the intelligent cosmetic appliance cleaning instrument further comprises a fan (6); the fan (6) is arranged right below the water purifying tank (5); the fan (6) is arranged in an interlayer between the inner layer and the outer layer of the shell and corresponds to the ventilation opening (7) formed in the shell (3); the fan (6) is electrically connected with the control device (8).
