In the bonding operation between the tray body 1 and the leg members 2, the bonding operation and the thermocompression bonding operation can be performed manually or by a thermocompression bonding machine. The hot pressing operation mode which is formed by synchronously pressing operation and heating operation is adopted to process the paper tray, thereby being beneficial to improving the overall processing quality of the paper tray and shortening the overall processing time of the paper tray.
When the hot pressing machine is used for synchronously finishing the pressing operation and the heating operation, the pressing force of the hot pressing machine is set to be 25-50N, and the pressing time is set to be 8-12min, so that the processing operation time is shortened to the greatest extent while the processing quality of the paper tray is ensured, and the processing efficiency is improved. After finishing the processing operation of a batch of paper trays, performing interval gelling operation, namely standing the batch of paper trays in a ventilated environment, and setting the interval gelling time to be 20-28h to ensure that the glue used in the process of processing the paper trays is fully solidified.
In the process of hot pressing operation, the first pressing operation and the second pressing operation can be carried out step by step. The first pressing operation is set to be short and light pressing, the second pressing operation is set to be long and heavy pressing, namely, pressing operation with different time lengths and different pressing force is achieved twice through manual work or hot pressing machinery, so that the purpose of improving the processing quality of the paper tray is achieved, and meanwhile, the time of subsequent processing operation is shortened.
The present embodiment is further described below with reference to specific actions:
s1, cutting paperboards according to a pre-designed digital model of the paper tray, preparing a panel 11, a bottom plate 12, a reinforcing plate 14 and a honeycomb paperboard core 13 of a tray body 1, and simultaneously cutting the paperboards, preparing a leg paperboard 221, a peripheral main body and an end plate 212 of a leg column 2;
s2-1, in the process of processing the tray body 1, firstly, sequentially bonding the panel 11, the honeycomb paperboard core 13 and the bottom plate 12 through hot-pressing operation to form an integral structure, and then, splicing and bonding the reinforcing plate 14 through hot-pressing operation to form the tray body 1 through hot-pressing;
s2-2, in the process of processing the stilt 2, firstly, vertically bonding and pressing the stilt paper boards 221 to form the inner column 22 through hot pressing operation, simultaneously cutting the paper boards and bonding the paper boards to form the peripheral side column 211, then filling the inner column 22 into the peripheral side column 211, and hot pressing and bonding the fixed end plate 212 at one opening end 5 of the peripheral side column 211 to form the stilt 2;
s3, in the process of combining the tray body 1 and the socles 2, cutting and forming notches 6 at preset positions on the bottom plate 12, bending the bottom plate 12 to form wing plates 7, then bonding and pressing the nine socles 2 to be fixed at the corresponding notches 6 through hot pressing operation, and then bonding and hot pressing the fixed wing plates 7 to form the paper tray through pressing.

s2-2, firstly, vertically bonding and pressing foot paper boards (221) in sequence to form an inner column (22), simultaneously cutting the paper boards and surrounding the paper boards to bond to form a circumferential side column body (211), then filling the inner column (22) in the circumferential side column body (211), bonding and pressing a fixed end plate (212) at one opening end (5) of the circumferential side column body (211) to form a foot column (2), and finishing the bonding operation and the heating operation of the foot column (2) by adopting a hot pressing machine;
