Detailed Description

As shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 10, the first embodiment of the present invention is to apply the covering flexible enclosure receiving structure to the covering body 3a worn by a pet, mainly comprising a front cover sheet 1 having a covering element 11 at its edge, a rear cover sheet 2 having a covering component 21 at its edge corresponding to the covering element 11, a connecting portion 12 disposed on the front cover sheet 1 (or on the rear cover sheet 2), wherein the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are connected to each other by the connecting portion 12, a first joint edge 131 disposed on the front cover sheet 1, and a second joint edge 231 disposed on the rear cover sheet 2; a back strap 16 includes a first buckle portion 161 and a first buckle assembly portion 162. As shown in fig. 8, the strap body 16 is provided with a strap 163, the end of the strap 163 is provided with a fixing ring 169, the strap 163 further comprises a pulling rope 171 and a hook ring 170 disposed at the front end of the pulling rope 171; when the covering body 3a is in the unfolded state, the drawstring 163 can pass through the through hole 332, and the fixing ring 169 at the end of the drawstring 163 is fastened to the hook ring 170 at the front end of the pulling rope 171. In addition, the rear cover 2 is provided with a holding portion 4 (if the rear cover 2 is configured as the back belt body 16, the holding portion 4 can also be provided on the front cover 1) to form a small bag, which is convenient for a user to place the personal articles of the pet by means of the holding portion 4, for example: a pet excrement cleaning article such as a plastic bag is provided with an opening/closing member 40 and an opening/closing member 41.

As shown in fig. 9, the back strap 16 is a vest-shaped garment, the first fastening portion 161 and the first fastening group portion 162 are integrally formed on the left and right sides of the vest-shaped garment, and the vest-shaped garment is made of mesh material, so as to achieve ventilation effect when hot weather, the vest-shaped garment includes a back strap engaging edge 1631, the back strap engaging edge 1631 and the first engaging edge 131 are fixed to the front cover sheet 1 (or the second engaging edge 231 is fixed to the rear cover sheet 2), and a set of girdle 165 disposed in front of the chest of the pet is respectively connected to the left and right ends of the front of the vest-shaped garment; alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the back-cover strip 16 is directly formed on the front cover sheet 1, and the left and right sides of the front cover sheet 1 are respectively connected to the first fastening part 161 and the first fastening group part 162 (if the back cover sheet 2 is the back-cover strip 16, the first fastening (group) parts 161, 162 can also be arranged on the back cover sheet 2), so that the front and back cover sheets 1, 2 can be worn and fixed on the pet by fixing the first fastening (group) parts 161, 162 to each other; a set of girdle belts 165 which are arranged in front of the chest of the pet are respectively arranged at the left and the right ends in front of the front cover plate 1 (if the back cover plate 2 is set as the back belt body 16, the girdle belts 165 can also be arranged on the back cover plate 2); the girdle 165 is provided with at least one first adjusting piece 166, and the length of the girdle 165 can be adjusted by the first adjusting piece 166, so that the girdle 165 can be conveniently threaded on pets with different body types.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the structure includes a flexible enclosure 3, the flexible enclosure 3 is a generally cover-like covering body 3a for covering the pet to block the wind and rain, the covering body 3a includes a third joint edge 331; the front cover sheet 1 (or the rear cover sheet 2 when the rear cover sheet 2 is configured as the back belt body 16) and the covering body 3a are fixed by the mutual engagement of the first engaging edge 131 (or the second engaging edge 231 when the rear cover sheet 2 is configured as the back belt body 16) and the third engaging edge 331; the folded covering body 3a is received in the receiving space formed between the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2, and the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are further closed by the closing member 11 and the closing member 21.

Referring to fig. 14 and 15, when the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are in the closed state, the connecting portion 12 is located between the rear cover sheet 2 and the front cover sheet 1; when the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are in an opening state, the rear cover sheet 2 and the front cover sheet 1 are transversely connected through the connecting part 12 and then are positioned above the back of the pet side by side, and the unfolding length of the opened front cover sheet 2 and the opened rear cover sheet is not more than the whole body length of the pet; the coating body 3a is made of a material with a waterproof function; the whole covering area of the covering body 3a in the unfolding state is larger than or equal to the sum of the areas of the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 in the opening state (as shown in fig. 15), so that the covering body 3a can be wholly covered above a small bag formed by the combination of the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 and the containing part 4, thereby achieving the effect of shielding rainwater; the front of the covering body 3a is provided with a hood 300 corresponding to the head of the pet for shielding the head of the pet from being wetted by rain.

As shown in fig. 16 to 18, a through hole 332 is formed in the front of the covering body 3a corresponding to the position of the pull tape 163, and the through hole 332 is provided with a first waterproof sheet 338 and a second waterproof sheet 339; the first waterproof sheet 338 overlaps and covers a part of the area above the second waterproof sheet 339 to form a through hole 332 with a movable opening, so that rainwater is prevented from infiltrating into the through hole 332; when it rains, the covering body 3a is in the unfolded state, the through hole 332 allows the user to pass the pull tape 163 through the through hole 332, and the fixing ring 169 at the end of the pull tape 163 is fastened to the hook ring 170 at the front end of the pulling rope 171, so that the pet can be pulled to the ground by the pulling rope 171 in rainy days (fig. 15).

The way that the user operates to unfold the covering body 3a is not only to cover the covering body 3a on the small bag formed by the front cover plate 1, the rear cover plate 2 and the containing part 4 which are arranged side by side as shown in fig. 14 and 15, but also to select the small bag formed by combining the rear cover plate 2 with the containing part 4 to be a containing interlayer 30 formed between the front cover plate 1 and the covering body 3a, please refer to fig. 9, 10 and fig. 19 to twenty-fourth, wherein fig. 19 discloses that the rear cover plate 2 and the flexible enclosure body 3 are both in a containing state; FIG. 20 shows the rear cover 2 in an open state and the flexible enclosure 3 in a stowed state; FIG. 21 shows the rear flap 2 and the flexible enclosure 3 both in an open position; figure 22 shows the back flap 2 in a closed position and the flexible enclosure 3 in an open position. As shown in the figure, the third bonding edge 331 and the first bonding edge 131 are partially bonded, and a receiving opening 301 is formed at the non-bonded position; when the flexible enclosure 3 is in the unfolded state, the rear cover 2 is placed in the storage interlayer 30 between the front cover 1 and the flexible enclosure 3 through the storage opening 301; on the contrary, when the folded flexible enclosure 3 is to be accommodated in the accommodating space 20, the rear cover 2 is taken out from the accommodating interlayer 30 through the accommodating opening 301, and the rear cover 1 and the front cover 2 are closed by the covering member 11 and the covering component 21. In addition, the front cover plate 1 is further provided with a side wall 13, the side wall 13 comprises a fourth joining edge 1331 corresponding to the third joining edge 331 and a fifth joining edge 1332 corresponding to the first joining edge 131; the side wall 13 is joined to the third joining edge 331 of the flexible surrounding body 3 via the fourth joining edge 1331, and the fifth joining edge 1332 is joined to the first joining edge 131 of the front cover sheet 1 (if the rear cover sheet 2 is the back belt 16, it can also be joined to the rear cover sheet 2), so as to increase the inner volume of the receiving interlayer 30, and thus, the effect of easily receiving the rear cover sheet 2 and the small bag is achieved.

Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 24 to 28, the covering body 3a includes a front sheet 334, one side of the front sheet 334 is provided with a second fastening portion 341, and the other side is provided with a second fastening assembly portion 342 corresponding to the second fastening portion 341; by means of the mutual engagement of the second buckling (assembling)

As shown in fig. 29 to 32, the second embodiment of the present invention applies a covering-type flexible enclosure receiving structure to a bag 3b for carrying pets, the structure of the present embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the flexible enclosure 3 of the second embodiment of the present invention is a bag 3b, the bag 3b is provided with an opening 400, a pet can be placed into the bag 3b through the opening 400, the bag 3b includes a third joining edge 331; the second joining edge 231 and the third joining edge 331 are joined together to connect and fix the bag body 3b and the rear cover sheet; the folded bag 3b is received in the receiving space 20 formed between the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2, and the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are further closed by the closing member 11 and the closing member 21.

When the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are in a closed state, the connecting part 12 is longitudinally positioned between the rear cover sheet 2 and the front cover sheet 1; when the front cover sheet 1 and the rear cover sheet 2 are in an open state, the front cover sheet 1 is positioned right above the back of the pet and is longitudinally connected through the connecting part 12, the rear cover sheet 2 is used as an extending part 132 to be hung on one side of the body of the pet, the front cover sheet 1 is further connected with the bag body 3b by virtue of the function of the extending part 132 of the rear cover sheet 2, wherein the rear cover sheet 2 is connected with a third connecting edge 331 of the bag body 3b through a second connecting edge 231; the third connecting edge 331 is disposed on one side edge 401 of the bag opening 400 of the bag body 3b, and another side edge of the opposite side of the side edge 401 is a free edge 402, when in use, the free edge 402 can be used to open the bag opening 400 downwards and extend to the legs of a pet, so that the pet can be accommodated into the bag body 3b from the bag opening 400 from bottom to top, and in addition, the opposite bag opening 400 of the bag body 3b opposite to one end of the head of the pet is provided with an arc-shaped bending position 40 (as shown in fig. 31), so that the head of the pet can extend out of the bag opening 400 through the arc-shaped bending position 40.

As shown in FIGS. 33 to 36, the third embodiment of the present invention employs a covering type flexible enclosure receiving structure for both a covering body 3a worn by a pet and a bag body 3b for carrying the pet, which is substantially the same as the first and second embodiments, and the third embodiment of the present invention employs a rear cover sheet 2 as an extension part for connecting the bag body 3b to form the function of the second embodiment, and employs a front cover sheet 1 for connecting the covering body 3a to form the function of the first embodiment, so that the present embodiment has two functions. As shown in fig. 37 to 42, the fourth embodiment of the present invention is to apply the above-mentioned structure to the belt body 16 worn by a pet around the body, and further to a fixing device of the pet bag feces cleaning bag 86, wherein a plurality of rings 160 are provided at the rear side of the belt body 16, the plurality of rings 160 are provided with an external fixing device 80, by which a pet feces cleaning bag 86 can be fixed by the fixing device 80; the fixing device 80 is provided with a left hook member 801 and a right hook member 802 which can be mutually hooked and fixed with the plurality of lantern rings 160, the surfaces of the left hook member 801 and the right hook member 802 are provided with a plurality of grooves or at least one groove to enhance the hooking and positioning effect, the pet excrement cleaning bag 86 can be positioned at the position of the anus of the pet by penetrating the left hook member 801 and the right hook member 802 into the plurality of lantern rings 160, the fixing device 80 is a ring member provided with a male clamping groove 83 and a female clamping groove 84 which are mutually corresponding, the opening and closing functions can be achieved by virtue of the bending structures arranged at the two ends of the male clamping groove 83 and the female clamping groove 84, and the male clamping groove 83 and the female clamping groove 84 comprise a male and female fastener 831 and 841; in use, the mouth of the pet excrement cleaning bag 86 is aligned with the clip opening 850 (as shown in fig. 41) formed before the male and female clip grooves 83, 84 are closed, and the pet excrement cleaning bag 86 can be fixed by the closing action of the clip opening 850 and the male and female fasteners 831, 841 (as shown in fig. 37 to 39).

Referring to fig. 33 and fig. 43 to 47, the fifth embodiment of the present invention is similar to the fourth embodiment in that the above-mentioned structure is applied to a pet bag body 16 worn by a pet, and is further applied to a fixing device of a pet bag feces cleaning bag 86, and the difference is that the fixing device 80 of the present embodiment includes a left fixing strap 81 and a right fixing strap 82; the plurality of collars 160 include a first collar 1601 and a second collar 1602 corresponding to the left fixing strap 81, and a third collar 1603 and a fourth collar 1604 corresponding to the right fixing strap 82 (fig. 33); the left hook 801 comprises a left upper hook 811 and a left lower hook 812 disposed on the left fixing band 81; the right hook 802 includes a right upper hook 821 and a right lower hook 822 disposed on the right fixing band 82; the left fixing strap 81 is hooked and fixed by the left upper hook 811 and the first collar 1601, then goes around the left leg of the pet, and is hooked and fixed by the left lower hook 812 and the second collar 1602; the right fixing strap 82 is hooked and fixed by the right upper hook 821 and the third loop 1603 and then passes around the right leg of the pet, and then hooked and fixed by the right lower hook 822 and the fourth loop 1604; in addition, the left and right fixing bands 81, 82 are respectively provided with a left and right moving members 813, 823, and a left and right clamping members 814, 824 respectively provided on the left and right moving members 813, 823; as shown in fig. 46, the feces cleaning bag 86 has a frame 85, the frame 85 has a left and a right hole 851, 852, and the pet feces cleaning bag 86 is fixed to the left and the right hole 851, 852 of the frame 85 by the left and the right clamping members 814, 824.

As shown in fig. 48 and 49, the sixth embodiment of the present invention is similar to the fifth embodiment in that the aforementioned structure is applied to the carrying strap 16 worn on the body of a pet, and is further applied to the fixing device of the pet bag feces cleaning bag 86, the difference lies in that the left and right movable members 813 and 823 are further respectively provided with a pair of bendable left male and female magnetic fastening strips 815 and 816 and a pair of bendable right male and female magnetic fastening strips 825 and 826, and the left male and female magnetic fastening strips 815 and 816 and the right male and female magnetic fastening strips 825 and 826 are connected by a connecting strip 800 to be in an inverted n shape as a whole, so that the user can operate the two pairs of male and female magnetic fastening strips synchronously; the pet excrement cleaning bag 86 can be clamped and positioned by buckling the left male and female magnetic buckle belts 815 and 816 and buckling the left male and female magnetic buckle belts 825 and 826 after buckling the left male and female magnetic buckle belts and the right male and female magnetic buckle belts respectively (fig. 48); the left and right moving members 813 and 823 are movably connected to the left and right fixing straps 81 and 82, and the positions of the left and right moving members 813 and 823 can be adjusted upward or downward, and the left and right fixing straps 81 and 82 are respectively provided with a left and right adjusting member 817 and 827, so as to adjust the lengths of the left and right fixing straps 81 and 82, and to fit pets of different body types to wear and fix.

Claims

1. A covering type flexible enclosure containing structure for pets is characterized by comprising:

a covering piece is arranged at the edge of a front cover piece;

a connecting part is arranged on one of the front cover plate or the rear cover plate; the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are mutually connected by the connecting part; the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are positioned above the back of the pet when in a closed state, and the connecting part is transversely positioned between the rear cover plate and the front cover plate; when the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are in an opening state, the rear cover plate and the front cover plate are transversely connected in parallel by the connecting part and then are positioned above the backs of the pets side by side;

a first joint edge arranged on the front cover plate;

a second joint edge is arranged on the rear cover plate;

the braces body comprises a first buckling part and a first buckling group part;

the flexible enclosure is a cover body in a cover sheet shape and can be covered on the pet body, and the cover body comprises a third joint edge; one of the front cover sheet or the rear cover sheet and the covering body are fixed by mutually jointing one of the first jointing edge or the second jointing edge with the third jointing edge; the coating body is unfolded to integrally cover the front cover plate, the connecting part and the rear cover plate;

2. A covering type flexible enclosure containing structure for pets is characterized by comprising:

a cover assembly is arranged at the edge of the front cover plate;

a connecting part is arranged on one of the front cover plate or the rear cover plate; the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are mutually connected by the connecting part; when the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are in a closed state, the connecting part is longitudinally positioned between the rear cover plate and the front cover plate; when the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are in an opening state, the front cover plate is positioned right above the back of the pet and is longitudinally connected through the connecting part, the rear cover plate is used as an extension part and is hung on one side of the body of the pet, and the rear cover plate is connected with the third joint edge of the bag body through the second connecting edge;

a first joint edge arranged on the front cover plate;

a second joint edge is arranged on the rear cover plate;

the left side and the right side of one of the front cover sheet or the rear cover sheet are respectively connected with the first buckling part and the first buckling group part, and the front cover sheet and the rear cover sheet are worn and fixed on the pet by means of mutual fixation of the first buckling part and the first buckling group part; the left and right ends in front of one of the front cover plate or the back cover plate are respectively provided with a set of girdle belts arranged in front of the pet breast;

the flexible enclosure is a bag body; the bag body is provided with an opening, a pet can be placed in the bag body through the opening, and the bag body comprises a third joint edge; one of the front cover sheet or the rear cover sheet and the bag body are fixed by means of mutual joint of one of the first joint edge or the second joint edge and the third joint edge;

the containing space formed between the front cover plate and the rear cover plate can be contained in the folded bag body, and the front cover plate and the rear cover plate are further closed by the covering piece and the covering component.

3. The structure of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the harness is a vest-like garment comprising a harness engaging edge.

4. The structure of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the girdle is provided with at least one first adjustment member by which the length of the girdle can be adjusted to facilitate the wearing of the girdle around the pet.

5. The structure of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the harness body is provided with a strap, the end of the strap being provided with a securing ring.

6. The covering-type flexible enclosure receiving structure for pets according to claim 5, wherein one of the first fastening-connection portion and the first fastening-assembly portion is provided with at least one component element, corresponding to a component element provided at the front end of the girdle, for further distributing the stress of the pull strap to the first fastening-connection portion and the first fastening-assembly portion by means of the mutual connection of the component element and the component element.

7. The covering type flexible enclosure receiving structure for pets according to claim 6, wherein the force component member is a Y-shaped double-ended force component member, the belt is a belt with left and right sides of the front end, and the force component member and the force component members provided at the front ends of the left and right belts are connected to each other by the Y-shaped double-ended force component member, so as to further distribute the force applied to the pull belt to the first fastening part and the first fastening group part.

The covering type flexible enclosure receiving structure for the pet according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the third joint edge and the first joint edge adopt a local joint mode, and a receiving opening is formed at the non-joint position; when the flexible enclosure is in an unfolded state, the rear cover plate is placed in the containing interlayer between the front cover plate and the flexible enclosure through the containing opening; on the contrary, when the folded flexible enclosure is to be accommodated in the accommodating space, the rear cover sheet is taken out from the accommodating interlayer through the accommodating opening, and the rear cover sheet and the front cover sheet are closed by the covering piece and the covering component.

The structure of claim 8, wherein one of the front and back cover sheets has a pocket formed by a receptacle; the front cover plate is further provided with a side wall which comprises a fourth joint edge corresponding to the third joint edge and a fifth joint edge corresponding to the first joint edge; the side wall is mutually jointed with the third jointing edge of the flexible surrounding body and the first jointing edge of the front cover sheet by means of the fourth jointing edge and the fifth jointing edge respectively so as to enlarge the inner volume of the containing interlayer, thereby achieving the effect of easily containing the rear cover sheet or the small bag.

10. The structure of claim 1, wherein one of the front and back cover sheets has a receptacle portion, thereby forming a small bag; the coating body is made of a material with a waterproof function; the whole covering area of the covering body in the unfolding state is larger than or equal to the sum of the areas of the front cover sheet and the rear cover sheet in the opening state, so that the covering body can be integrally covered above a small bag formed by the combination containing part of the front cover sheet and the rear cover sheet, and the effect of shielding rainwater is achieved.

11. The storage structure of claim 1, wherein the strap body has a strap, the end of the strap has a fixing ring, the front of the covering body is provided with a through hole corresponding to the position of the strap, the through hole has a first waterproof sheet and a second waterproof sheet; the first waterproof sheet is overlapped and covered on the second waterproof sheet by part of area to form a through hole with a movable opening, so that the effect of preventing rainwater from permeating into the through hole is achieved.

12. The covering flexible enclosure receiving structure for pets according to claim 1, wherein the covering body comprises a front sheet, one side of the front sheet is provided with a second fastening portion, and the other side is provided with a second fastening group portion corresponding to the second fastening portion; by means of mutual joint of the second buckling part and the second buckling assembly part, the covering body can be fixed at the position of the front chest of the pet in a covering manner.

The pet covering flexible enclosure receiving structure of claim 1, wherein the left side and the left rear corner of the covering body are respectively provided with a third fastening portion and a third fastening assembly portion, and the right side and the right rear corner are respectively provided with a fourth fastening portion and a fourth fastening assembly portion, whereby the covering body can be respectively covered and fixed on the two rear legs of the pet by means of the mutual engagement between the third fastening portion and the third fastening assembly portion and the mutual engagement between the fourth fastening portion and the fourth fastening assembly portion.

The structure of claim 2, wherein the third joining edge is disposed on one side edge of the bag opening, and the other side edge of the bag opening opposite to the side edge is a free edge, whereby the free edge is operable to open the bag opening downward to reach the legs of the pet, so as to facilitate the pet to be accommodated in the bag opening from the bottom to the top.

15. The structure of claim 2, wherein the back cover has a first fixing member and a first fixing member, whereby the folded bag can be fixed.

16. The close-type flexible enclosure receiving structure for pets according to claim 1, wherein the front cover sheet has a second fixing member and a second fixing component, by which the folded covering body can be fixed.

17. The structure of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the back strap has a plurality of loops at the rear side.

18. The covering flexible enclosure receiving structure for pets according to claim 17, wherein said plurality of collars have an external fastening means by which a pet litter bag can be fastened; the fixing device is provided with a left hook piece and a right hook piece which can be mutually hooked and fixed with the plurality of lantern rings, and the pet excrement cleaning bag can be positioned at the position of the anus of the pet by means of the fact that the left hook piece and the right hook piece penetrate through the plurality of lantern rings.

19. The structure of claim 18, wherein the fastening means is a ring with corresponding male and female slots, the slots being configured to open and close by bending.

20. The structure of claim 19, wherein the mouth of the bag is opposite to the opening formed by the fastening device before the male and female slots are closed, and the pet litter bag is fastened by the opening and the closing action of the male and female slots.

The pet enclosure receiving structure of claim 18, wherein the securing means includes a left securing strap and a right securing strap; the plurality of lantern rings comprise a first lantern ring and a second lantern ring which correspond to the left fixing belt, and a third lantern ring and a fourth lantern ring which correspond to the right fixing belt; the left hook piece comprises a left upper hook piece and a left lower hook piece which are arranged on the left fixing belt; the right hook piece comprises a right upper hook piece and a right lower hook piece which are arranged on the right fixing belt; the left fixing strap is hooked and fixed with the first sleeve ring by virtue of the upper left hook piece, then bypasses the left leg of the pet, and is hooked and fixed with the second sleeve ring by virtue of the lower left hook piece; the right fixing belt is hooked and fixed with the third collar by the upper right hook and then bypasses the right leg of the pet, and is hooked and fixed with the fourth collar by the lower right hook.

22. The structure of claim 21, wherein the left and right securing straps each have a left and right movable member and a left and right retaining member disposed on the left and right movable members; the pet excrement cleaning bag is provided with a frame body, the frame body comprises a left hole site and a right hole site which are arranged on the frame body, and the pet excrement cleaning bag can be fixed on the left hole site and the right hole site of the frame body by virtue of the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece.

23. The structure of claim 21, wherein the left and right securing straps each have a left and right movable member, the left and right movable members each having a pair of left male and female magnetic fastening straps and a pair of right male and female magnetic fastening straps, the pet litter bag being held in place by the fastening of the left male and female magnetic fastening straps and the fastening of the right male and female magnetic fastening straps.
