Abstract
A sawing machine capable of generating folding limit comprises a machine base unit, a saw table unit and a sawing unit. The saw bench unit can rotate and is arranged on the machine base unit and is provided with a working surface, an outer annular surface and a shaft seat, the saw cutting unit comprises a rotating piece, a supporting arm and a driver, the rotating piece is axially arranged on the shaft seat, the supporting arm is pivoted to the rotating piece, the saw blade is arranged on the supporting arm, the driver is arranged on the supporting arm and is used for driving the saw blade to rotate, the supporting arm is provided with an inner side surface corresponding to the working surface, and a limiting part is convexly arranged from the inner side surface to the outside. And the arrangement of the limiting part can limit the sawing unit relative to the machine base unit and the saw table unit when the sawing unit is in a folding state, so that the aim of preventing the sawing unit from shaking is fulfilled.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sawing machine, and more particularly to a sawing machine capable of generating folding and limiting positions.
Background
A conventional sawing machine (background art of taiwan patent application No. 201325776) includes a base unit, a processing platform capable of rotating relative to the base unit, a sawing unit connected to one side of the processing platform, and a positioning unit. The machine base unit is provided with a base and two foot seats fixedly connected to two sides of the base respectively, and the positioning unit is provided with a rotating rod which is screwed on the processing platform. When the sawing angle of the sawing unit is to be adjusted, an operator needs to loosen the rotating rod, drive the sawing unit to rotate relative to the machine base unit by using the processing platform, and tighten the rotating rod when the sawing unit rotates to a preset angle.
The sawing machine has the operation function of adjusting the sawing angle, but when the sawing machine is temporarily not used and needs to be temporarily stored, the overall assembly state is large in volume, and larger space is occupied. In addition, when the saw cutting machine is manufactured and is to be packaged and transported in an assembled state, the volume of the material is increased and the transportation cost is increased.
In order to solve the above problems, the applicant has developed taiwan patent nos. I593489, I586465, I586494, I577474, etc., which can be stored in a smaller volume as required.
However, in the foldable sawing machine, a sawing unit is switched between an unfolded state and a folded state with respect to a base unit, and when the sawing unit is operated to the folded state with respect to the base unit, the sawing unit may shake with respect to the base unit, and may cause parts to collide with each other and be damaged, especially, a protecting cover of the sawing unit is knocked open, so that a saw blade is exposed, and a safety problem is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sawing machine which can provide better positioning and prevent parts from colliding with each other and can generate folding limit.
The invention relates to a sawing machine capable of generating folding limit, which comprises a machine base unit, a saw table unit and a sawing unit, wherein the machine base unit is provided with a front side edge, a rear side edge opposite to the front side edge, a top surface extending from the front side edge to the rear side edge and a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, the saw table unit can rotate and is arranged on the machine base unit and is provided with a working surface corresponding to the top surface, an outer ring surface intersected with the periphery of the working surface and a shaft seat corresponding to the rear side edge and connected with the working surface and the outer ring surface, the shaft seat is provided with an axis parallel to the working surface and extending from the rear side edge to the front side edge, the sawing unit comprises a rotating piece which is axially arranged on the shaft seat and can rotate relative to the saw table unit by taking the axis as a rotation center, a supporting arm pivoted to the rotating piece and a saw blade arranged on the supporting arm, and the driver is arranged on the supporting arm and used for driving the saw blade to rotate, the supporting arm is provided with an inner side surface corresponding to the working surface, an outer side surface opposite to the inner side surface and a limiting part convexly arranged from the inner side surface to the outer side opposite to the outer side surface, the saw blade is provided with two end surfaces which are oppositely arranged, the saw cutting unit can be operated to be in a folding state from a working state, when the saw cutting unit is in the working state, the saw blade and the working surface form a working included angle, the limiting part is positioned above the shaft seat, when the saw cutting unit is in the folding state, one end surface of the saw blade approaches to the working surface, and the limiting part approaches to the outer ring surface and is positioned between the top surface and the bottom surface.
The saw cutting machine capable of generating folding limit is characterized in that the supporting arm of the saw cutting unit is provided with a pair of pivot discs which are arranged at intervals along a central line and are axially arranged on the rotating piece, and a shell cover connected with the pivot discs, wherein the central line is vertical to the axial line, the saw blade and the driver are arranged on the shell cover, the shell cover is provided with a scrap collecting guide pipe adjacent to the pivot discs, the scrap collecting guide pipe is in a hollow tubular shape and is provided with a dust collecting hole extending along a transverse axis vertical to the central line, and the limit part is arranged on the scrap collecting guide pipe.
The saw cutting machine capable of generating folding limit is characterized in that the cross section of a scrap collecting guide pipe of the saw cutting unit, which is vertical to the transverse axial direction, is U-shaped, and the saw cutting machine is provided with a first side part corresponding to one of the pivot discs, a second side part corresponding to the other pivot disc, and an arc plate part connected between the first side part and the second side part, wherein the limit part is connected with the second side part.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the sawing unit is in a folding state, the sawing unit is enabled to be limited relative to the machine base unit and the saw table unit by means of the arrangement of the limiting part, so that the sawing unit can be prevented from shaking, and parts can be prevented from colliding with each other and being damaged.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the saw cutting machine capable of generating folding limit of the present invention includes a base unit 10, a table unit 20 and a sawing unit 30.
The base unit 10 has a front edge 11, a rear edge 12 opposite the front edge 11, a top surface 13 extending from the front edge 11 to the rear edge 12, and a bottom surface 14 opposite the top surface 13.
The saw table unit 20 is rotatably mounted on the base unit 10 and has a working surface 21 corresponding to the top surface 13, an outer annular surface 22 intersecting with the periphery of the working surface 21, and a shaft seat 23 corresponding to the rear side edge 12 and connected to the working surface 21 and the outer annular surface 22, the shaft seat 23 having an axis L parallel to the working surface 21 and extending from the rear side edge 12 toward the front side edge 11.
The sawing unit 30 includes a rotating member 31 pivotally mounted on the shaft seat 23 and capable of rotating relative to the table unit 20 about the axis L, a supporting arm 32 pivotally connected to the rotating member 31, a saw blade 33 mounted on the supporting arm 32, and a driver 34 mounted on the supporting arm 32 and used for driving the saw blade 33 to rotate.
The supporting arm 32 has a pair of pivot disks 321 disposed at intervals along a center line L1 and axially disposed on the rotating member 31, a housing 322 connected to the pivot disks 321, and a stopper 35 disposed on the housing 322, the center line L1 is perpendicular to the axis L, the housing 322 has an inner side 323 corresponding to the working surface 21, an outer side 324 opposite to the inner side 323, and a chip collecting duct 325 adjacent to the pivot disks 321 and extending from the inner side 323 to the outer side 324, the chip collecting duct 325 is hollow and has a dust collecting hole 326 extending along a transverse axis perpendicular to the center line L1 to the X direction, the chip collecting duct 325 has a U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the transverse axis to the X direction and has a first side 327 corresponding to one of the pivot disks 321, a second side 328 corresponding to the other pivot disk 321, and an arc plate 329 connected between the first side 328 and the second side 328, the stopper 35 is connected to the second side 328 of the chip collecting duct 325, and the second side 328 is opposite to the outer side 324.
The saw blade 33 is mounted opposite the pivot plate 321 to the other end of the housing 322 and has two oppositely disposed end surfaces 331.
The driver 34 is mounted to the housing 322 corresponding to the saw blade 33.
The sawing machine composed of the above components is shown in fig. 1, which shows that the saw cutting unit is in a unfolded state, the saw blade 33 and the working surface 21 form a working included angle, and the limiting portion 35 is located above the shaft seat 23. And an object to be sawn (not shown) can be sawn by the saw blade 33.
When the saw cutting machine is temporarily not in use and is to be stored or packaged for transportation, the operator can operate the saw table unit 20 to drive the saw cutting unit 30 to rotate towards the left side of fig. 1 relative to the base unit 10. then, the operator pulls the whole saw cutting unit 30 to rotate around the axis L until one end surface 331 of the saw blade 33 approaches the working surface 21, and the saw cutting unit 30 is in a folded state, at this time, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the end edge of the limiting portion 35 approaches the outer annular surface 22 and is located between the top surface 13 and the bottom surface 14.
Therefore, when the sawing unit 30 is folded, the end edge of the limiting portion 35 approaches the outer ring surface 22 and is located between the top surface 13 and the bottom surface 14, and the end edge of the limiting portion 35 can block the outer ring surface 22, so that even if the sawing machine shakes during transportation, the sawing unit 30 can be prevented from shaking, parts can be prevented from colliding with each other and being damaged, the protecting cover of the sawing unit 30 can be further prevented from being knocked open, and the saw blade 33 can be prevented from being exposed, thereby ensuring safety.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the limiting portion 35 is integrally connected to the original scrap collecting conduit 325 of the sawing machine, so that the sawing unit 30 can be positioned better relative to the base unit 10 and the saw table unit 20 when being folded without additional manufacturing and assembling, the overall structure is simple, the manufacturing is easy, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In summary, the saw cutting machine capable of folding and limiting of the present invention has the advantages of simple overall structure, easy manufacture, and capability of achieving the expected practical function, and indeed achieving the purpose of the present invention.
