In the future development of mobile Communication systems, in order to better meet user requirements, a D2D Discovery (Device to Device Discovery) mechanism and a D2D Communication (Device to Device Communication) mechanism are introduced. As shown in fig. 1, for a off-line terminal UE2 (also called a remote terminal), in order to enable communication with the Network, a neighboring on-line terminal UE1 is selected as a Relay for the off-line terminal, and the on-line terminal is called a Relay terminal, and this communication mode is called a terminal-to-Network Relay (UE-to-Network Relay).
For the terminal-to-network Relay communication mode, a Remote terminal (Remote UE) may request a resource of its Sidelink (Sidelink refers to a direct communication link between terminals, also referred to as a D2D link) through a Relay terminal (Relay UE), and meanwhile, if the Relay terminal itself may also have Sidelink data transmission, how to enable a network to control the Sidelink used by the Remote terminal and the Relay terminal respectively is a problem that needs to be solved at present.

In the above embodiments of the present invention, the relay terminal sends the buffer status report to the network device through the buffer status report medium access control element BSR MAC CE.
Preferably, the embodiment of the present invention provides two methods for reporting BSR:
the first reporting mode is as follows: and the relay terminal respectively triggers and reports the Buffer Status Report (BSR) of the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal.
The second reporting mode is as follows: the relay terminal triggers and reports the buffer status report BSR of the remote terminal and the relay terminal at the same time.
Specifically, when the relay terminal reports the BSR in the first reporting mode, step 21 includes:
when a first buffer status report triggering condition is met, sending a first buffer status report to the network equipment; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when a second buffer status report triggering condition is met, sending the second buffer status report to the network equipment.
Wherein the first buffer status report trigger condition includes: the relay terminal receives a first buffer status report of the remote terminal. The second buffer status report triggering condition is an existing BSR triggering condition, for example, at least one of a regular BSR triggering condition, a periodic BSR triggering condition and a piggyback BSR triggering condition, which will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, when a first buffer status report triggering condition is met, the first buffer status report is sent to the network device through one BSR MAC CE; and/or when a second buffer status report triggering condition is met, sending the second buffer status report to the network equipment through one BSR MAC CE.
Specifically, in the case that the relay terminal reports the BSR in the second reporting mode, step 21 includes:
and when the triggering condition of a first buffer status report is met or the triggering condition of a second buffer status report is met, sending the first buffer status report and the second buffer status report to the network equipment through a buffer status report media access control layer control element (MAC CE).

In short, the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal are reported by using different logical channel groups. The network device and the relay terminal may determine the type of the buffer status report corresponding to the logical channel group through the identifier of the logical channel group. For example, an individual logical channel group is defined for a plurality of remote terminals, and is used for reporting a first buffer status report of the remote terminal; and defining an independent logic channel group for the plurality of relay terminals, wherein the logic channel group is used for reporting the second buffer area state report of the relay terminals.
On the other hand, when the relay terminal reports the BSR in the first reporting mode, the indication mode of the type of the buffer status report includes:
the third indication (i.e., step 21 includes):
transmitting a buffer status report to the network device on the first physical resource; the first physical resource is used for indicating the type of the buffer status report as a first buffer status report of a remote terminal; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
sending a buffer status report to the network device on the second physical resource; the second physical resource is used for indicating the type of the buffer status report to be a second buffer status report of the relay terminal;
wherein the first physical resource is different from the second physical resource.
In short, the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal are reported by using different physical resources, and the physical resources are configured by a network or agreed by a protocol. Since the relay terminal reports the first BSR and the second BSR simultaneously when reporting the BSR in the second reporting mode, the first BSR and the second BSR use the same physical resource, and thus the third indication method cannot be applied to the second reporting mode of the BSR.
Preferably, in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, when the relay terminal performs BSR reporting in the second reporting manner, the number of the remote terminals may be variable when BSR MAC CE is reported, so that a MAC CE length indication field (also referred to as an L domain) is introduced into a MAC CE header corresponding to the BSR MAC CE, or a MAC CE length indication field (also referred to as an L domain) is directly introduced into the BSR MAC CE; the MAC CE length indication field is used to indicate the length of the BSR MAC CE. The specific indication mode may be indicated by bitmap or directly indicated, and is not limited specifically herein.
Specifically, the method further comprises:
sending a buffer status report MAC CE sub-header to network equipment, wherein the buffer status report MAC CE sub-header comprises an MAC CE length indication field; wherein the MAC CE length indication field is used for indicating the length of the buffer status report MAC CE. Or, the buffer status report MAC CE further carries a MAC CE length indication field, where the MAC CE length indication field is used to indicate the length of the buffer status report MAC CE.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, after step 21, the method further includes:
step 22, receiving resource allocation information of a target terminal sent by the network equipment; the target terminal includes: the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal;
step 23, sending the resource allocation information of the remote terminal to the remote terminal under the condition of receiving the resource allocation information of the remote terminal;
and 24, under the condition that the resource allocation information of the relay terminal is received, determining the resources of the direct communication link sidelink between the terminals allocated to the relay terminal by the network equipment according to the resource allocation information of the relay terminal.
Preferably, the resource allocation information of the target terminal includes: the network equipment distributes the resource information of sidelink to the target terminal, and the target identification of the target terminal.
When the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report by using the first indication manner, the target identifier of the target terminal includes: identification information of the target terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report in the second manner, the target identifier of the target terminal includes: and carrying the identification information of the logical channel group LCG of the buffer area state report of the target terminal.
Further, when the relay terminal respectively sends the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal on different physical resources, that is, when the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report by using a third manner, the target identifier of the target terminal further includes:
and carrying the identification information of the physical resources of the buffer status report of the target terminal.
Preferably, when the target terminal is a remote terminal, the identification information of the target terminal is the identification information of the remote terminal; and the identification information of the far-end terminal is a terminal number which is allocated to the far-end terminal by a high layer, or the identification information of the far-end terminal is a terminal number of the far-end terminal under the relay terminal.
In summary, in the method for reporting a buffer status report provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, when the relay terminal sends the buffer status report to the network device, the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report to the network device, so that the network device can identify whether the buffer status report is the first buffer status report of the remote terminal or the second buffer status report of the relay terminal, and thus the network device can perform reasonable sildelink resource allocation for the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a resource allocation method, applied to a network device, including:
step 31, receiving a buffer status report sent by a relay terminal, and determining the type of the buffer status report; wherein the types of the buffer status report include: a first buffer status report of the remote terminal and/or a second buffer status report of the relay terminal;
step 32, according to the buffer status report, allocating the resources of the direct communication link sidelink between the terminals to the target terminal; the target terminal includes: the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal;
step 33, the resource allocation information of the target terminal is transmitted to the relay terminal.
Further, when the relay terminal respectively sends the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal on different physical resources, that is, when the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report in the third manner, the target identifier of the target terminal further includes:
and carrying the identification information of the physical resource of the buffer status report of the target terminal.
In another embodiment of the present invention, since the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report through different indication manners, the manner in which the corresponding network device receives the buffer status report is also different. Specifically, step 31 includes:
receiving a buffer area state report media access control layer control unit (MAC CE) sent by a relay terminal; and the buffer status report MAC CE carries the buffer status report and the type identification information of the buffer status report.
Preferably, the type identification information of the buffer status report includes: identification information of the relay terminal (source ID of the relay terminal) and/or identification information of the remote terminal (source ID of the remote terminal);
when the type identification information of the buffer status report includes identification information of a remote terminal, the identification information of the remote terminal is a terminal number allocated to the remote terminal by a high layer, or the identification information of the remote terminal is a terminal number of the remote terminal under the relay terminal.
Alternatively, step 31 comprises:
receiving a buffer area state report sent by a relay terminal through a first type of logic channel group, and determining the type of the buffer area state report as a first buffer area state report of a remote terminal according to the first type of logic channel group; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
receiving a buffer area state report sent by the relay terminal through a second type of logic channel group, and determining the type of the buffer area state report as a second buffer area state report of the relay terminal according to the second type of logic channel group;
wherein, the first type of logical channel group comprises at least one logical channel group, and the second type of logical channel comprises at least one logical channel group; the logical channel group contained in the first type logical channel group is different from the logical channel group contained in the second type logical channel group.
Alternatively, step 31 comprises:
receiving a buffer status report sent by a relay terminal on a first physical resource, and determining the type of the buffer status report as a first buffer status report of a remote terminal according to the first physical resource; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
receiving a buffer area state report sent by a relay terminal on a second physical resource, and determining the type of the buffer area state report as the second buffer area state report of the relay terminal according to the second physical resource;
wherein the first physical resource is different from the second physical resource.
In short, the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal are reported using different physical resources, and the physical resources are configured by the network or agreed by the protocol. The network device and the relay terminal may determine the type of the buffer status report corresponding to the logical channel group through the identification of the physical resource.
Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, when the network device receives the first buffer status report and the second buffer status report through a buffer status report medium access control element MAC CE, the number of remote terminals may be variable when the BSR MAC CE reports, so that the method further includes:
receiving a buffer status report MAC CE sub-header sent by a relay terminal, wherein the buffer status report MAC CE sub-header comprises an MAC CE length indication field; wherein the MAC CE length indication field is used for indicating the length of the buffer status report MAC CE. Or the buffer status report MAC CE further carries a MAC CE length indication field, where the MAC CE length indication field is used to indicate the length of the buffer status report MAC CE. The specific indication mode may be indicated by bitmap or directly indicated, and is not limited in this respect.
In summary, in the method for reporting a buffer status report provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, when the relay terminal sends the buffer status report to the network device, the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report to the network device, so that the network device can identify whether the buffer status report is the first buffer status report of the remote terminal or the second buffer status report of the relay terminal, and thus, the network device can perform reasonable sildelink resource allocation for the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal.
In order to describe the reporting method and the resource allocation method of the buffer status report more clearly, the following specifically describes the interaction between the terminal and the network device by combining two examples.
Example one
It is assumed that the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal are triggered and reported at the relay terminal, respectively. As shown in fig. 4, the interaction between the terminal and the network device includes the following steps:
step 1, the remote terminal reports a first buffer status report of the remote terminal to the relay terminal. The first buffer status report is for a D2D link (also known as Sidelink).
Preferably, the remote terminal reports the first buffer status report to the relay terminal through the buffer status report BSR MAC CE. The BSR MAC CE of the remote terminal needs to include a target ID (destination ID), each logical channel group ID corresponding to each target ID, and buffer status information corresponding to each logical channel group ID.
Assuming that one target ID has only one logical channel group ID, the format of the BSR MAC CE of the remote terminal is shown in fig. 5, where a Destination index (target index) field is used to fill the target ID, an LCG ID (logical channel group identity) field is used to fill the logical channel group ID, and a Buffer Size (Buffer status) field is used to fill the Buffer status information corresponding to the logical channel group ID.
Step 2, the relay terminal sends a first buffer area status report of the remote terminal to the network equipment; and/or the relay terminal sends a second buffer status report of the relay terminal to the network equipment.
After receiving a first buffer status report sent by a remote terminal, a relay terminal is triggered to report the first buffer status report of the remote terminal to network equipment on a Uu interface.
Preferably, the relay terminal reports the first buffer status report of the remote terminal or the second buffer status report of the relay terminal to the network device through the buffer status report BSR MAC CE. In order to distinguish the type of the buffer status report reported by the relay terminal (i.e. whether the buffer status report is the first buffer status report of the remote terminal or the second buffer status report of the relay terminal), the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in the following ways:
the first method is as follows: and introducing type identification information of the buffer status reports into the BSR MAC CE, and distinguishing whether each buffer status report is a first buffer status report of a remote terminal or a second buffer status report of a relay terminal through the type identification information.
The second method comprises the following steps: the first buffer area state report of the far-end terminal and the second buffer area state report of the relay terminal are reported by using different physical resources, and the physical resources are configured by a network or agreed by a protocol.
The third method comprises the following steps: the first buffer area state report of the far-end terminal and the second buffer area state report of the relay terminal are reported by using different logic channel groups.
For the first mode, it is assumed that each remote terminal has N logical channel groups LCGs to be reported, and a format of a BSR MAC CE reported by a relay terminal is shown in fig. 6, where a Source index field is used to fill the type identifier information, and is used to indicate whether a Source of the buffer status report is a remote terminal or a relay terminal, and which specific terminal. A Destination index field for filling a Destination ID, an LCG ID (logical channel group identification) field for filling a logical channel group ID, and a Buffer Size field for filling Buffer status information corresponding to the logical channel group ID.
And 3, the network equipment allocates the resources of the Sidelink to the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal.
The network equipment determines whether the buffer status report carried by the BSR MAC CE is a first buffer status report of a remote terminal or a second buffer status report of the relay terminal according to the BSR MAC CE reported by the relay terminal. In case of the first buffer status report of a remote terminal, it is further necessary to make explicit which remote terminal is.
And 4, the network equipment sends the resource allocation information of the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal to the relay terminal.
The resource allocation information also needs to carry identification information of the remote terminal and/or identification information of the relay terminal. The content of the resource allocation information may be different according to different reporting modes of the buffer status report.
If the first mode is adopted in the step 2, the identity identification information of the remote terminal and/or the identity identification information of the relay terminal is carried in the resource allocation information.
And if the second mode is adopted in the step 2, carrying the identity identification information of the physical resource bearing the buffer area state report in the resource allocation information.
If the third mode is adopted in the step 2, the resource allocation information carries the identity information of the logical channel group bearing the buffer status report.
And 5, the relay terminal sends the resource allocation information of the remote terminal to the remote terminal.
The relay terminal receives the resource allocation information sent by the network equipment and determines a target terminal for which the resource allocation information aims. If the resource is allocated to the relay terminal, performing self D2D transmission by using the allocated resource; otherwise, the resource allocation information of the remote terminal is sent to the corresponding remote terminal.
Example two
It is assumed that the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal are unified and sent out and reported at the relay terminal. As shown in fig. 7, the interaction between the terminal and the network device includes the following steps:
and 6, the remote terminal reports the first buffer area state report of the remote terminal to the relay terminal. The first buffer status report is for the D2D link (also known as Sidelink).
Preferably, the remote terminal reports the first buffer status report to the relay terminal through the buffer status report BSR MAC CE. The BSR MAC CE of the remote terminal needs to include a destination ID (destination ID), each logical channel group ID corresponding to each destination ID, and buffer status information corresponding to each logical channel group ID.
And 7, the relay terminal sends the first buffer area state report of the remote terminal and the second buffer area state report of the relay terminal to network equipment.
The method comprises the steps that a triggering condition for reporting a buffer status report by a relay terminal is added, except for the existing BSR reporting condition, after the relay terminal receives BSR information sent by a far-end terminal, the relay terminal is triggered to simultaneously report a first buffer status report of the far-end terminal and a second buffer status report of the relay terminal on a Uu interface.
Preferably, the relay terminal reports the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal to the network device through one BSR MAC CE. In order to distinguish the type of the buffer status report reported by the relay terminal (i.e. whether the buffer status report is the first buffer status report of the remote terminal or the second buffer status report of the relay terminal), the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in the following ways:
the method is as follows: and introducing type identification information of the buffer status reports into the BSR MAC CE, and distinguishing whether each buffer status report is a first buffer status report of a remote terminal or a second buffer status report of a relay terminal through the type identification information.
The fifth mode is as follows: the first buffer area state report of the far-end terminal and the second buffer area state report of the relay terminal are reported by using different logic channel groups.
For the fourth mode, it is assumed that each remote terminal has 1 LCG to report, and a format of BSR MAC CE reported by the relay terminal is as shown in fig. 8, where a Source index field is used to fill the type identifier information, and is used to indicate whether the Source of the buffer status report is a remote terminal or a relay terminal, and which specific terminal. A Destination index field for filling a Destination ID, an LCG ID (logical channel group identification) field for filling a logical channel group ID, and a Buffer Size field for filling Buffer status information corresponding to the logical channel group ID.
Considering that the number of the remote terminals may be variable when reporting the BSR MAC CE in this case, a MAC CE length indication field (also referred to as an L domain) is introduced into a MAC CE header corresponding to the BSR MAC CE, or the MAC CE length indication field (also referred to as an L domain) is directly introduced into the BSR MAC CE; the MAC CE length indication field is used to indicate the length of the BSR MAC CE. The specific indication mode may be indicated by bitmap or directly indicated, and is not limited specifically herein.
And 8, the network equipment allocates the resources of the Sidelink to the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal.
The network equipment determines that the BSR MAC CE carries the first buffer status report of the remote terminal and the second buffer status report of the relay terminal according to the BSR MAC CE reported by the relay terminal. The first buffer status report for a remote terminal further needs to be explicit of which remote terminal.
And 9, the network equipment sends the resource allocation information of the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal to the relay terminal.
The resource allocation information also needs to carry identification information of the remote terminal and/or identification information of the relay terminal. The content of the resource allocation information may be different according to different reporting modes of the buffer status report.
If the fourth method is adopted in step 7, the identity information of the remote terminal and/or the identity information of the relay terminal is carried in the resource allocation information.
If the fifth mode is adopted in step 7, the resource allocation information carries the identity information of the logical channel group bearing the buffer status report.
And step 10, the relay terminal sends the resource allocation information of the remote terminal to the remote terminal.
In summary, in the above embodiments of the present invention, when the relay terminal sends the buffer status report to the network device, the relay terminal indicates the type of the buffer status report to the network device, so that the network device can identify whether the buffer status report is the first buffer status report of the remote terminal or the second buffer status report of the relay terminal, and thus the network device can perform reasonable resource allocation of sildenk for the remote terminal and/or the relay terminal.
