The invention has the beneficial effects that: the multifunctional bed for animal experiments has the functions of fixing animals, meanwhile, a spray gun is designed, the bed body can be washed and cleaned, meanwhile, the structure of the bed body, namely the first turning plate and the second turning plate, is designed, so that the bed body is more convenient and quicker to clean, a containing box and a receiving plate are also designed to collect and arrange dirt such as blood and the like falling during animal experiments, the dirt is convenient to clean in time, a disinfection mechanism is designed to disinfect the containing box, bacteria are prevented from breeding, the health of a human body is influenced, meanwhile, a constraint component and a clamping component are designed to be adjustable, and the experiment of various animals with different sizes is met.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the multifunctional bed for animal experiments comprises a base 1 and a bed body 2, wherein the base 1 is horizontally arranged, the bed body 2 is fixedly arranged on the base 1, a controller 3 is arranged on the outer wall of the bed body 2, the controller 3 is provided with a first switch button 4, a second switch button 5, a third switch button 6, a fourth switch button 7 and a fifth switch button 8, and further comprises a containing box 9, a disinfecting mechanism, a washing mechanism and a fixing mechanism, the containing box 9 is horizontally arranged under the bed body 2, the disinfecting mechanism is arranged at one end in the width direction of the containing box 9, the washing mechanism is arranged above the bed body 2 in a sliding manner, the fixing mechanism is arranged at the top of the bed body 2, the disinfecting mechanism comprises a disinfecting box 10 and two conveying pipes 11, the disinfecting box 10 is arranged at one end in the width direction of the containing box 9 through two symmetrical supporting rods 12, two conveyer pipe 11 is the symmetry and establishes the bottom at disinfect box 10 to the other end passes from a lateral wall that holds box 9, it includes storage water tank 13 and a plurality of spray gun 14 to wash the mechanism, storage water tank 13 establish directly over disinfect box 10 and with two bracing piece 12 fixed connection, a plurality of spray gun 14 slides through the first slip table 15 that two symmetries set up and sets up in the width direction's of bed body 2 top, fixed establishment includes clamping component 16 and a plurality of constraint subassembly 17, clamping component 16 slides through the second slip table 18 that two symmetries set up and sets up the top one end on the width direction of bed body 2, a plurality of constraint subassembly 17 equidistant setting is at the top of bed body 2.

Each spray gun 14 is vertical, a piston rod 22 is vertically inserted into each spray gun 14, two support frames 23 are arranged on two sides of the bed body 2 in the width direction, each first sliding table 15 is fixedly connected with one support frame 23, each first sliding table 15 is horizontal, a support frame 24 is fixedly connected between the two first sliding tables 15, two ends of the support frame 24 are vertically provided with an air cylinder 25, the output end of each air cylinder 25 and one end, far away from the spray gun 14, of each piston rod 22 penetrate through the top of the support frame 24, a horizontal push plate 26 is fixedly connected between the output ends of the two air cylinders 25, one end, far away from the spray gun 14, of each piston rod 22 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the horizontal push plate 26, the lower half part of each spray gun 14 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the support frame 24, and one end, far away from the support frame 24, of each spray gun 14 is provided with a spray hole, a hose 27 is arranged between each spray gun 14 and the water storage tank 13, a water suction pump 28 is arranged on each hose 27, each water suction pump 28 is electrically connected with the third switch button 6, the output end of each air cylinder 25 is electrically connected with the fourth switch button 7, a second electric valve 29 is arranged at the top of the water storage tank 13, the second electric valve 29 is electrically connected with the fifth switch button 8, when animal experiments or treatments are completed, animals are moved away, then the third switch button 6 is started, the water suction pump 28 is started, water in the water storage tank 13 is pumped into the hose 27 and then conveyed into the spray gun 14 through the hose 27, then the fourth switch button 7 is started to drive the output end of the air cylinder 25 to contract towards one end close to the bed body 2, so that the horizontal push plate 26 is driven to approach towards one end close to the bed body 2, and further the piston rod 22 fixedly connected with the horizontal push towards one end close to the bed body 2 in the spray gun 14, because the spray gun 14 is fixed by the bearing frame 24, water in the spray gun 14 is extruded by the piston rod 22 and then is sprayed to the bed surface through the spray holes in the spray gun 14, and further residual animal excrement, blood and other dirt on the bed surface after experiment or treatment is washed, because the bearing frame 24 is arranged between the two support frames 23 in a sliding mode through the two first sliding tables 15, the spray gun 14 fixedly connected with the bearing frame can be driven to slide along the upper portion of the bed body 2 in the length direction, and then the washing work of the bed surface from head to tail is completed, when water in the water storage tank 13 is used up, the fifth switch button 8 is started, so that the second electric valve 29 is opened, water is injected into the water storage tank 13, then the fifth switch button 8 is closed, and further the second electric valve 29 is closed, and the water is prevented from overflowing.
The clamping assembly 16 comprises a first head cover 30, a second head cover 31 and a sliding plate 32, the sliding plate 32 is arranged between two second sliding tables 18 in a sliding manner through two symmetrical sliding blocks 33, the first head cover 30 and the second head cover 31 are arranged at the top of the sliding plate 32 in a sliding manner through a first sliding strip 34 at the bottom of the first head cover 30 and the second head cover 31, a first sliding chute 35 is arranged at the top of the sliding plate 32, the first sliding strip 34 is connected with the first sliding chute 35 in a sliding manner, an expansion rod 36 is elastically connected between the first head cover 30 and the second head cover 31, the surfaces of the first head cover 30 and the second head cover 31 are both concave arc structures which are attached to the skin of an animal, when animal experiments or treatments are carried out, the body of the animal is firstly fixed, then the head of the animal is placed between the first head cover 30 and the second head cover 31, because the first head cover 30 is elastically connected with the second head cover 31, and the bottoms of the, thus, the distance between the first head sleeve 30 and the second head sleeve 31 can be adjusted, and animals with different head sizes can be satisfied.
The binding component 17 comprises a plurality of one-meter wires 37 and locking pins 38 which are arranged at equal intervals, each one-meter wire 37 is arranged at one end of the top of the bed body 2 through a cylindrical shell 39, each locking pin 38 is fixedly arranged on the one-meter wire 37, a plurality of locking holes 40 into which the locking pins 38 can be inserted are arranged at the other end of the top of the bed body 2 at equal intervals, each locking pin 38 is inserted and matched with the two locking holes 40, when an animal experiment or treatment is carried out, an animal is firstly placed on the bed body 2, then the one-meter wires 37 are pulled to bypass the upper part of the body of the animal, the locking pins 38 on the one-meter wires 37 are inserted into the locking holes 40 on the bed body 2, and therefore the body of the animal is fixed, and the design of the plurality of one-meter wires 37 can.
The top of the containing box 9 is provided with a bearing plate 41 in a sliding manner, the bearing plate 41 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 42, after dirt on a bed surface is washed to the bearing plate 41 below the spraying gun 14, the filtering holes 42 filter some large dirt, and the dirt can be separately treated according to the size of the dirt during cleaning, so that convenience and accuracy are realized.

The bed surface of the bed body 2 is provided with a first turning plate 46 and a second turning plate 47, one end of the first turning plate 46 and one end of the second turning plate 47 are hinged with the side wall of the bed body 2, the other ends of the first turning plate 46 and the second turning plate 47 are arranged in an overlapping mode through two bolts 48, one end of each bolt 48 penetrates through the other end of the first turning plate 46, the other end of each bolt 48 is inserted into the second turning plate 47, the outer wall of the middle of the bed body 2 is provided with a jack through which the bolt 48 can penetrate, when the spray gun 14 washes the bed surface, the two bolts 48 are pulled out manually, after the two bolts 48 are pulled out, the middle of the first turning plate 46 and the middle of the second turning plate 47 are not overlapped and fall downwards under the gravity, and as the other ends of the first turning plate 46 and the second turning plate 47 are hinged with the side wall of the bed body 2, the two ends of the two turning plates are rotated towards the lower part of, at this time, both are inclined, so that the water flow ejected from the spray gun 14 washes dirt, blood, etc. to the receiving plate 41 and collects them.
The first turning plate 46 and the second turning plate 47 are both provided with a plurality of strip-shaped gaps 49, the inner ring of each strip-shaped gap 49 is of a wedge-shaped structure, and when animal experiments or treatments are carried out, the strip-shaped gaps 49 and the wedge-shaped structures of the inner rings thereof are designed, so that blood, body hair and some dirt on an animal body can fall off from the bed surface more easily.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when animal experiments or treatments are carried out, the animals are firstly placed on the bed body 2, then the one-meter thread 37 is pulled to bypass the upper part of the animal body, and the lock pin 38 on the one-meter thread 37 is inserted into the lock hole 40 on the bed body 2, so that the animal body is fixed, the design of a plurality of one-meter threads 37 is suitable for the animals with different sizes, after the animal body is fixed, the head of the animal is placed between the first head sleeve 30 and the second head sleeve 31, because the first head sleeve 30 is elastically connected with the second head sleeve 31, and the bottoms of the first head sleeve 30 and the second head sleeve 31 are in sliding fit with the sliding plate 32, the distance between the first head sleeve 30 and the second head sleeve 31 is adjustable, so that the animals with different head sizes are met, after the animal experiments or treatments are finished, the animals are firstly moved, then the first switch button 4 is started, so that the spray pump 19 is started, and the disinfectant in the disinfection box 10 is sucked into, then the sterilizing liquid is sprayed out by the fog type spray head 20 to sterilize the dirt in the containing box and on the bearing plate 41 so as to prevent the breeding of germs and influence the health of human body, when the sterilizing liquid in the sterilizing box 10 is used up, the second switch button 5 is started, thereby the first electric valve 21 is opened, the sterilizing liquid is injected into the sterilizing box 10 by manpower, then the second switch button 5 is closed, thereby the first electric valve 21 is closed to prevent the overflowing of the sterilizing liquid, then the two bolts 48 are pulled out by manpower, when the two bolts 48 are pulled out, the middle of the first turning plate 46 and the second turning plate 47 is not lapped and falls downwards by gravity, as the other ends of the two are hinged with the side wall of the bed body 2, the two ends rotate towards the lower part of the bed body 2 by taking the hinged part of the two plates as the circle center, until the other ends of the first turning plate 46 and the second turning plate 47 are lapped on the bearing plate 41, and, then the third switch button 6 is started, the water suction pump 28 is started, water in the water storage tank 13 is pumped into the hose 27 and then is conveyed to the inside of the spray gun 14 through the hose 27, then the fourth switch button 7 is started, the output end of the air cylinder 25 is driven to contract towards one end close to the bed body 2, so that the horizontal push plate 26 is driven to approach towards one end close to the bed body 2, the piston rod 22 fixedly connected with the horizontal push plate is driven to extrude towards one end close to the bed body 2 in the spray gun 14, the spray gun 14 is fixed by the support frame 24, so that the water in the spray gun 14 is extruded by the piston rod 22 and then is sprayed out to the bed surface through the spray holes on the spray gun 14, further, dirt such as animal excrement and blood and the like remained on the bed surface after experiment or treatment is washed, and because the support frame 24 is arranged between the two support frames 23 in a sliding manner through the two first sliding tables 15, the spray gun 14, then the flushing work of the bed surface from head to tail is completed, dirt, blood and the like are flushed to the bearing plate 41 through water flow and collected, when the water in the water storage tank 13 is used up, the fifth switch button 8 is started, the second electric valve 29 is opened, the water is injected into the water storage tank 13, then the fifth switch button 8 is closed, the second electric valve 29 is closed, the water is prevented from overflowing, after the dirt on the bed surface is flushed to the bearing plate 41 below the dirt through the spray gun 14, some large dirt is filtered through the filtering hole 42, the dirt can be separately processed according to the size of the dirt during cleaning, convenience and appropriateness are realized, when the dirt of animals, blood and the like collected in the containing box 9 is more, the containing box 9 is pulled out along the second chute 43 at the bottom of the containing box by manually pulling the handle 45 and is put back after cleaning, because the containing box 9 is larger and is positioned below the bed body 2, a sliding structure and the handle 45 are designed, facilitating the cleaning and the replacement of the utility model. The strip-shaped notches 49 on the first flap 46 and the second flap 47 and the wedge-shaped structure design of the inner circle thereof can make blood, body hair and some dirt on the animal body fall off from the bed surface more easily.
