Abstract

本发明涉及到一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水及其制备方法,属于日化洗护领域。本发明基于新鲜无患子果皮自然发酵得到的无患子酵素,充分利用其强清洁能力和抑菌性能,制备了无患子酵素洗发水配方,包括无患子酵素,表面活性剂(烷基聚葡萄糖苷、月桂醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油单乙醇酰胺),乳化剂(乙二醇硬脂酸酯)和防霉剂(丙酸)等原料,将制备的配方进行抑菌试验,证实所述无患子酵素洗发水配方对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均能达到100%。本发明拓展了无患子酵素的用途,制备方法简便,抗菌效果良好,且无患子来源广泛,取材便利。

技术领域
本发明属于日化洗护领域,具体涉及一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
头发不仅能保护头部,还能增强人的美感,因此,头发的洗护不可忽视。洗头的目的在于洗掉头皮和头发上的污物,使头发保持清洁的状态。另外,在现在的生活环境中,还有各种头发病原菌在威胁着头发的健康,比如金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等,这些都是表皮致病菌,一旦失衡,头发就会出现问题,会导致头皮长痘,发痒,引起头屑,甚至脱发。
无患子,亦称洗手果、油罗树,具有很强的去污能力,其根、皮、叶、果皮、种子等均具有很强的药用价值,是不可多得的自然资源。目前已有研究表明无患子具有抗菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌皆有抑制效果。烷基聚葡萄糖苷(APG),是一种性能全面的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,具有优良的相容性、稳定性,无毒无刺激,生物降解迅速完全。
本发明基于新鲜无患子果皮中自带微生物,进行自然发酵,充分释放具有清洗抑菌功能的活性小分子;充分利用无患子去污能力强,抑菌性能好的特性,结合表面活性剂APG、月桂醇醚硫酸钠、椰油单乙醇酰胺和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,乳化剂乙二醇硬脂酸酯以及防霉剂丙酸,发明了一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的是针对现有技术以及市场上洗发水抑菌性能的不足,在于提供一种操作简便、具有对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)无患子酵素的制备:将未经任何处理的无患子新鲜果皮堆积在容器内,室温下自然发酵30-45d,直接加入重量比为1-3倍的去离子水,25-45℃下搅拌提取,压榨弃去果皮渣,得到无患子酵素;
(2)洗发水配方由以下重量百分比的原料组成:无患子酵素12-30%,月桂醇醚硫酸钠10-18%,APG 6-8%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-12%,乙二醇硬脂酸酯2%,椰油单乙醇酰胺1%,丙酸0.15%,去离子水补足至100%;
(3)将月桂醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油单乙醇酰胺,乙二醇硬脂酸酯和去离子水混合加热至50-80℃,充分搅拌;
(4)自然降温至35-45℃,加入无患子酵素和APG,继续搅拌均匀;
(5)加入丙酸,搅拌均匀;
(6)继续降温至25-40℃,灌装。
所述步骤(1)中搅拌提取的时间为2-4h。
所述步骤(3)中充分搅拌的时间为15-30min。
所述步骤(4)中搅拌时间为15-20min。
所述步骤(5)中搅拌时间为10-15min。
所述的抑制对头发相关病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。
所述的对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用效果为,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均能达到100%。
所述的丙酸具有双重作用,同时起到防霉和调节洗发水pH的作用。
所述的APG、月桂醇醚硫酸钠、椰油单乙醇酰胺和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱均为表面活性剂,与无患子酵素复配使用,更突显无患子酵素的洗发功能。
所述的乙二醇硬脂酸酯为乳化剂,保证洗发水体系均匀一致。
所述的无患子新鲜果皮是直接从树上采摘下来的果实,仅去除种仁,没有经过干燥、清洗或其他的任何处理。
本发明相对于现有技术和方案具有如下的优点和效果:
1.本发明采用的无患子酵素具有很强的去污能力,且来源天然,对人体无毒无害无副作用,健康安全;
2.本发明采用的APG、月桂醇醚硫酸钠、椰油单乙醇酰胺和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,是一种性能全面的表面活性剂组合配方,有优良的相容性、稳定性,无毒无刺激。
3.本发明采用无患子酵素作为主要成分,生产工艺设备投资少,生产周期短,制备高效,操作简单、安全,成本低,易于工业化生产。
4.本发明得到的无患子酵素洗发水,经实验证明对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌皆有抑制效果,既有强劲的去污清洁能力,又能有效解决病原菌失衡的问题。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施方式做进一步的详细描述,但这些实施例不得理解为任何意义上的对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例1无患子酵素的制备
将1kg无患子新鲜果皮堆积在2L容器内,室温下自然发酵30d,直接加入重量2kg去离子水,25℃下搅拌提取2h,压榨弃去果皮渣,得到无患子酵素A1.72L。
实施例2无患子酵素的制备
将1kg无患子新鲜果皮堆积在2L容器内,室温下自然发酵45d,直接加入重量3kg去离子水,25℃下搅拌提取4h,压榨弃去果皮渣,得到无患子酵素B 2.58L。
实施例3无患子酵素洗发水配方操作步骤
1.将A置于250mL烧杯中,加入D,加热至60℃,采用玻璃棒搅拌使其充分混匀30min;
2.搅拌降温至45℃;
3.加入C,保持膏体45℃,搅拌15min均匀;
4.加入B搅拌10min,降温至40℃,灌装。

2.搅拌降温至40℃;

实施例8无患子酵素洗发水的抑菌实验
吸取无患子酵素洗发水5.0mL放入灭菌试管中,20℃恒温5min。吸取试验菌液0.1mL加入到含样品5.0mL的试管,迅速混匀,并立即计时20min。作用至设定时间后,取试验菌与样品混合液0.1mL,加入到含5.0mL经灭菌的PBS的试管中,充分混匀。放置10min后,吸取样品稀释液1mL分别置于灭菌平皿内,每个样液接种两个灭菌平皿。用凉至40-45℃的营养琼脂培养基15mL作倾注,转动平皿,使其充分混匀,凝固后翻转平皿,37℃培养48h后,做活菌的菌落计数。并依据下式计算抑菌率:
抑菌率(%)=(空白组菌落数-样品组菌落数)/空白组菌落数×100
实施例9无患子酵素洗发水的抑菌效果
采用实施例8分别测试了实施例1-5配方中洗发水对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率,均为100%。
综上所述,本发明的无患子酵素洗发水具有有效地抑菌性,能够为头发菌群失衡的消费者带来福音,且制备高效、操作简单、安全、成本低、易于工业化生产。

Claims (10)

1.一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)无患子酵素的制备:将未经任何处理的无患子新鲜果皮堆积在容器内,室温下自然发酵30-45d,直接加入重量比为1-3倍的去离子水,25-45℃下搅拌提取,压榨弃去果皮渣,得到无患子酵素;
(2)洗发水配方由以下重量百分比的原料组成:无患子酵素12-30%,月桂醇醚硫酸钠10-18%,烷基聚葡萄糖苷(APG)6-8%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-12%,乙二醇硬脂酸酯2%,椰油单乙醇酰胺1%,丙酸0.15%,去离子水补足至100%;
(3)将月桂醇醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油单乙醇酰胺,乙二醇硬脂酸酯和去离子水混合加热至50-80℃,充分搅拌;
(4)自然降温至35-45℃,加入无患子酵素和APG,继续搅拌均匀;
(5)加入丙酸,搅拌均匀;
(6)继续降温至25-40℃,灌装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中搅拌提取的时间为2-4h。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中充分搅拌的时间为15-30min。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中搅拌时间为15-20min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中搅拌时间为15-20min。
6.根据权利要求1、2或5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中搅拌时间为10-15min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中搅拌时间为10-15min。
8.一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水,其特征在于,该无患子酵素洗发水是由权利要求1-7任一所述的制备方法制备获得的。
9.一种对头发相关病原菌具有抑制作用的无患子酵素洗发水的应用,其特征在于,由权利要求1-7任一所述的制备方法制备获得的无患子酵素洗发水用于抑制与头发相关的病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均能达到100%。
