is specifically arranged, and the fixed arrangement or the movable arrangement of the reference measuring staff should be arranged according to the actual situation.)
The measuring device is characterized in that a chute 2.8 matched with the movable measuring rod 2.2 is arranged on the measuring device body, and the movable measuring rod 2.2 is slidably arranged in the chute 2.8 to realize movement of the movable measuring rod 2.2 along the length direction of the measuring device body.
The measuring device of plate rubber support shear deformation volume of this embodiment still includes at least a set of direction wheelset, and multiunit direction wheelset arranges along the length direction of movable measuring staff 2.2, and every group direction wheelset includes two leading wheels 2.1, two the leading wheel symmetry sets up in the both sides of movable measuring staff 2.2, realizes through the cooperation of direction wheelset and spout that movable measuring staff moves along self length direction. The guide wheel is arranged on the measuring device body.
The measuring device further comprises a pushing handle 2.4 for pushing the movable measuring rod 2.2 to extend or retract, one end of the pushing handle 2.4 is connected with the movable measuring rod 2.2, and the other end of the pushing handle penetrates out of the measuring device body so as to facilitate external force application.
The movable measuring rod 2.2 is provided with a locking device to fix the extended movable measuring rod 2.2.
Preferably, the locking device specifically comprises: the push handle is provided with external threads, and the push handle and the measuring device body are locked through the matching of the nuts and the external threads, so that the purpose of fixing the movable measuring rod is achieved.
The measuring device of the shearing deformation of the plate-type rubber support further comprises an elastic telescopic piece 2.5, wherein the elastic telescopic piece 2.5 is arranged in the same direction as the length direction of the movable measuring rod 2.2, one end of the elastic telescopic piece 2.5 is connected with the measuring device body, the other end of the elastic telescopic piece is connected with the movable measuring rod 2.2, and the automatic retraction of the movable measuring rod 2.2 after the extension is achieved.
Preferably, the elastic telescopic member 2.5 is a spring.
Furthermore, the spring is always in a stretching state to provide a pulling force for the movable measuring rod, so that the 0 scale on the movable measuring rod is aligned with the indication line on the indication value window in a state that the movable measuring rod does not extend (after the measurement is finished, the 0 scale of the movable measuring rod is aligned with the indication line, namely, the movable measuring rod is zeroed through the automatic retraction of the spring), and the arrangement is more convenient for practical use; meanwhile, for convenience of practical use, the measuring end of the movable measuring rod and the measuring end of the reference measuring rod should be aligned, so that the calculated amount can be reduced, and if the measuring end of the movable measuring rod and the measuring end of the reference measuring rod are not aligned, the difference between the measuring end of the movable measuring rod and the measuring end of the reference measuring rod needs to be subtracted when calculating the extension value of the movable measuring rod.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the measuring device for the shearing deformation amount of the plate rubber support in this embodiment further includes a level tube 2.6, where the level tube 2.6 is provided with two pieces, and the two pieces of level tubes 2.6 are respectively disposed on two mutually perpendicular surfaces of the measuring device body, and are used for judging whether the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod are in a horizontal state and whether a plane formed by the movable measuring rod and the reference measuring rod is in a vertical state.
The method for applying the measuring device comprises the following steps:
Step 1: checking whether the measuring device is zeroed, and if not, zeroing the movable measuring rod;
Step 2: the reference measuring rod 2.7 is contacted with the detection surface, and the measuring device is in a horizontal state and a vertical state by adjusting the level pipe 2.6;
Step 3: pushing the movable measuring rod 2.2 to extend so that the movable measuring rod 2.2 contacts with the detection surface, and fixing the extending movable measuring rod 2.2 through the locking device;
Step 4: and reading the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support through the indicating value window (or reading the extending value of the movable measuring rod through the indicating value window, and calculating the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support through the formula (1)).
The technical scheme of the invention has the following effects:
The shearing angle can be directly obtained after the gauge length and the shearing deformation are measured, and the accuracy of the result obtained by calculating the trigonometric function relation is high.
The measuring device can measure the shearing angle of the plate-type rubber support, the elastic telescopic piece can automatically retract the movable measuring rod, the 0 scale of the movable measuring rod is aligned with the indication line, the next measurement is convenient, and the calculation workload and the workload of zeroing for the next measurement are reduced; the leveling pipe is arranged to ensure that the measuring device is in a horizontal state and a vertical state, so that measuring errors are reduced; the use method of the measuring device is easy to implement and has low requirements on operators.
