The one-way drying filter with the structure has the following defects in the use process:
1) due to the arrangement of the inlet blocking net 03 and the inlet buffer sheet 04, the middle circulation resistance of the inlet end of the filter element 06 is large, as shown in fig. 1, when a cold medium flows to the middle of the inlet blocking net 03, the cold medium is easy to turn back and tends to pass along the direction with small resistance, such as the periphery of the inlet blocking net 03, and the utilization rate of the filter element 06 is low;
2) a larger cavity is formed between the inlet baffle net 03 and the inlet end cover 02, and in the cavity, because the middle part of the inlet baffle net 03 blocks the refrigerant medium, the cavity is folded back, the flow direction of the refrigerant medium in the cavity is disordered, and a turbulent flow area is generated, so that the integral circulation resistance of the one-way drying filter is larger, the circulation volume is smaller, and the filtering efficiency is lower;
3) when the unidirectional drying filter is used for a long time, due to the vibration of an air conditioning system, the inlet buffer sheet 04 between the inlet baffle net 03 and the filter element 06 is easily crushed, so that the positioning between the inlet baffle net 03 and the filter element 06 is invalid, and the service life of the unidirectional drying filter is influenced;
4) the inlet buffer sheet 04 is made of a soft material, and is easy to displace and even fall off in the press fitting process, and the assembly process is complex.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is still how to provide a unidirectional dry filter with high filter element utilization rate, large flow capacity, simple assembly and long service life.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a one-way drying filter, which has the advantages of higher filter element utilization rate, higher flow capacity, longer service life and greatly simplified assembly process due to less parts.

3) the inlet end cover and the filter element are positioned in a surface contact mode, and the flow resistance of the middle part and all the circumferential parts of the filter element is approximately the same, so that the utilization efficiency of the filter element is greatly improved, and the flow capacity can be greatly increased;
4) the large cavity in the background technology does not exist between the inlet end cover and the filter element, the utilization efficiency of the inner space of the one-way drying filter is high, and under the condition of the same filter element, the manufacturing material of the one-way drying filter can be greatly saved, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention provides a one-way drying filter, which comprises an inlet end cover 1, a filter element 2 and an inlet pipe 6, wherein the inlet pipe 6 and the inlet end cover 1 can be combined to form an inlet end portion, and the inlet end cover 1 and the filter element 2 are in surface contact with each other to position one end of the filter element 2 close to the inlet end cover 1.
For convenience of description, one end of the filter element 2 close to the inlet end cover 1 can be referred to as an inlet end, and one end of the filter element 2 far from the inlet end cover 1 can be referred to as an outlet end, as shown in fig. 2, the inlet end of the filter element 2 refers to the left end of the filter element 2, and the outlet end of the filter element 2 refers to the right end of the filter element 2; in this context, the direction of the inlet and outlet means the direction of flow of the refrigerant medium in the one-way filter-drier, which is reflected in fig. 2, i.e. from left to right.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned positioning of the inlet end of the filter element 2 refers to both the axial positioning and the circumferential positioning, that is, the inlet end of the filter element 2 can be stably placed inside the unidirectional dry filter by the surface contact between the inlet end cover 1 and the filter element 2.
The one-way drying filter provided by the invention omits parts such as an inlet baffle net, an inlet buffer sheet and the like, so that the number of parts is greatly reduced, particularly, the inlet buffer sheet made of soft materials is omitted, the problems of part displacement and falling-off do not exist in the assembling process, and the assembling process of the one-way drying filter can be greatly simplified.
Meanwhile, as the inlet buffer sheet is omitted, the problem that the inlet buffer sheet is crushed to cause positioning failure of the filter element 2 in the long-term use process does not exist, in other words, the filter element 2 of the unidirectional drying filter provided by the invention is reliably positioned, and the service life is prolonged; and because the filter element 2 is reliably positioned, the vibration resistance of the filter element 2 can be greatly improved.
It should be known that, the filter element 2 used in the unidirectional dry filter is made by bonding a plurality of spherical small-particle molecular sieves into a whole through glue, and filtering channels are distributed among the molecular sieves to realize the circulation of refrigerant media, in the background art, an inlet buffer sheet made of soft materials is easily crushed, and can block the channels among the molecular sieves, which leads to the reduction of the filtering performance of the filter element 2.
For the one-way drying filter provided by the invention, the problem can be perfectly avoided due to the omission of the inlet buffer sheet, namely, the embodiment of the invention can also ensure the filtering performance of the filter element 2 in the long-term use process.
Referring to fig. 2, the direction of the arrow in fig. 2 indicates the flow direction of the refrigerant medium, in the embodiment of the present invention, since the inlet end cap 1 and the filter element 2 are positioned by surface contact, the middle part of the filter element 2 is not blocked by other parts, so that the passing resistance of the middle part and each part in the circumferential direction of the filter element 2 is substantially the same. Therefore, when in use, the cold medium can not selectively pass through the local part of the filter element 2, so that the whole filter element 2 can be used for filtering, the utilization efficiency of the filter element 2 is greatly improved, and the flow rate can also be greatly increased; meanwhile, because the flow directions of the refrigerant media are consistent, the generation of a turbulent flow area can be avoided to a greater extent, so that the flow rate is further improved.
In addition, a larger cavity in the background technology does not exist between the inlet end cover 1 and the filter element 2, that is, after the refrigerant medium flows in from the inlet pipe 6, the refrigerant medium can basically and directly enter the filter element 2, the utilization efficiency of the inner space of the one-way drying filter is higher, and under the condition of the same filter element 2, the manufacturing material of the one-way drying filter can be greatly saved, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 in combination with fig. 2, the end of the inlet end cap 1 facing the filter element 2 may have a first positioning surface 11 inclined gradually outward along the inlet and outlet direction, the end of the filter element 2 facing the inlet end cap 1 may have a second positioning surface 21 matching with the first positioning surface 11, and the first positioning surface 11 may contact with the second positioning surface 21 to accurately position the filter element 2. The term "outwardly inclined" means inclined radially outwardly, that is, the end of the inlet end cap 1 facing the filter element 2 may have a flared section with a gradually increasing cross-sectional dimension in the inlet and outlet direction, so as to effectively position the filter element 2.
The first positioning surface 11 may be an annular surface, that is, may be disposed around the circumference of the inlet end cover 1, and correspondingly, the second positioning surface 21 may also be an annular surface, and of course, both may also be only a part of the annular surface. More specifically, the first positioning surface 11 and the second positioning surface 21 may be conical surfaces that match each other, such as conical surfaces, pyramidal surfaces, or arc-shaped conical surfaces, and whatever the structure, the filter element 2 may be reliably positioned by the two positioning surfaces.
In another embodiment, the inlet end cap 1 may have a protrusion facing the filter element 2, and the filter element 2 may have a groove, and an outer wall surface of the protrusion may be matched with an inner wall surface of the groove, so that the filter element 2 can be effectively positioned when the outer wall surface of the protrusion contacts the inner wall surface of the groove.
