蓝芩口服液具有清热解毒,利咽消肿。目前从未有报道将蓝芩提取物在洗衣液、洗手液、肥皂、沐浴液、洗洁精、洗发液、防晒霜、面膜、牙膏、口腔膏、彩妆、护肤品、抑菌凝胶和膏剂、抑菌喷剂等系列日化清洁、消毒类产品、个人洗护、卫生用品、药用制剂和化妆产品等应用领域,蓝芩提取物在该领域具有极好的研发和市场前景。

(一)蓝芩提取物的制备
方法(1)取板蓝根、黄芩、黄柏、栀子、胖大海加水煎煮二次,每次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩,干燥得蓝芩提取物A;
方法(2)取板蓝根、黄芩、黄柏、栀子、胖大海加75%乙醇煎煮二次,每次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩,干燥得蓝芩提取物B;
方法(3)取板蓝根、黄芩、黄柏、栀子、胖大海低温纳米粉碎,用75%乙醇浸泡2天,取滤液,低温浓缩,低温干燥得蓝芩提取物C;
发明人为了实现最大程度地从板蓝根、黄芩中提取有效活性成分,发明人用45%乙醇分别对蓝芩提取物A、蓝芩提取物B、蓝芩提取物C进行了有效成分提取研究,结果如下表1:

方法(3)的蓝芩提取物C醇提取得率为28%,明显大于方法(2)的13%与方法(1)的9.5%,说明低温醇提、低温浓缩、低温干燥的蓝芩提取物C保留了大量的有效成分。
(二)蓝芩提取物系列日化产品的制备:
1、洗手液
组方:按重量(%)计,表面活性剂5-45%(如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-15%,月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐1-10%,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1-15%、十二烷基葡萄糖苷(1-5%), EDTA-2Na0.1-0.5%,柠檬酸0.01-1%,香精0.05-1%,蓝芩提取物5-20%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将表面活性剂(如月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基葡萄糖苷)、EDTA-2Na、去离子水混合均匀,加热至70℃,待全部溶解至透明状,搅拌降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,柠檬酸调pH为6-7,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
2、洗衣液
组方:按重量(%)计,表面活性剂5-45%(如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-20%、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5-15%),水杨酸0.05-1%,甘油0.1-5%,白油0.1-1%,蓝芩提取物5-20%,香精 0.05-1%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将去离子水加热至65℃,边搅拌边加入表面活性剂(如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱)、水杨酸、甘油、白油,搅拌至全部溶解均匀,降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
3、肥皂
组方:按重量(%)计,皂基60-80%,钛白粉0.1-0.6%,EDTA-2Na0.01-0.1%,香精0.05-1%,蓝芩提取物5-20%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将皂基和钛白粉、EDTA-2Na、香精、蓝芩提取物、去离子水混合均匀后,经研磨机研磨均匀,再经真空压条切块成型。
4、沐浴液
组方:重量(%)计,表面活性剂5-45%(如月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐1-10%,月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐1-20%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-10%),羊毛脂0.01-1%,香精0.05-1%,蓝芩提取物5-20%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将表面活性剂(如月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐、月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱)、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,加热至70℃,待全部溶解至透明状,搅拌降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
5、洗洁精
组方:重量(%)计,表面活性剂5-45%(如椰油烷醇酰胺1-20%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-20%),氢氧化钠0.1-1%,香精0.05-1%,蓝芩提取物5-20%,柠檬酸0.05-1%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将表面活性剂(如十二烷基苯磺酸钠)和去离子水边加热边搅匀至70℃,加入氢氧化钠至其完全溶解,后加入表面活性剂(如椰油烷醇酰胺),搅拌降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,加入柠檬酸调pH为6-7,搅拌均匀缓慢降温至室温,即得。
6、抑菌液
组方:重量(%)计,表面活性剂0.01-10%(如聚山梨酯80),苯甲酸钠0.1-1%,蓝芩提取物5-20%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将表面活性剂(如聚山梨酯80)、苯甲酸钠、蓝芩提取物、去离子水混合均匀,加热至70℃,待全部溶解至透明状,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
上述产品中常用的表面活性剂包括但不限于如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十二烷基葡萄糖苷、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油烷醇酰胺、聚山梨酯80。
上述产品中所用的香精为法律法规允许添加的香精,包括但不限于柠檬香精、西柚香精、玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、丁香香精。
(三)蓝芩提取物功效实验
1、抗菌实验
(1)蓝芩提取物抗菌实验
通过体外抑菌实验,以最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)指标评价本发明制备的蓝芩提取物对常见菌株的抗菌作用。
菌液制备:挑取斜面菌种接种于20%牛浸汁培养基中,37℃培养过夜,再用20%牛浸汁培养基将菌液稀释至10cfn/ml,立即接种。
MIC测定:采用液体试管连续稀释法,用20%牛浸汁培养基将样品连续对倍稀释。将1.0ml 加入灭菌试管中,每管加入0.05ml标准新鲜菌液,并设菌株对照及溶媒对照组,37℃培养18~24小时,观察细菌生长情况,以无菌生长的最高稀释度为MIC。
MBC测定:采用平板划线接种法,从被判为MIC及MIC相邻两管的培养基中挑取培养液接种至10%血清MH肉汤琼脂平板上,37℃培养18~24小时,以生长菌落数≤5个的最高稀释度为MBC。
试验结果见表2。

本发明制备的蓝芩提取物A、B、C均具有对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、肺炎球菌、绿脓杆菌、乙型链球菌、丙型链球菌和幽门螺旋杆菌均有不同程度的抑制和杀灭作用,且方法3蓝芩提取物效果更好。
(2)本发明产品抑菌抗菌效果实验
本发明产品的抑菌效果的评价按照QB/T2738-2005《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》进行抑菌试验,试验菌种按QB/T2738-2005《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》为金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌。抗菌效果评价为A2级以上级(抗菌率≥50%),抑菌效果为为B2级以上级(抑菌率≥50%)。
皮肤刺激性试验
根据卫生部《化妆品卫生规范》2007版,对送检的本发明样品进行毒理学实验,在市疾病预防控制中心实验条件下,实验结果表明,豚鼠多次皮肤刺激性实验结果为无刺激性。
(1)急性皮肤刺激性试验
取豚鼠10只,将脊柱两侧毛剪掉,去毛范围左右各3cmX3cm,将送检样品约0.3g涂在一侧皮肤上,用二层纱布和一层玻璃纸覆盖,再用无刺激性胶布固定,另一侧作为对照。进行封闭实验,敷用4h,4h后温水清洗清除残留受试样品。
清除残留受试样品后的1h、24h、48h、72h观察涂抹部位的皮肤反应,并按下表3进行皮肤反应评分。
(2)多次皮肤刺激性实验
取豚鼠10只,将脊柱两侧毛剪掉,去毛范围左右各3cmX3cm,涂抹面积为2.5cmX2.5cm,将送检样品将送检样品约0.3g涂在一侧皮肤上,另一侧作为对照。每天涂抹一次,连续涂抹 14天。从第2天开始,涂抹前先剪毛,用水清洗清除残留收试样品,1h后观察皮肤反应,按下表3评分。

实验结果的积分为零,表明本发明产品无刺激性。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下优点和技术效果:
(1)发明人首次将蓝芩提取物添加到洗衣液、洗手液、肥皂、沐浴液、洗洁精、洗发液、防晒霜、面膜、牙膏、口腔膏、彩妆、护肤品、抑菌凝胶和膏剂、抑菌喷剂等系列日化清洁、消毒类产品、个人洗护、卫生用品、药用制剂和化妆产品等应用领域日化产品中,通过蓝芩提取物与表面活性剂或其他有效成分组合,增强杀菌抑菌作用,无刺激性,所制备的蓝芩系列日化产品安全、效果独特;
(2)本发明优选纳米粉碎、低温醇提、低温浓缩、低温干燥的蓝芩提取物C,其有效成分提取率大大提高,有利于节约成本,提高资源利用率,提高产品的作用效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1、蓝芩提取物的制备
取板蓝根50kg、黄芩50kg、黄柏10kg、栀子10kg、胖大海5kg低温纳米粉碎,用75%乙醇浸泡2天,取滤液,低温浓缩,低温干燥得蓝芩提取物,备用。
实施例2、洗手液
组方:按重量(%)计,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠9%,月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐5%,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3%、十二烷基葡萄糖苷3%,EDTA-2Na0.1%,柠檬酸0.05%,香精0.06%,蓝芩提取物10%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基葡萄糖苷、EDTA-2Na、去离子水混合均匀,加热至70℃,待全部溶解至透明状,搅拌降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,柠檬酸调pH为6-7,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
实施例3、洗衣液
组方:按重量(%)计,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6%、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱6%,水杨酸 0.08%,甘油3%,白油0.5%,蓝芩提取物10%,香精0.08%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将去离子水加热至65℃,边搅拌边加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、水杨酸、甘油、白油,搅拌至全部溶解均匀,降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
实施例4、肥皂
组方:按重量(%)计,皂基70%,钛白粉0.3%,EDTA-2Na0.02%,香精0.06%,蓝芩提取物 10%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将皂基和钛白粉、EDTA-2Na、香精、蓝芩提取物、去离子水混合均匀后,经研磨机研磨均匀,再经真空压条切块成型。
实施例5、沐浴液
组方:重量(%)计,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐5%,月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐8%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4%,羊毛脂0.05%,香精0.08%,蓝芩提取物10%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将表月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐、月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱)、羊毛脂、去离子水混合均匀,加热至70℃,待全部溶解至透明状,搅拌降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
实施例6、洗洁精
组方:重量(%)计,椰油烷醇酰胺6%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%,氢氧化钠0.3%,香精0.08%,蓝芩提取物10%,柠檬酸0.08%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠和去离子水边加热边搅匀至70℃,加入氢氧化钠至其完全溶解,后加入椰油烷醇酰胺,搅拌降温至40℃,加入香精和蓝芩提取物,加入柠檬酸调pH 为6-7,搅拌均匀缓慢降温至室温,即得。
实施例7、抑菌液
组方:重量(%)计,聚山梨酯80 0.5%,苯甲酸钠0.2%,蓝芩提取物10%,余量为去离子水。
制法:将聚山梨酯80、苯甲酸钠、蓝芩提取物、去离子水混合均匀,加热至70℃,待全部溶解至透明状,搅拌缓慢降温至室温,即得。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明做了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.根据权利要求1所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中的应用,其特征在于,所述蓝芩提取物添加到日化产品中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中应用,其特征在于:日化产品包括洗衣液、洗手液、肥皂、沐浴液、洗洁精、洗发液、防晒霜、面膜、牙膏、口腔膏、彩妆、护肤品、抑菌凝胶和膏剂、抑菌喷剂等系列日化清洁、消毒类产品、个人洗护、卫生用品、药用制剂和化妆产品等应用领域。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中应用,其特征在于:为了实现本发明的目的,所述的提取物是由下列的原料按重量份计制成的:
板蓝根1-100份
黄芩1-100份
黄柏1-20份
栀子1-20份
胖大海1-10份
进一步地,所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中的应用,按重量份数计,其由以下成分组成:
板蓝根20-60份
黄芩20-60份
黄柏5-15份
栀子5-15份
胖大海2-8份
更进一步地,所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中的应用,按重量份数计,其由以下成分组成:
板蓝根50份
黄芩50份
黄柏10份
栀子10份
胖大海5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中应用,其特征在于:所述的蓝芩提取物通过以下方法制备:
取板蓝根、黄芩\黄柏、栀子、胖大海低温纳米粉碎,用75%乙醇浸泡2天,取滤液,低温浓缩,低温干燥得蓝芩提取物。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的蓝芩提取物在日化产品中应用,其特征在于:蓝芩提取物为所述日化清洁产品重量的5-20%。
