Abstract
The invention discloses an improved ball valve, which comprises a top cover and a valve casing, wherein the upper end of the valve casing is provided with an opening, and the side surface of the valve casing is provided with a first channel and a second channel which are coaxial and the centers of which are positioned in the same horizontal plane; the top cover is arranged at an opening at the upper end of the valve shell through a U-shaped locking rod; a valve core assembly arranged on the top cover is arranged in the valve shell; the valve core assembly is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the first channel and the second channel; the ball valve is convenient to detach and maintain.

Background
Ball valves are widely used in petroleum and natural gas pipelines, and in oil extraction, oil refining, petrochemical, chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, electric power, nuclear power, food, tap water, paper making and other devices. The existing ball valve is complex in structure and long in assembly time consumption, a pipeline needs to be disassembled during maintenance, time and energy are consumed, and potential safety hazards are easily caused due to the fact that parts of the ball valve can be disassembled manually.

the valve core assembly comprises a valve sleeve, the valve sleeve comprises a first valve sleeve and a second valve sleeve, a first valve cavity is arranged in the first valve sleeve, a second valve cavity is arranged in the second valve sleeve, and the first valve sleeve and the second valve sleeve are both arranged on the top cover through positioning pins; the first valve pocket and the second valve pocket are spliced to form the valve pocket, the first valve pocket and the second valve pocket are spliced to form a ball valve pocket, insertion grooves are formed in two side faces, matched with the second valve pocket, of the first valve pocket, first clamping convex teeth are arranged on the side faces of the insertion grooves, a cutting bar used for being inserted into the insertion grooves is arranged on the second valve pocket, and second clamping convex teeth matched with the first clamping convex teeth are arranged on the side faces of the cutting bar; a ball body in sealing contact with the ball valve cavity is rotatably connected in the ball valve cavity, a valve rod is arranged on the ball body upwards along the vertical direction, and the valve rod extends out of the valve sleeve and penetrates out of the top cover; the first valve sleeve is provided with a first through hole for communicating the ball valve cavity with the first channel, and the second valve sleeve is provided with a second through hole for communicating the ball valve cavity with the second channel; and a communicating hole for controlling the on-off of the first through hole and the second through hole is formed in the ball body.
When the ball valve is used, the rotating valve rod drives the ball body to rotate, and the on-off of the first through hole and the second through hole can be controlled through the communicating hole when the ball body rotates; thereby realizing the control of the on-off of the first channel and the second channel; in addition, the top cover is arranged at the opening at the upper end of the valve shell through the U-shaped locking rod, so that the top cover and the valve shell can be conveniently detached and installed; the valve sleeves are arranged into the first valve sleeve and the second valve sleeve, so that the ball body in the ball valve cavity can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, and the maintenance of the ball valve is facilitated.
In a further technical scheme, a first sealing ring in sealing contact with the ball body is arranged at a first through hole in the first valve cavity; and a second sealing ring which is in sealing contact with the ball body is arranged at the second through hole in the second valve cavity.
In a further technical scheme, two first plug holes for the U-shaped locking rods to be plugged are arranged on the side face of the valve casing side by side near the upper end opening of the valve casing, and two second plug holes for the U-shaped locking rods to be plugged are arranged on the top cover side by side.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-7, an improved ball valve comprises a top cover 2 and a valve housing 1 having an opening at the upper end, wherein a first passage 1a and a second passage 1b are coaxially arranged on the side surface of the valve housing 1, and the centers of the first passage and the second passage are located in the same horizontal plane; the top cover 2 is arranged at an opening at the upper end of the valve shell 1 through a U-shaped locking rod 7; a valve core assembly arranged on the top cover 2 is arranged in the valve shell 1; the valve core assembly is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the first channel 1a and the second channel 1 b.
The valve core assembly comprises a valve sleeve 3, the valve sleeve 3 comprises a first valve sleeve 3a and a second valve sleeve 3b, a first valve cavity is arranged in the first valve sleeve 3a, a second valve cavity is arranged in the second valve sleeve 3b, and the first valve sleeve 3a and the second valve sleeve 3b are both arranged on the top cover 2 through positioning pins 5; the first valve pocket 3a and the second valve pocket 3b are spliced to form the valve pocket 3, the first valve pocket and the second valve pocket are spliced to form a ball valve pocket, the first valve pocket 3a is provided with an insertion groove 3a1 on two side faces matched with the second valve pocket 3b, the side face of the insertion groove 3a1 is provided with a first clamping convex tooth 3a2, the second valve pocket 3b is provided with a cutting bar 3b1 inserted into the insertion groove 3a1, and the side face of the cutting bar 3b1 is provided with a second clamping convex tooth 3b2 matched with the first clamping convex tooth 3a 2; a ball body 4 in sealing contact with the ball valve cavity is rotatably connected in the ball valve cavity, a valve rod 41 is arranged on the ball body 4 along the vertical direction, and the valve rod 41 extends out of the valve sleeve and penetrates out of the top cover 2; the first valve sleeve 3a is provided with a first through hole 3a3 for communicating the ball valve cavity with the first channel 1a, and the second valve sleeve 3b is provided with a second through hole 3b3 for communicating the ball valve cavity with the second channel 1 b; the ball 4 is provided with a communication hole 42 for controlling the on-off of the first through hole 3a3 and the second through hole 3b 3. A first sealing ring 6a which is in sealing contact with the ball 4 is arranged in the first valve cavity at the first through hole 3a 3; the second valve chamber is provided with a second sealing ring 6b in sealing contact with the ball 4 at the second through hole 3b 3. Two first inserting holes 101 for inserting the U-shaped locking rods are arranged side by side on the side surface of the valve casing 1 near the opening of the upper end of the valve casing, and two second inserting holes 21 for inserting the U-shaped locking rods are arranged side by side on the top cover 2.
When the ball valve is used, the rotating valve rod 41 drives the ball body 4 to rotate, and the on-off of the first through hole 3a3 and the second through hole 3b3 can be controlled through the communicating hole 42 when the ball body 4 rotates; thereby realizing the control of the on-off of the first channel 1a and the second channel 1 b; in addition, the top cover 2 is arranged at the opening at the upper end of the valve shell 1 through the U-shaped locking rod 7, so that the disassembly and the installation between the top cover 2 and the valve shell 1 can be facilitated; the valve sleeves 3 are arranged into the first valve sleeve 3a and the second valve sleeve 3b, so that the installation and the disassembly of the ball body 4 in the ball valve cavity can be facilitated, and the maintenance of the ball valve is facilitated.
In addition, when the valve sleeve 3 is assembled in a clamping mode, the first valve sleeve 3a and the second valve sleeve 3b are firstly passed through, the first sealing ring 6a and the second sealing ring 6b are correspondingly compressed and deformed respectively, when the first clamping convex tooth 3a2 is clamped to the second clamping convex tooth 3b2, the first valve sleeve 3a and the second valve sleeve 3b are loosened to move towards the direction far away from the ball body 4 under the action of the first sealing ring 6a and the second sealing ring 6b respectively, so that the first clamping convex tooth 3a2 is firmly clamped on the second clamping convex tooth 3b2, and then the valve core assembly and the top cover 2 are connected into a whole through the cylindrical pin 5.

2. The improved ball valve according to claim 1, wherein a first sealing ring in sealing contact with the ball body is provided in the first valve chamber at the first through hole; and a second sealing ring which is in sealing contact with the ball body is arranged at the second through hole in the second valve cavity.
