Specifically, the device includes manhole baffle 1, first containing storehouse 2, second containing storehouse 3, two guide rail grooves 4, two cylinders 5, atmospheric pressure control unit and spring top pearl 6. The air pressure control unit pressurizes the two air cylinders 5 to drive the two cylinder bodies to synchronously slide along the guide rail groove 4 in the same direction; the sliding of the cylinder/activating part 51 moves the manhole cover 1 between the first and second positions according to the invention. In this embodiment, when in the first position, the manhole cover 1 is located in the first storage compartment; when the manhole cover is located at the second position, the manhole cover 1 is located between the first storage bin 2 and the second storage bin 3 and abuts against the opening of the manhole 200.

The air compressor 10 compresses air to the high-pressure air storage tank 9 for storage through the driving of the motor 11; the air in the high-pressure air storage tank 9 is controlled by the on-off of the electromagnetic valve 7 to charge the air cylinder 5.
The leakage prevention control method of the leakage prevention device in the embodiment is as follows: when the tank truck is in a normal running state, namely when the tank truck does not encounter overturning danger, the electromagnetic valve 7 is not electrified and is in a cut-off state, and the manhole baffle plate 1 is positioned in the first storage bin 2. When the tank truck runs into the overturning danger, the lower end of the electromagnetic valve 7 is in the power-on state, the first air port 54 gives out air, the second air port 55 gives in air, the piston rod extends out of the pushing cylinder body, the manhole baffle plate 1 is pushed, and the opening of the manhole 200 is blocked to avoid leakage.
