Further, a plurality of first diversion holes (not shown in the figure) are formed in the front end of the third conveying pipeline 7, each first diversion hole is connected with a first diversion pipe 7.1, and the first diversion pipes 7.1 are respectively connected with the second connectors 2.23 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the tail end of the fourth conveying pipeline 8 is provided with a plurality of second shunt holes (not shown in the figure), each second shunt hole is connected with a second shunt pipe 8.1, and the second shunt pipes 8.1 are respectively connected with the first connectors 2.22 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the number of the first diversion holes and the second diversion holes are respectively consistent with the number of the second connectors 2.23 and the first connectors 2.22; preferably, each of the first shunt pipe and the second shunt pipe is also provided with a valve which is independently controlled and is not interfered with each other; even if the number of the rubber suction balls is smaller than that of the storage holes, the use is not affected. The first shunt tube and the second shunt tube are connected with the second connector and the first connector in an interference mode respectively, and are not easy to fall off. In particular, the pipes used in the present invention are all made of non-toxic, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant materials, which may be, but are not limited to, polypropylene pipes.
In practical application, the fixing piece is loosened, the rubber suction ball is placed in the placement hole, the tip part of the rubber suction ball is downward, the first connector and the second connector are inserted into the rubber suction ball, and the fixing piece is locked to fix the rubber suction ball, so that the lower end of the rubber suction ball is tightly attached to the bottom of the placement hole; releasing valves on the corresponding first shunt pipe and the second shunt pipe to enable the pipelines to be communicated; turning the reversing valve to the first conveying pipeline, enabling the first conveying pipeline to be communicated with the second conveying pipeline, simultaneously opening the heating wire through the controller, heating water in the hot water tank, when the water temperature reaches the set temperature, setting the temperature to 90 ℃, opening the hot water pump by the controller to flush the rubber ball, opening the waste water pump after 5-15 seconds, continuously flushing the rubber ball for 10-15 seconds, simultaneously closing the hot water pump and the waste water pump, enabling the hot water to stay in the rubber ball for 2 minutes, then opening the hot water pump and the waste water pump again, continuously flushing for 5-10 seconds, and always ensuring that the inner cavity of the rubber ball is full of the hot water in the flushing process. And (3) sequentially closing the hot water pump and the waste water pump, switching the switching valve to be communicated with the second conveying pipeline and the fourth conveying pipeline, and opening the hot air blower to purge for 5 minutes, so that the rubber suction ball is cleaned.

Claims (5)

1. A cleaning and disinfecting device for rubber suction balls, which is characterized by comprising: the hot-water tank comprises a tank body, a fixing component, a hot-water pump, a hot-air blower, a waste discharge pump and a controller, wherein the tank body is divided into a hot-water tank, a waste water tank and a hot-air tank body; the fixing component is used for fixing a rubber suction ball, the rubber suction ball is respectively connected with the hot water pump, the hot air blower and the waste discharge pump through the fixing component, and the hot water pump is respectively connected with the hot water tank and the fixing component through the first conveying pipeline; the hot air blower is arranged in the hot air box body and is connected with the fixing component through a second conveying pipeline; the waste discharge pump is respectively connected with the fixing component and the waste water tank through a third conveying pipeline; the hot water pump, the hot air heater and the waste discharge pump are respectively and electrically connected with the controller; the tail ends of the first conveying pipeline and the second conveying pipeline are respectively connected to one end of a fourth conveying pipeline, a reversing valve is arranged at the joint, and the other end of the fourth conveying pipeline is connected to the fixing assembly; the fixing component comprises two supporting plates vertically fixed on the box body, a positioning plate arranged between the two supporting plates and used for placing the rubber suction ball, and a fixing piece used for fixing the rubber suction ball on the fixing component; the positioning plate is provided with a plurality of object placing holes, the object placing holes are blind holes, a first connector and a second connector are arranged in the object placing holes, and the lower ends of the first connector and the second connector penetrate through the bottoms of the object placing holes and are respectively connected with the tail end of the fourth conveying pipeline and the front end of the third conveying pipeline; the fixing piece is connected to the tops of the two support plates, one end of the fixing piece is hinged with one support plate, and the other end of the fixing piece is movably connected with the other support plate and is used for fixing the rubber suction ball on the fixing assembly; the front end of the third conveying pipeline is provided with a plurality of first diversion holes, each first diversion hole is connected with a first diversion pipe, and the first diversion pipes are respectively connected with the second connectors in one-to-one correspondence; the tail end of the fourth conveying pipeline is provided with a plurality of second shunt holes, each second shunt hole is connected with a second shunt pipe, and the second shunt pipes are respectively connected with the first connectors in a one-to-one correspondence manner through the second shunt pipes; the number of the first diversion holes and the second diversion holes are respectively consistent with the number of the second connectors and the first connectors.

The cleaning and disinfecting device for rubber suction balls according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member comprises a fixing plate and a buckle, a first through hole is formed in the free end of the fixing plate, and the buckle penetrates through the first through hole and is fixed on one of the supporting plates.
3. The cleaning and disinfecting device for rubber suction balls according to claim 2, wherein a downward extending clamping groove is formed in the top of the supporting plate movably connected with the fixing plate in the fixing assembly, and the clamping groove is matched with the buckle.

The cleaning and disinfecting device for rubber suction balls according to claim 1, wherein the upper parts of the support plates are respectively provided with a second through hole, and the two ends of the fixing piece respectively pass through the second through holes in the two support plates and are in sliding connection with the second through holes.

The cleaning and disinfecting device for rubber suction balls according to claim 4, wherein the fixing member comprises a first clamping member and a second clamping member, and both ends of the first clamping member and the second clamping member are respectively provided with fixing holes and detachably connected through screws passing through the opposite fixing holes.
