step two, the motor 31 reversely rotates to drive the synchronous rack 5 to reset, in the resetting process of the synchronous rack 5, the spring 8 loses the acting force on the door handle assembly 2, and the spring 8 resets to push the door handle assembly 2 to translate towards the initial position;
and thirdly, when the locking synchronous rack 5 returns to the initial position, after the limit post 51 of the synchronous rack 5 touches the travel switch 7 on the outer side, the motor 31 stops rotating, the LED lamp 6 is extinguished, and the door handle assembly 2 returns to the initial position to be flush with the outer plate 9 of the automobile body. The design of the sensor component detects whether foreign matters exist in the handle groove in the resetting process of the door handle, and can effectively play a role in preventing clamping.
Further, when the motor cannot work or the icing motor cannot push the door handle to move in winter, the door handle assembly 2 is manually pushed, and the handle groove 15 is pulled to realize door opening. The door handle assembly 2 does not generate acting force with the motor 6 in the backward process, and the motor performance is not damaged.

The shrinkage hidden type vehicle door handle with the atmosphere lamp is characterized by comprising a body framework (1), a door handle assembly (2), a motor assembly (3), a controller (4), a synchronous rack (5), an LED lamp (6) and a travel switch (7); the novel door handle is characterized in that a concave handle groove (15) is formed in the inner side of a panel of the body framework (1), a controller (4) is arranged on the back surface of the handle groove (15), an LED lamp (6) is arranged on the side wall of the handle groove (15), a door handle assembly (2) is arranged above the handle groove (15), a synchronous rack (5) and a travel switch (7) are arranged above the door handle assembly (2), and a motor assembly (3) is arranged at the extending part of the upper end of the body framework (1);
the upper part of the body framework (1) is provided with a sliding groove (11), a U-shaped groove (12) and a first convex rib (111), the middle part is provided with a door handle mounting groove (13), the upper end extension part is provided with a motor mounting groove (112), and the 3 vertex angles are provided with mounting holes (14); bosses (110) are arranged on two sides of the door handle mounting groove (13); the two symmetrical side walls of the handle groove (15) are respectively provided with a containing groove (16) and a first BOSS column (17), the back surface of the handle groove is provided with a second BOSS column (18) and a first groove (19), and the motor mounting groove (112) is internally provided with a third BOSS column (113); the motor assembly (3) is fixedly arranged in a motor mounting groove (112) of the extension part at the upper end of the body framework (1) through a second screw (34), and comprises a motor (31), a motor bracket (32) and a gear (33), wherein the gear (33) is arranged on the motor (31) and is meshed with the synchronous rack (5); the motor (31) is fixed with the motor bracket (32) through a sixth screw (35);
limiting columns (51) are arranged on two symmetrical surfaces of the synchronous rack (5), a second convex rib (52) is arranged on the other side surface of the synchronous rack, the synchronous rack (5) is arranged in the sliding groove (11), and the U-shaped groove (12) plays a limiting role on the limiting columns (51);
the door handle assembly (2) is fixed in the door handle mounting groove (13) through a third screw (210), and comprises a door handle cover plate (21), a sensor assembly (22), a door handle inner plate (23) and a connecting rod (24), wherein a second groove (26) for mounting the sensor assembly (22) is formed in the back surface of the door handle cover plate (21), the outer side of the door handle inner plate (23) is fixedly connected with the door handle cover plate (21) in a welding mode, and the inner side of the door handle inner plate is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (24) through a first screw (25); an opening (28) is formed in the connecting rod (24), the opening (28) is hung and buckled on a second convex rib (52) of the synchronous rack (5), a fourth BOSS column (27) and a limiting rib (29) are arranged on the door handle inner plate (23), a spring (8) is sleeved on the fourth BOSS column (27), one end of the spring (8) is fixed with the limiting rib (29), and the other end of the spring is attached to a BOSS (110) on the body framework (1);
the controller (4) is fixedly arranged in the first groove (19) through a fourth screw (41), and the controller (4) is connected with an original vehicle power supply and is respectively connected with the travel switch (7), the sensor assembly (22), the motor (31) and the LED lamp (6); the LED lamp (6) is fixedly arranged in the accommodating groove (16) through a fifth screw (61); the travel switch (7) is arranged in a clamping groove formed by the first convex rib (111) and the side plate of the body framework (1); the mounting holes (14) are matched with screws and nuts to mount the door handle on the door sheet metal.
2. A method of controlling a retracting hidden door handle with an atmosphere lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door handle opening process comprises the steps of:
firstly, in an initial position, the door handle cover plate (21) is flush with the automobile body outer plate (9), and when the controller (4) detects that the remote control key is close, the automobile speed is lower than 20Km/h; or the central control BCM receives an unlocking instruction; or when the door handle cover plate is detected to be pressed and the vehicle central control is in an unlocking state, the controller (4) controls the motor (31) on the door handle to start, and the LED lamp (6) is automatically started along with the motor;
step two, the motor (31) drives the synchronous rack (5) to translate towards the direction in the vehicle, the synchronous rack (5) translates and drives the door handle assembly (2) to translate, and the door handle assembly (2) translates and compresses the spring (8) towards the direction in the vehicle;
and thirdly, after the limit column (51) of the synchronous rack (5) touches the travel switch (7) at the inner side, the motor (31) stops rotating, the door handle assembly (2) is pushed back to the maximum position, the handle groove (15) in the body framework (1) is exposed, and the door can be opened by pulling the handle cover plate (21) on the surface of the handle groove (15).
3. The method for controlling a retracting hidden door handle with an atmosphere lamp according to claim 2, wherein the door handle resetting process comprises the steps of:
step one, when the door handle assembly is kept in a contracted state for 60 seconds, or the controller (4) detects that the remote control key leaves; or the central control BCM receives a locking instruction; or when a car locking instruction is received, the sensor assembly (22) detects whether a foreign matter exists in the handle groove (15) firstly, and when the foreign matter exists, the door handle assembly (2) keeps a backward moving state; when no foreign matter exists, the controller (4) controls the motor (31) on the door handle to start;
step two, the motor (31) reversely rotates to drive the synchronous rack (5) to reset, in the resetting process of the synchronous rack (5), the spring (8) loses the acting force on the door handle assembly (2), and the spring (8) resets to push the door handle assembly (2) to translate towards the initial position;
and thirdly, when the synchronous rack (5) returns to the initial position, after the limit post (51) of the synchronous rack (5) touches the travel switch (7) at the outer side, the motor (31) stops rotating, the LED lamp (6) is extinguished, and the door handle assembly (2) returns to the initial position to be flush with the automobile body outer plate (9).
4. A method of controlling a retracting hidden door handle with an atmosphere lamp according to claim 3, wherein when the motor is not operated or the door handle is not pushed to move by the ice motor in winter, the door handle assembly (2) is pushed manually, and the handle groove (15) is pulled again to realize the door opening action.
