本发明公开了一种自动升降电动窗,通过经由滑接边框和穿接边框构成窗框、以窗扇升降装置驱动窗扇在窗框内直线升降,能够可以完全打开窗户、形成大开窗通风换气通道、让室内人员能够不透过玻璃就可以轻松看到窗外景观,提供更加愉悦、舒心、美观的窗户外观和功能显著提高,同时窗框的密封结构使本申请在关闭状态下具有更好密封性,提高居所保温效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗领域,具体讲是涉及一种自动升降电动窗。
背景技术
目前的中国社会经济发展迅速,社会富足,人们对居所生活品质的需求越来越高。传统的居所窗户是向内或向外打开式,常见的有两扇窗扇对开,这种窗扇的通气量最大,但是窗扇的密封性比较差,在冬季保暖效果差,已经被淘汰。铝合金和塑钢窗扇采用向一侧侧滑式,能够打开一半的窗户面积用以通风透气,通风效果较好,但是密封性能仍较差,目前也基本淘汰。
目前最常用的铝合金窗户是外推式,窗扇的两侧由多根支杆铰接方式连接于窗框上,开窗时推动窗扇向外,窗扇能够打开一定角度,形成换气通风通道。这种窗户的密封效果较好,但是开窗形成的换气通道截面积小,通风效果差,而且开窗后实质上仅是窗户下部打开一条较宽的缝隙,完全没有开窗后迎面接触外界的感觉,人们也无法不透过玻璃看外部景观,缺乏接触窗外景观的氛围和感受。这种窗户除去密封效果好和极少被大风吹动损坏外,无其他益处,实际使用中并不令人满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提供一种在关闭状态下具有更好密封性的前提下可以完全打开窗户、形成大开窗通风换气通道、让室内人员能够不透过玻璃就可以轻松看到窗外景观的自动升降电动窗。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的:
自动升降电动窗,包括窗框和窗扇,其特征在于:所述窗框包括滑接边框和穿接边框,滑接边框与串接边框顺次端端衔接构成闭合的窗框,所述滑接边框设有与窗扇边缘配合的窗扇滑道,所述穿接边框设有容纳窗扇穿过的穿接缝,所述窗扇连接有窗扇升降装置,所述窗扇升降装置驱动窗扇穿过穿接边框的穿接缝在滑接边框的滑道内升降。滑接边框采用传统直条形型材构成时至少为两根或更多根,两根滑接边框与一根串接边框可以构成三角形窗框,三根滑接边框与一根穿接边框可以构成最传统的四边形,最常见是方形,也可以是菱形或梯形;更多根滑接边框可以与一根或多根穿接边框构成形状更复杂的多边形。滑接边框采用异形型材构成,可以实现更复杂窗框形状,比如采用半圆形滑接边框与底部的长条形穿接边框配合可以构成半圆形窗户,一根直条形和一根弧形型材构成的滑接边框与底部的长条形穿接边框配合可以构成半月形的月亮门式窗户。滑接边框和穿接边框构成的窗框形状可以实现更多平面形状,只要达成窗扇边缘可以插入远离穿接边框的滑接边框的滑道,以及窗扇边缘可以沿滑接边框的滑道滑动以实现升降的平面形状构成窗框结构均可。设备安装时预先在窗户下部的墙体上开出安装槽,将窗扇升降装置安置于墙体的安装槽内,其它窗框可以与传统型材窗框安装方式大体相同。
作为一种优选方案,所述滑接边框包括滑接型材和滑道胶条,所述滑接型材具有滑道安装槽,所述滑道胶条安装于滑道安装槽内,所述窗扇滑道由滑道胶条一侧向内凹入构成。
作为一种优选方案,所述滑道胶条的窗扇滑道的内侧面设有密封绒毛条。窗扇滑道的三个与窗扇接触的内侧面均设有密封绒毛条。密封绒毛条不仅仅起到强化密封、保温的作用,绒毛更可以起到润滑滑道,使窗扇上下滑动更顺畅的作用。
作为一种优选方案,所述滑接型材包括外接型材和滑道型材,所述外接型材具有滑道型材连接槽,所述滑道型材卡装于滑道型材连接槽内,所述滑道安装槽位于滑道型材上远离外接型材的一侧。
作为一种优选方案,所述外接型材包括内框型材、中间型材和外框型材,所述内框型材、中间型材和外框型材依次卡接为一体,所述中间型材上设有若干条强化脊,所述滑道型材连接槽的各侧壁分别由内框型材、中间型材和外框型材围绕构成。
作为一种优选方案,所述滑道型材是由PVC制成的PVC滑道型材,所述滑道型材与滑道型材连接槽之间设有滑道密封胶条,所述外接型材和滑道型材之间涂覆有密封胶。所述密封胶涂覆于滑道密封胶条外侧。
作为一种优选方案,所述穿接边框包括两根相对设置的穿接型材,所述穿接缝由两根穿接型材之间构成,所述两根穿接型材相对的一侧各设有一根穿接密封胶条,所述窗扇与穿接密封胶条滑动接触。
作为一种优选方案,所述窗扇升降装置包括上连接杆、第一铰接杆、第二铰接杆、下滑杆和升降驱动,所述第一铰接杆与第二铰接杆中部铰接,所述上连接杆上设有上滑槽,所述下滑杆上设有下滑槽,所述第一铰接杆的两端分别滑动套装于上滑槽和下滑槽内,所述第二铰接杆的一端滑动套装于上滑槽内,所述第二连接杆的另一端与升降驱动传动连接,所述升降驱动带到第二连接杆沿下滑槽长度方向运动。

具体实施方式
实施例:如附图1至7所示,自动升降电动窗,包括窗框和窗扇6,所述窗框包括滑接边框5和穿接边框4,所述滑接边框5设有与窗扇6边缘配合的窗扇滑道56,所述穿接边框4设有容纳窗扇6穿过的穿接缝43,所述窗扇6连接有窗扇升降装置3,所述窗扇升降装置3驱动窗扇6穿过穿接边框4的穿接缝43在滑接边框5的滑道56内升降。本实施例中,窗框采用传统四边形设置,由分别位于顶侧和两侧的三个滑接边框5和位于底侧的一个穿接边框4组成,窗扇6由双层密封玻璃构成。但是本实施例中仅是最常见应用的一种实施例,在应用中,可以将窗框设置为其它形状,比如圆盘形、月亮门形等,以实现更多样美观需求,只要窗框一侧设置穿接边框容纳窗扇穿过、其它窗框位置设置为滑接边框允许窗扇沿其滑道滑动或者直接插入其滑道内、以达到完全开合窗扇目的即可。如附图1、2、4、6所示,本实施例中窗扇6采用双层中空钢化玻璃,具有更好的隔音、保温效果。设备安装时预先在窗户下部的墙体1上开出安装槽2,将窗扇升降装置3安置于墙体1的安装槽2内,其它窗框可以与传统型材窗框安装方式大体相同。
所述滑接边框5包括滑接型材和滑道胶条57,所述滑道胶条57一侧向内凹入构成容纳窗扇6边缘的窗扇滑道56,所述滑接型材具有滑道安装槽541,所述滑道胶条57安装于滑道安装槽541内。
所述滑道胶条57的窗扇滑道56内侧面设有密封绒毛条571。如附图1、2和4、5所示,窗扇滑道56的三个与窗扇6接触的内侧面均设有密封绒毛条571。密封绒毛条571不仅仅起到强化密封、保温的作用,绒毛更可以起到润滑滑道,使窗扇6上下滑动更顺畅的作用。使用时间较长胶条老化、密封绒毛条6磨损严重、密封性能下降时,可以抽出滑道胶条57更换,而不必重修整个窗户,高效,且降低维护成本。
所述滑接型材包括外接型材和滑道型材54,所述外接型材具有滑道型材连接槽58,所述滑道型材54卡装于滑道型材连接槽58内,所述滑道安装槽541位于滑道型材54上远离外接型材的一侧。
所述外接型材包括内框型材51、中间型材52和外框型材53,所述内框型材51、中间型材52和外框型材53依次卡接为一体,所述中间型材52上设有若干条强化脊521,所述滑道型材连接槽58的各侧壁分别由内框型材51、中间型材52和外框型材53围绕构成。如附图1、2、4和5所示,内框型材51由内框连接部511和内框外延部512构成,外框型材53由外框连接部531和外框外延部532构成,内框连接部511与外框连接部531分别与中间型材52通过卡槽和卡扣连接为一体,而内框外延部512和外框外延部532向窗扇6方向延伸,可以设计不同外延部形状,在传统方形窗户的基础上构成更多美观的窗户可视外形,比如附图8所示构成类圆形。三分结构的外接型材提供了更多可能的设计,实现更加美观的多样的窗户造型,提供更加美好的视觉享受。
所述滑道型材54是由PVC制成的PVC滑道型材,所述滑道型材54与滑道型材连接槽58之间设有滑道密封胶条55,所述外接型材和滑道型材54之间涂覆有密封胶。所述密封胶涂覆于滑道密封胶条55外侧。附图中未示出密封胶。PVC滑道型材不仅易于装配和更换,更具有静音和降噪效果,能够显著提高本申请的升降噪音,改善产品的应用效果,提高使用者的愉悦程度。
如附图1、2、6和7所示,所述穿接边框4包括两根相对设置的穿接型材41,所述穿接缝43由两根穿接型材41之间构成,所述两根穿接型材41相对的一侧各设有一根穿接密封胶条42,所述窗扇6与穿接密封胶条42滑动接触。所述穿接密封胶条42具有两条向窗扇凸出的密封翼421,两根穿接密封胶条42相对的密封翼421之间的距离小于窗扇6的宽度,保证两者接触良好,两条密封翼421显著提高密封效果,避免室外风雨侵袭到下部的窗扇升降装置3。
如附图1和3所示,所述窗扇升降装置3包括安装基座、上连接杆31、第一铰接杆34、第二铰接杆33、下滑杆35和升降驱动37,安装基座固定安装于墙体1的安装槽2内,所述第一铰接杆34与第二铰接杆33中部铰接,所述上连接杆31上设有上滑槽32,所述上连接杆31上部固定连接有窗扇连接条39,所述窗扇连接条39与窗扇6固定连接,所述下滑杆35上设有下滑槽36,所述下滑杆35固定安装于安装基座上,所述第一铰接杆34的两端分别滑动套装于上滑槽32和下滑槽36内,所述第二铰接杆33的一端滑动套装于上滑槽32内,所述第二铰接杆33的另一端设有扇形齿轮38,所述扇形齿轮38通过扇形齿轮轴套装于安装基座上,所述升降驱动37包括驱动电机和驱动齿轮,所述驱动电机带动驱动齿轮旋转,所述扇形齿轮38与驱动齿轮传动连接,所述升降驱动37通过扇形齿轮38带带动第二连接杆33沿下滑槽36长度方向运动,并实现上连接杆31的升降运动。
窗扇升降装置也可以采用其他直线运动的驱动方式,例如电动缸、直线电机等,该类驱动结构较多,能够实现驱动窗扇直线运动即可,不赘述。
