Abstract
The invention provides a full-automatic intelligent toothbrush which comprises a toothbrush body and a toothbrush head, wherein the toothbrush body comprises a shell and a toothpaste supply system which is positioned in the shell and fixedly connected with the shell; the toothpaste supply system includes: a toothpaste capsule for storing toothpaste; the lower end of the air bag is in clamping connection with the upper end of the toothpaste capsule; the hollow shaft is used for conveying toothpaste, the lower end of the hollow shaft is connected with the upper end of the air bag in a clamping manner, a toothpaste outlet is formed in the top end of the hollow shaft, and the brush head is connected with the toothpaste outlet; and the motor is arranged at the middle section of the hollow shaft.

The invention relates to the field of personal oral care, in particular to a full-automatic intelligent toothbrush.
Background
Over the years of technological development, great progress has been made in the area of personal oral care, and in particular in the area of electric toothbrushes. The electric toothbrush technology that appears on the market today is largely divided into two categories: rotation and vibration. The rotary toothbrush is characterized in that the motor drives the round brush head to rotate, the friction effect is enhanced while the common tooth brushing action is carried out, the rotary toothbrush has loud noise, the tooth surface is clean, the tooth gap is relatively weak in cleaning, but the abrasion to teeth is large, and long-term use is not recommended. The vibration type toothbrush is internally provided with an electrically driven vibration motor, so that the brush head can generate high-frequency swing perpendicular to the direction of the brush handle, but the swing amplitude is very small, generally about 5mm up and down respectively, and the maximum swing amplitude in the industry is 6 mm; although the experience is softer than the rotating mode, the cleaning effect is completely dependent on the amplitude and frequency of vibration, and the cleaning capability is slightly poorer for a middle-low-grade vibration toothbrush.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a full-automatic intelligent toothbrush, which comprises a toothbrush body 1 and a brush head 2,
The toothbrush body 1 comprises a shell 10 and a toothpaste supply system 11 which is positioned inside the shell 10 and fixedly connected with the shell 10; preferably, the toothbrush body 1 further includes a battery part 12, and the battery part 12 is fixed inside the housing 10 and disposed below the toothpaste supply system 11. In the present invention, the upper part is directed to a direction close to the brush head, and the lower part is directed to a portion where the user holds the toothbrush.
The toothpaste supply system 11 includes:
a toothpaste capsule 111 for storing toothpaste;
The lower end of the air bag 112 is in clamping connection with the upper end of the toothpaste capsule 111;

The upper end of the capsule body is provided with a hemispheroidal one-way valve which is connected with the air bag 112; when the upper air pressure is reduced, the toothpaste flows upward from the capsule through the one-way valve due to the air pressure difference, and the air cannot flow from the upper part downward into the toothpaste capsule 111 through the one-way valve. The lower end of the capsule body is provided with an air inlet, when toothpaste is reduced, air enters from the air inlet, and when the volume in the capsule is reduced, the piston can move upwards to fill the space of the toothpaste capsule 111.
It should be noted that the toothpaste capsule 111 may not adopt a piston structure, and may be formed into an integrally closed structure by using a material having poor rigidity such as a silicone film, so that when the liquid in the capsule is reduced, the capsule itself is compressed by atmospheric pressure and deformed.

Referring to fig. 1, both ends of the balloon 112 are connected with the toothpaste capsule 111 and the hollow shaft 113 using a snap structure. Because the silica gel has elasticity, after the buckle rotates, the part of the air bag returns to the original shape, and negative pressure is caused, so that the fluid in the lower part of the capsule is sucked up.
< Motor >
Referring to fig. 3, the motor 115 includes a motor rotor 1151, a base 1152 and a coil 1153, wherein the motor rotor 1151 is fixedly connected to the hollow shaft 113 by an interference fit, such that movement of the rotor drives movement of the hollow shaft 113. In operation, the motor 115 reciprocates alternately in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions at a small angular velocity, thereby generating high-frequency vibration, which drives the bristles to rotate at a large angle and has the experience of high-frequency vibration, and in this way, the cleaning capability of the toothbrush can be further improved.
When the toothpaste dispenser works, the motor rotor rotates, the hollow shaft moves along with the motor rotor, so that power required by the movement of the brush head is provided upwards on one hand, and power for twisting the air bag is provided downwards on the other hand, so that toothpaste is sucked out of the toothpaste capsule and flows to the brush head through the hollow shaft. The brush head is rotated, the rotation axis is a straight line where the hollow shaft is located and is perpendicular to the toothbrush base, so that when a person holds the toothbrush to brush teeth, the toothbrush and lips are approximately in parallel, and the dirt on the tooth surfaces can be cleaned by the self movement of the brush hair to the greatest extent through the rotation.
The invention works as follows.
The motor rotates to enable the outer rotor to rotate so as to drive the hollow shaft to rotate, then the buckle structure at the upper end of the air bag is driven to rotate, and accordingly the silica gel air bag starts to be twisted, so that the silica gel air bag deforms to discharge air through the one-way valve, after the hollow shaft rotates reversely, the air bag restores the original volume, and because the one-way valve only discharges air and does not charge air, negative pressure is formed inside the air bag after the volume of the air bag is restored, toothpaste in the toothpaste capsule is sucked.
According to the intelligent toothbrush capable of automatically supplying toothpaste, the intelligent toothbrush stores the toothpaste, a user does not need to manually squeeze the toothpaste, the toothbrush head can vibrate while rotating, and teeth can be protected better while the teeth are not damaged.
