Abstract

The invention has simple structure, and can effectively filter out impurities, ammonia, nitrous acid and other substances harmful to fishes in a circulating manner by physical purification and biochemical purification methods.

The end part of the biochemical filter tank 2 opposite to the filtered water drain pipe 10 is provided with a filtered water inlet pipe 25, and the end part of the filtered water inlet pipe 25 is communicated with the bottom of the water falling pipe 18.
A filtering cotton sliver 26 is arranged in the filtering pipeline 14 along the length direction thereof, and a rubber belt 27 which can be engaged and matched with the driving chain wheel 13 is fixed at the middle part of the inner side surface of the filtering cotton sliver 26.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects: simple structure, can effectual circulating filtration filter impurity in the water and the material that ammonia and nitrous acid etc. are harmful to fish through physics purification and biochemical purification's method.

the biochemical filter box 2 is integrally of a cuboid box-shaped structure, a plurality of biochemical filter rooms 6 which are equidistantly divided by a plurality of second partition plates 7 are arranged in the biochemical filter box 2, every two adjacent second partition plates 7 are alternately fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the biochemical filter box 2 respectively, ceramsite filler is arranged in each biochemical filter room 6, and the bottom of each biochemical filter room 6 is provided with a bubbly stone 9;

The end part of the biochemical filter tank 2 opposite to the filtered water drain pipe 10 is provided with a filtered water inlet pipe 25, and the end part of the filtered water inlet pipe 25 is communicated with the bottom of the water falling pipeline 18.
A filtering cotton sliver 26 is arranged in the filtering pipeline 14 along the length direction thereof, and a rubber belt 27 which can be engaged and matched with the driving chain wheel 13 is fixed at the middle part of the inner side surface of the filtering cotton sliver 26.
Example 2

after the submersible pump in the fish pond is started, water in the fish pond is continuously pumped into the settling chamber a to carry out the first round of settling and filtering operation, the water body positioned last time overflows the first partition plate 3 and enters the flow guide chamber b through the flow guide holes 5, the water body entering the flow guide chamber b overflows into the flow guide pipeline 15 through the flow guide pipe 17, the water body is further physically filtered by the filter cotton strip 26 after entering the flow guide pipeline 15, the water body flows into the biochemical filtering room 6 through the filter water inlet pipe 25 after being filtered by the filter cotton strip 26, because the biochemical filter box 2 is internally provided with a plurality of biochemical filter rooms 6 which are equidistantly divided by a plurality of second partition plates 7, every two adjacent second partition plates 7 are alternately fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the biochemical filter box 2 respectively, and the water body utilizes nitrobacteria in ceramsite fillers to purify substances such as ammonia, nitrous acid and the like which are harmful to fishes in the process of gradually passing through each biochemical filter room 6;
after being started, the bucket lifting device 8 lifts impurities precipitated in the settling chamber a out together with polluted water, flows into the drainage main pipe 21 through the drainage pipeline 22 and finally discharges the impurities.
