A self-cleaning valve is shown in figures 1-6 and comprises a valve body 1, a connecting nut 2, a connecting seat 3, a first screw rod 5, a first fastening nut 6, a buffer cushion 7, a first connecting block 8, an elastic filtering membrane 9, an activated carbon plate 10, a second fastening nut 11, a second screw rod 12, a water absorbing filler 13, a valve core 14, a rotating handle 15, a vertical plate 16, a one-way water passing device 17, a discharging sleeve 18 and a threaded cover plate 19, wherein the connecting nut 2 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the valve body 1, the connecting seat 3 is arranged on the top of the valve body 1, first threaded holes 4 are respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the top of the valve body 1 and the left side and the right side of the connecting seat 3, the first threaded holes 4 on the upper side and the lower side are internally matched with the first screw rods 5, the first fastening nuts 6 are respectively matched on the upper side and the lower side of the first screw rods 5, the first fastening nuts 6, 7 bottom left and right sides of blotter all are equipped with first connecting block 8, be connected with elasticity filtration membrane 9 between the first connecting block 8 of left and right sides, the right side is equipped with activated carbon plate 10 in the valve body 1, second fastening nut 11 is installed to the lower part in the connecting seat 3, second fastening nut 11 fit in has second screw rod 12, case 14 is installed to second screw rod 12 bottom, 14 bottoms of case and 7 contacts of blotter, connecting seat 3 is passed on 12 upper portions of second screw rod and is equipped with turning handle 15, it has a plurality of packings 13 that absorb water to fill around second screw rod 12 circumference between 11 tops of second fastening nut and the 1 interior top of valve body, the left side is equipped with riser 16 in the valve body 1, be equipped with one-way water installation 17 on the riser 16, be equipped with ejection of compact cover 18 in the middle of 1 bottom of.
The one-way water passing device 17 comprises a water outlet sleeve 172, a water inlet sleeve 173, a first compression spring 174 and a rubber ball 175, a plurality of first cavities 171 are transversely and uniformly formed in the vertical plate 16, the right sides of the first cavities 171 are all communicated with the water outlet sleeve 172, the left sides of the first cavities 171 are communicated with the water inlet sleeve 173, the left sides of the water outlet sleeve 172 are connected with the first compression spring 174, the left ends of the first compression springs 174 are connected with the rubber ball 175, and the left sides of the first cavities 171 are blocked by the rubber ball 175.
The elastic filter membrane is characterized by further comprising a guide sleeve 21, a guide rod 22, a pressing handle 23, a second compression spring 24, a magnet 25 and an iron block 26, wherein the guide sleeve 21 is arranged in the second screw rod 12, the top of the guide sleeve 21 penetrates out of the top of the rotating handle 15, a second cavity 20 is formed in the middle of the bottom of the valve core 14, the bottom end of the guide sleeve 21 penetrates through the middle of the valve core 14 and is located in the second cavity 20, the guide rod 22 is arranged in the guide sleeve 21 in a sliding mode, the pressing handle 23 is arranged at the top of the guide rod 22, the second compression spring 24 is connected between the middle of the bottom of the pressing handle 23 and the top of the rotating handle 15, the second compression spring 24 is sleeved on the guide rod 22, the magnet 25 is arranged at the bottom of the guide rod 22.
The discharging device further comprises a connecting pipe 27, a soft sleeve 28 and a hollow hose 29, the connecting pipe 27 is communicated with the lower right side of the discharging sleeve 18, the hollow hose 29 is communicated with the left end of the connecting pipe 27, the hollow hose 29 is located in the discharging sleeve 18, and the soft sleeve 28 is matched with the right end of the connecting pipe 27.
Still including installation piece 30, connecting rod 31, bar 32 and jingle 33, installation piece 30 is installed on the top right side in the valve body 1, and valve body 1 is connected with installation piece 30 through welded connection's mode, and installation piece 30 front side rotation formula is equipped with connecting rod 31, and connecting rod 31 bottom is equipped with bar 32, and connecting rod 31 is connected with bar 32 through welded connection's mode, and jingle 33 is installed to bar 32 lower part, and evenly open has a plurality of openings 34 on the bar 32.
When a user wants to use the valve, the left and right connecting nuts 2 are respectively connected with the water pipe, firstly, the user rotates the rotating handle 15 anticlockwise, the rotating handle 15 anticlockwise rotates to drive the second screw 12 to move upwards through the second fastening nut 11, thereby driving the valve core 14 to move upwards, when the valve core 14 leaves the buffer 7 to reach the required height, the rotation of the rotating handle 15 is stopped, water in the water pipe at the left side is discharged into the left side of the valve body 1 and contacts with the vertical plate 16, the water enters into the valve body 1 through the one-way water passing device 17, the activated carbon plate 10 can adsorb impurities in the water, and then the water is primarily purified, then the water enters the right valve body 1 through the elastic filtering membrane 9, the elastic filtering membrane 9 can receive the stamping of the water to a great extent and can filter the impurities in the water again, then water just flows into right side water pipe through coupling nut 2 on right side, and the user can use the water that the right side water pipe flows out. When water is not needed, the rotating handle 15 can be twisted to rotate clockwise, so that the valve core 14 moves downwards to contact with the buffer pad 7 and return to the original position. When a plurality of impurities are deposited in the valve body 1 and no water flows through the device, a user opens the threaded cover plate 19 to treat the impurities in the valve body 1, and then twists back the threaded cover plate 19 after the impurities in the valve body 1 are treated. When this equipment goes wrong, the user can turn round first fastening nut 6 back down, the staff wrench movement first screw rod 5 makes valve body 1 and connecting seat 3 no longer fixed in first screw hole 4 internal up-shift, then mention connecting seat 3 and separate with valve body 1, just so conveniently repair and look over what problem has, this equipment has repaired the back, place connecting seat 3 again and resume the normal position, then clockwise wrench movement first screw rod 5, make first screw rod 5 move down in first screw hole 4, when first screw rod 5 lower part is worn out the first screw hole 4 in below, install first fastening nut 6 again, then move on wrench movement first fastening nut 6, make first fastening nut 6 with connecting seat 3 and valve body 1 fixed can.
When water flows to the left side of the valve body 1 and contacts with the vertical plate 16, the water enters the first cavity 171 through the water inlet sleeve 173, then the water extrudes the rubber ball 175, so that the rubber ball 175 does not block the first cavity 171, the first compression spring 174 is compressed, and then the water in the first cavity 171 enters the valve body 1 through the water outlet sleeve 172. When the water stops being discharged into the first chamber 171, the rubber ball 175 moves leftwards to return to the original position due to the first compression spring 174, so that the water can only enter but not exit.
When the bottom of the elastic filtering membrane 9 is attached with excessive impurities, a user presses the pressing handle 23 to move downwards, the pressing handle 23 moves downwards to drive the guide rod 22 to move downwards in the guide sleeve 21, the second compression spring 24 is compressed, the guide rod 22 moves downwards to drive the magnetic block 25 to move downwards, the magnetic block 25 attracts the iron block 26, after attraction, the pressing handle 23 is loosened, the guide rod 22 moves upwards to drive the magnetic block 25 to move upwards under the action of the second compression spring 24, the iron block 26 is further driven to move upwards, the elastic filtering membrane 9 is pulled to move upwards, when the iron block 26 cannot bear the pulling force of the elastic filtering membrane 9, the iron block 26 is separated from the magnetic block 25, the elastic filtering membrane 9 vibrates upwards and downwards, and the impurities attached to the elastic filtering membrane 9 are shaken off. Thus, the impurity residue on the elastic filtering membrane 9 can be prevented from influencing the subsequent use.
When the discharging sleeve 18 needs to be cleaned, the soft sleeve 28 is taken down firstly, the acidic liquid is poured into the connecting pipe 27, the acidic liquid flows into the hollow hose 29 through the connecting pipe 27 and then enters the discharging sleeve 18, the acidic liquid can enable impurities in the discharging sleeve 18 to be cleaned better, after the discharging sleeve 18 is cleaned, the soft sleeve 28 is covered, the threaded cover plate 19 is opened, the impurities and the acidic liquid flow out of the discharging sleeve 18, and then the threaded cover plate 19 is screwed on. Therefore, impurities in the discharging sleeve 18 can be cleaned more conveniently.
When water flows to the strip-shaped plate 32, the connecting rod 31 drives the strip-shaped plate 32 to rotate rightwards, the water flows out of the opening 34, so that the oxygen content of the water is improved, and meanwhile, the bell 33 sounds, so that a user knows that the water comes and the water amount is enough.
