Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a welding and positioning tool for a barrel flange, and the welding and positioning tool is used for solving the problem of low welding efficiency of a shell in the prior art.
The welding and positioning tool for the cylinder flange adopts the following technical scheme:
the cylinder flange welding and positioning tool comprises a support frame, wherein an upper positioning piece and a lower positioning piece are arranged on the support frame;
the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part are respectively arranged on the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part on the peripheral surface, and the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part are respectively used for positioning and matching with the peripheral surface of the upper flange and the peripheral surface of the lower flange of the shell to be welded so as to enable the axes of the upper flange and the lower flange to be superposed;
the support frame is also provided with a vertical positioning surface, and the vertical positioning surface is used for being matched with the flange end surface of the side branch pipe of the shell to be welded in a positioning way along the axial direction of the side branch pipe;
the upper positioning part, the lower positioning part and the vertical positioning surface are horizontally and centrally arranged;
the support frame is provided with a positioning structure which is used for positioning and matching with a horizontal placing platform of the shell to be welded, and the positioning structure is used for enabling the upper positioning piece and the lower positioning piece to be arranged in the vertical direction; or, the support frame is provided with a workpiece support surface for supporting and placing the lower flange end surface of the shell to be welded, and the arrangement direction of the upper positioning piece and the lower positioning piece is perpendicular to the workpiece support surface.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the positioning parts of the two positioning parts are respectively matched with the peripheral surfaces of the upper flange and the lower flange of the shell to be welded in a positioning way, so that the axes of the upper flange and the lower flange are superposed, and the centering of the upper flange and the lower flange is realized; in addition, the positioning of the opposite side branch pipe can be realized by positioning and matching the vertical positioning surface and the flange end surface of the side branch pipe along the circumferential direction of the side branch pipe; the upper positioning part, the lower positioning part and the vertical positioning surface are horizontally and centrally arranged, and the shell to be welded and the support frame are placed on the horizontal placing platform or the shell to be welded is placed on the workpiece support surface, so that the lower flange of the shell to be welded and the horizontal measurement reference of the support frame can be ensured to be uniform; and the collateral branch pipe can rely on the vertical locating surface location on the support frame simultaneously when last flange, lower flange centering, perhaps relies on the vertical locating surface location on the support frame again after last flange, lower flange spot welding, and then spot welding fixes on the main drum body, accomplishes and treats the fixed location of each part of welded casing, and the positioning process of each part all can be accomplished through a barrel flange welding position frock to can reduce the welding process flow of casing, improve the welding efficiency of casing.
In order to realize the universality of the welding and positioning tool for the barrel flange, at least one of the upper positioning piece and the lower positioning piece in the scheme is a movable positioning piece which is arranged on the support frame and can be adjusted in position along the horizontal direction; the support frame is provided with a measuring reference for measuring the position of the movable positioning piece, the barrel flange welding positioning tool can be suitable for positioning the shell to be welded with different sizes of the upper flange and the lower flange by adjusting the position of the movable positioning piece, and the universality of the barrel flange welding positioning tool is improved.

In order to reduce the friction between the movable positioning piece and the inserting cavity, in the scheme, guide grooves are formed in two opposite side cavity walls of the inserting cavity, guide wheels are arranged on the corresponding sides of the inserting handle, and the guide wheels are supported in the guide grooves in a rolling mode.
For increasing the precision of movable setting element position control, in this scheme the grafting handle splines the assembly at the grafting intracavity, the grafting handle is connected with and is used for driving the flexible helical drive structure of movable setting element, and helical drive structure can realize the continuous controllable regulation of movable setting element position, is favorable to increasing the regulation precision of movable setting element.
For convenient design and processing, the screw transmission structure in the scheme comprises a screw rod fixed on the insertion handle, the tail end of the screw rod extends out of the insertion cavity, the screw rod is provided with an adjusting nut, and one end of the insertion cavity, through which the screw rod penetrates out, is provided with a cavity wall matched with the adjusting nut in a stop manner along the axial direction of the screw rod.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cylinder flange welding and positioning tool of the present invention includes a support frame 11, an upper positioning part 12 and a lower positioning part 13 are disposed on the support frame 11, the upper positioning part 12 is provided with an upper positioning part 121, the lower positioning part 13 is provided with a lower positioning part 131, the upper positioning part 121 in this embodiment is an arc surface adapted to an outer peripheral surface of an upper flange 1 of a to-be-welded housing shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the lower positioning part 131 is an arc surface adapted to an outer peripheral surface of a lower flange 2 of the to-be-welded housing shown in fig. 1 and 2.
In order to realize the universality of the welding and positioning tool for the barrel flange, the upper positioning piece 12 and the lower positioning piece 13 in the embodiment are movable positioning pieces with adjustable positions along the horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the upper side and the lower side of the supporting frame 11 are provided with insertion holes extending along the horizontal direction, the hole walls of the insertion holes form an insertion cavity, the insertion hole arranged on the upper side of the supporting frame 11 is an upper insertion hole 113, the insertion hole arranged on the lower side of the supporting frame 11 is a lower insertion hole 114, the upper positioning element 12 is inserted into the upper insertion hole 113, and the lower positioning element 13 is inserted into the lower insertion hole 114.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the upper positioning element 12 and the lower positioning element 13 both include two perpendicular sides, wherein a first side is fixed at a middle position of a second side, the first side of the upper positioning element 12 is used as an insertion handle of the upper positioning element 12, the first side of the lower positioning element 13 is used as an insertion handle of the lower positioning element 13, and the insertion handle of the upper positioning element 12 is defined as an upper insertion handle, and the insertion handle of the lower positioning element 13 is defined as a lower insertion handle. The upper insertion hole 113 and the lower insertion hole 114 in this embodiment are both rectangular holes, and the shapes of the upper insertion handle and the lower insertion handle are adapted to the corresponding insertion holes, so that the upper insertion handle is inserted into the upper insertion hole 113 in a guiding manner, and the lower insertion handle is inserted into the lower insertion hole 114 in a guiding manner.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the hole wall of the upper insertion hole 113 is provided with an upper screw hole 111, and the hole wall of the lower insertion hole 114 is provided with a lower screw hole 112. As shown in fig. 3, the upper screw hole 111 is internally threaded with an upper jack 14, and the lower screw hole 112 is internally threaded with a lower jack 15. After the upper positioning piece 12 and the lower positioning piece 13 are adjusted in place, the corresponding positioning pieces are fixed on the support frame 11 through the upper jackscrew 14 and the lower jackscrew 15 respectively.
As shown in fig. 10, the cylinder flange welding and positioning tool further includes a horizontal placement platform 16, and the horizontal placement platform 16 is used for placing the support frame 11 and the shell to be welded. As shown in fig. 7, the support frame 11 in this embodiment is a right triangle, the right triangle has a first right-angle side and a second right-angle side that are perpendicular to each other, the lower insertion hole 114 is disposed on the first right-angle side, and a lower end surface of the first right-angle side forms a positioning structure 116 for positioning and matching the support frame 11 and the horizontal placement platform 16; the upper jack 113 is arranged on the upper side of the support frame 11; the second right-angle side is provided with a vertical positioning surface 115 which is used for being matched with the flange end face of the side branch pipe of the shell to be welded in a positioning mode, specifically, the vertical positioning surface 115 is formed by the moving direction of the second right-angle side perpendicular to the movable positioning piece and the side face of the positioning portion close to the movable positioning piece, and the upper positioning portion 121, the lower positioning portion 131 and the vertical positioning surface 115 are horizontally arranged in the middle. The positioning of the side branch pipe can be realized by the positioning fit of the vertical positioning surface 115 and the flange end surface of the side branch pipe of the shell to be welded.
In order to reduce the frictional resistance between the upper positioning member 12, the lower positioning member 13 and the corresponding insertion holes, guide grooves are arranged on two side hole walls opposite to each other in the horizontal direction in the upper insertion hole 113, an upper bearing 122 is arranged on the corresponding side of the upper insertion handle, and the upper bearing 122 is guided and rolled and supported in the guide grooves of the upper insertion hole 113. The two side hole walls opposite to each other in the horizontal direction in the lower insertion hole 114 are also provided with guide grooves, the corresponding side of the lower insertion handle is provided with a lower bearing 132, and the lower bearing 132 is guided and rolled and supported in the guide grooves of the lower insertion hole 114.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, an upper screw 123 is fixed at one end of the upper insertion handle away from the upper positioning portion 121, a tail end of the upper screw 123 extends out of the upper insertion hole 113, an upper nut 17 is connected to the upper screw 123 in a threaded manner, and an end surface of the upper insertion hole 113 away from the upper positioning portion 121 is used for being axially matched with the upper nut 17 along the upper screw 123 in a blocking manner; a lower screw 133 is fixed at one end of the lower plug handle far away from the lower positioning part 131, and a lower nut 18 is connected to the lower screw 133 in a threaded manner. In order to facilitate screwing the upper nut 17 and the lower nut 18, the upper nut 17 and the lower nut 18 in this embodiment are wing nuts. When the upper nut 17 is rotated, the upper jack 113 is in rotation stopping fit with the upper insertion handle, so that the upper positioning piece 12 is prevented from rotating along with the upper nut 17, and the telescopic adjustment of the upper positioning piece 12 is realized; when the lower nut 18 is rotated, the lower insertion hole 114 is in rotation-stopping fit with the lower insertion handle, so that the lower positioning piece 13 is prevented from rotating along with the lower nut 18, and the telescopic adjustment of the lower positioning piece 13 is realized.
The upper bearing 122 in this embodiment constitutes a guide wheel provided on the upper positioning member 12, and the lower bearing 132 constitutes a guide wheel provided on the lower positioning member 13; in other embodiments, the upper bearing 122 and the lower bearing 132 may be replaced by cylindrical rollers, respectively, and in this case, the cylindrical rollers constitute the guide wheel; or, neither an upper bearing nor a lower bearing is arranged, and the movable positioning piece is assembled in the jack in a guiding and moving way.
The right-angled triangle support frame 11 is adopted for supporting, so that the stability of the whole cylinder flange welding and positioning tool is guaranteed.
The vertical positioning surface 115 serves as a measurement reference for measuring the horizontal distance between the upper positioning portion 121 and the lower positioning portion 131 when performing position adjustment of the upper positioning member 12 and the lower positioning member 13. According to the drawing dimension requirement, the absolute value of the difference of the outer side radiuses set by the lower flange 2 and the upper flange 1 is obtained, and the upper positioning piece 12 and the lower positioning piece 13 are adjusted to enable the horizontal distance between the upper positioning part 121 and the lower positioning part 131 to be equal to the absolute value of the difference of the outer side radiuses set by the lower flange 2 and the upper flange 1. Specifically, the upper positioning member 12 and the lower positioning member 13 may be adjusted to the second side to be attached to the vertical positioning surface 115, then the upper nut 17 and the lower nut 18 are screwed, and the distance between the vertical positioning surface 115 and the upper positioning portion 121 and the distance between the vertical positioning surface 115 and the lower positioning portion 131 are measured by a ruler, and after the adjustment of the relative positions of the upper positioning member 12 and the lower positioning member 13 is completed, the upper positioning member 12 and the lower positioning member 13 are fixed by the upper jackscrew 14.
When the side branch pipe needs to be positioned, according to the drawing size requirement, the distance between the flange end face of the corresponding side branch pipe and the outer peripheral face of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch pipe is obtained, the support frame 11 is placed on one side of the shell to be welded, and the distance between the vertical positioning face 115 and the outer peripheral face of the lower flange 2 in the telescopic direction of the movable positioning piece is equal to the set distance between the flange end face of the side branch pipe and the outer peripheral face of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch pipe. Specifically, the distance between the vertical positioning surface 115 and the lower positioning portion 131 in the telescopic direction of the movable positioning member may be measured to be equal to the set distance between the flange end surface of the side branch pipe and the outer peripheral surface of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch pipe. And then adjusting the lower positioning piece 13, respectively positioning and matching the upper positioning piece 12 and the upper flange 1, positioning and matching the lower positioning piece 13 and the lower flange 2, completing the relative position adjustment of the upper positioning piece 12 and the lower positioning piece 13, and after the adjustment is completed, fixing the upper positioning piece 12 and fixing the lower positioning piece 13 through the upper jackscrew 14 and the lower jackscrew 15.
The horizontal placement platform 16 in this embodiment is composed of a workshop riveting platform, and the flange end face of the lower flange 2, the lower surface of the support frame 11 and the horizontal placement platform 16 can be effectively ensured to be in a horizontal plane through the horizontal placement platform 16, so that the uniformity of measurement references during welding is ensured, and the product quality of the shell is improved.
When the voltage transformer shell shown in fig. 1 and 2 is welded, an upper flange 1 and a transition cylinder 3 are welded to form an upper cylinder part, and a lower flange 2, a main cylinder 5 and a reducing cylinder 4 are welded to form a lower cylinder part; and then the upper cylinder part, the lower cylinder part, the first side branch pipe 6 and the second side branch pipe 7 are subjected to positioning welding through a cylinder flange welding positioning tool. The specific positioning welding process of the upper cylinder part, the lower cylinder part, the first side branch pipe 6 and the second side branch pipe 7 is as follows:
1) as shown in fig. 10, the support frame 11, the upper cylinder part and the lower cylinder part are firstly placed on the horizontal platform 16, that is, the lower flange end face of the lower flange 2 is supported on the horizontal platform 16, the upper cylinder part is placed on the upper part of the lower cylinder part, and the positioning structure 116 of the support frame 11 is attached to the horizontal platform 16;
2) as shown in fig. 11, the support frame 11 is moved to make the upper positioning portion 121 fit with the outer peripheral surface of the upper flange 1 of the to-be-welded voltage transformer shell, the lower positioning portion 131 is in positioning fit with the outer peripheral surface of the lower flange 2 of the to-be-welded voltage transformer shell, so as to realize the centering of the upper flange 1 and the lower flange 2, and the welding seam between the transition cylinder 3 and the reducing cylinder 4 is spot-welded by using a welding gun;
3) as shown in fig. 12, according to the drawing requirements, the support frame 11 is moved to make the distance between the vertical positioning surface 115 and the outer peripheral surface of the lower flange 2 in the telescopic direction of the movable positioning piece equal to the set distance between the flange end surface of the side branch pipe and the outer peripheral surface of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch pipe, then the lower positioning piece 13 is adjusted to make the upper positioning piece 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the upper flange 1 in positioning fit, the lower positioning piece 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the lower flange 2 in positioning fit, then the flange end surface of the first side branch pipe 6 of the voltage transformer shell to be welded is attached to the vertical positioning surface 115, and the welding seam between the main cylinder 5 and the first side branch pipe 6 is spot-welded by using a welding gun;
4) as shown in fig. 13, repeating the step 3), and spot-welding the welding seam of the second side branch pipe 7 and the main cylinder 5 by using a welding gun;
5) as shown in fig. 14, the spot welding of the to-be-welded voltage transformer case is completed, and the complete welding of the to-be-welded voltage transformer case is prepared.
In other embodiments, when the voltage transformer shell shown in fig. 1 and 2 is welded, the supporting frame 11 may also be placed on one side of the voltage transformer shell to be welded according to the drawing requirements, so that the distance between the vertical positioning surface 115 and the outer circumferential surface of the lower flange 2 in the telescopic direction of the movable positioning part is equal to the set distance between the flange end surface of the side branch pipe and the outer circumferential surface of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch pipe; and simultaneously, the lower positioning piece 13 is adjusted so that the horizontal distance between the upper positioning part 121 and the lower positioning part 131 is equal to the difference of the outer radii set by the lower flange 2 and the upper flange 1. Then, the flange end face of the first side branch pipe 6 is attached to the vertical positioning face 115, the upper positioning portion 121 is in positioning fit with the upper flange 1, the lower positioning portion 131 is in positioning fit with the lower flange 2, positioning of the upper flange 1, the lower flange 2 and the first side branch pipe 6 is completed at one time, and then welding seams of the transition cylinder 3 and the reducing cylinder 4 and welding seams of the main cylinder 5 and the first side branch pipe 6 are spot-welded by using a welding gun; and repeating the step 3) in the embodiment, and performing spot welding on the welding seam between the main barrel 5 and the second side branch pipe 7 by using a welding gun to complete the spot welding of the shell of the voltage transformer to be welded, so as to prepare for performing complete welding of the shell of the voltage transformer to be welded.
In other embodiments, when the voltage transformer shell shown in fig. 1 and 2 is welded, the supporting frame 11 may also be placed on one side of the voltage transformer shell to be welded according to the drawing requirements, so that the distance between the vertical positioning surface 115 and the outer circumferential surface of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch is equal to the set distance between the flange end surface of the side branch and the outer circumferential surface of the lower flange 2 in the axial direction of the side branch, and the lower positioning portion 131 and the lower flange 2 are positioned and matched; then inserting a first side branch pipe 6 on the main cylinder 5 to enable the flange end face of the first side branch pipe 6 to be attached to the vertical positioning face 115, completing positioning of the first side branch pipe 6 and the lower flange 2, and then spot-welding the welding seam between the main cylinder 5 and the first side branch pipe 6 by using a welding gun; repeating the steps, and spot-welding the welding seam of the second side branch pipe 7 and the main cylinder 5 by using a welding gun; finally, adjusting the relative positions of the upper positioning piece 12 and the lower positioning piece 13 to ensure that the upper positioning piece 12 is in positioning fit with the outer peripheral surface of the upper flange 1, the lower positioning piece 13 is in positioning fit with the outer peripheral surface of the lower flange 2, and welding seams of the main barrel and the first side branch pipes are spot-welded by using a welding gun; and finishing the spot welding of the shell of the voltage transformer to be welded, and preparing for the complete welding of the shell of the voltage transformer to be welded.
The positioning processes of the upper flange 1, the lower flange 2 and the side branch pipe can be completed through a cylinder flange welding positioning tool, so that the welding process flow of the shell can be reduced, and the welding efficiency of the shell is improved.
In addition, the welding and positioning tool for the cylinder flange is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, and can be used for welding and positioning the shell of the voltage transformer and positioning the lightning arrester and other variable diameter shells in the production and processing process.
The upper positioning piece and the lower positioning piece in the embodiment are movable positioning pieces, in other embodiments, the upper positioning piece or the lower positioning piece can be only set as a movable positioning piece with an adjustable position along the horizontal direction, the position of the other positioning piece is not adjustable, and at the moment, the relative positions of the two positioning pieces can be adjusted only by adjusting the movable positioning pieces. At the moment, the intersection position of the first side and the second side of the non-adjustable positioning piece is used as a measuring reference, or a certain set position of the non-adjustable positioning piece is used as a measuring reference; go up setting element and also equal fixed connection of lower setting element at the support frame, and go up the position of setting element, lower setting element and be unadjustable, at this moment, barrel flange welding position frock is only applicable to the welding position of a casing.
The support frame in this embodiment is equipped with the jack, and the movable positioning piece direction removes the assembly on the jack, in other embodiments, can set up a plurality of connecting holes along the horizontal direction on the support frame, is provided with the mounting hole that is used for corresponding with the connecting hole on the movable positioning piece, and the mounting hole is adjusted well and is fixed the position regulation who realizes the movable positioning piece through the fastener with the connecting hole of difference. At the moment, the cylinder flange welding and positioning tool is suitable for positioning the flanges of the shells to be welded with specific sizes.
In other embodiments, the hole wall of the jack can also be provided with an opening extending along the axial direction of the jack, meanwhile, two side walls of the opening are provided with connecting holes for inserting a fastener and connecting the two side walls, the hole wall of the jack is made of an elastic material, the opening is opened in a natural state, and at the moment, the inserting handle can move axially along the jack; when the two side walls are connected through the fastening piece, the opening is tightened, and the inserting handle is fixed on the supporting frame.
The movable positioning piece and the support frame in the embodiment realize the position adjustment of the movable positioning piece through a threaded transmission structure consisting of a screw rod and a nut; in other embodiments, an internal threaded hole may be formed in the movable positioning member, a screw rod is threadedly connected to the internal threaded hole, and a stop surface that is in stop fit with the screw rod along the axial direction of the screw rod is formed on the support frame, so that the position of the movable positioning member can be adjusted by rotating the screw rod. Or the position of the movable positioning piece can be adjusted directly by manually pushing and pulling the movable positioning piece by an operator without arranging a nut and a screw rod.
The jack in the embodiment is formed by a rectangular hole, and in other embodiments, the jack can also be formed by other polygonal holes such as a triangle, a pentagon and the like; the jack also can be formed by a circular hole, at the moment, two positioning blocks can be arranged on the movable positioning piece at intervals along the circumferential direction of the circular hole, two positioning plates which correspond to the positioning blocks one to one are arranged on the support frame, and the positioning plates and the positioning blocks are in blocking fit along the circumferential direction of the circular hole, so that the movable positioning piece is prevented from rotating along with the nut when the nut is rotated. The jack can also be replaced by a dovetail groove type sliding groove, so that the movable positioning piece is prevented from being separated from the sliding groove, and the movable positioning piece can be prevented from rotating along with the nut when the nut rotates.
The upper positioning part and the lower positioning part in the embodiment are both formed by arc surfaces; in other embodiments, the upper positioning portion and the lower positioning portion can be in the form of trapezoidal grooves, and when the flange positioning device is used, the groove walls on two sides of the trapezoidal grooves and the groove bottom wall are used for being in contact fit with at least three different positions in the circumferential direction of the cylinder flange, so that the cylinder flange is positioned. The radian of the positioning matching part can be properly increased to increase the contact area of the positioning matching part and the corresponding flange and improve the positioning precision, for example, the positioning part is set to be a semicircular arc surface or an arc surface close to the semicircular arc surface.
In other embodiments, the upper positioning portion may also be V-shaped or L-shaped, and at this time, the positioning portion and the corresponding flange are in two-point contact to realize positioning and matching of the flange.
The welding and positioning tool for the cylinder flange in the embodiment comprises a horizontal placing platform for supporting and positioning a supporting frame; in other embodiments, the horizontal placement platform may be formed by a part of the support frame, that is, the outer support frame is provided with a workpiece support surface for supporting and placing the lower flange end surface of the to-be-welded housing, and the arrangement direction of the upper positioning element and the lower positioning element is perpendicular to the workpiece support surface.
