Description

Data processing method and device for setting light supplementing lamp set through light ray tracing
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of optics, in particular to a data processing method and device for setting a light supplementing lamp set through light tracing, which are suitable for the fields of security monitoring, building talkback and smart home.
Background
At present, night vision light supplement schemes of related products in security monitoring, building talkback and smart home industries can be divided into the following steps according to spectra: 650nm, 730nm, 850nm and 940 nm. The specification of the light supplement LED model selection depends on experience or mechanized reference of similar products. The LED type selection has great limitations and inaccuracy, and generally faces the following problems:
1. shading light: insufficient LED light supplement caused by light rays of the light source blocked by the shell
2. Light reflection: the primary lens or the secondary lens of the model selection LED is designed to have a large angle, so that the problem of rain shading and light reflection is caused;
3. the light spot angle is small: the angle of the lens of the selected LED is too small, so that light spots are small, namely, the center is bright and the periphery is dark;
4. the radiant flux is low: the radiation flux is too low to make the target distance object appear unclear under night vision conditions.
Based on the above, the lamp panel of the camera needs to be designed for two or more times, so that a great amount of time and material cost of scientific research units and enterprises are wasted.
In view of the technical problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed in the industry.

According to one embodiment of the application, a data processing method for setting a light supplementing lamp set through light ray tracing is provided. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S1 to S7 as follows:
s1, determining parameters and monitoring distances of a camera; generally, the monitoring distance is the distance between a target point and the camera when the camera monitors security protection;
s2, preliminarily setting a corresponding light supplement lamp group according to the parameters of the camera and the monitoring distance; the light supplementing lamp group comprises one or more light supplementing lamps, and the angles of different light supplementing lamps are different; that is, firstly, it is necessary to know how far the security or monitoring camera is used for monitoring, and therefore, the light irradiation distance of the corresponding fill-in light can reach the corresponding distance;
s3, determining a light distribution curve and a radiation flux of the light supplementing lamp group; that is, the illumination area and the illumination intensity of the selected fill-in light lamp group are determined,
s4, obtaining a corresponding view field according to the parameters of the camera and the monitoring distance;
specifically, after the parameters of a camera are fixed, and the orientation and distance of the camera are determined, the field of view of the camera in a specific plane or area is determined;
s5, determining a corresponding target according to the view field; generally, when the target is arranged, the distance between the target and the camera, the length, the width and the thickness of the target are determined;
s6, performing light ray tracing on the light distribution curve and the radiant flux of the light supplementing lamp group to obtain a tracing result, and acquiring the radiant flux on the target according to the tracing result;
namely, tracking the light emitted by the light supplementing lamp group according to the light distribution curve and the radiant flux, and further obtaining a tracking result of the light irradiating the target; then the radiation flux is obtained according to the tracking result, so that whether the brightness of the corresponding position on the target can reach the minimum requirement (namely whether the radiation flux reaches the standard) can be judged;
and S7, adjusting the current of the light supplement lamp set, the angle of the light supplement lamps and the number of the light supplement lamps according to the tracking result and the radiation flux on the target.
That is to say, the corresponding relation between the light on the target and the light irradiated by the light supplement lamp is obtained through the tracking result, and then the current size, the angle and the number of the light supplement lamps of the light supplement lamp group can be adjusted reversely by analyzing the radiant flux on the target obtained on the target. And, the adjustment can be performed in one or more rounds until the light supplement scheme can be adjusted to the best.
In some embodiments, the data processing method for setting a light supplement lamp set through light ray tracing is characterized in that a light distribution curve and a radiant flux of the light supplement lamp set are determined; the method comprises the following steps:
determining a light distribution curve of each light supplement lamp in the light supplement lamp group and measuring an irradiance value of the light supplement lamp through an irradiance meter; and
determining the angle and the power supply current of each light supplement lamp in the light supplement lamp group;
obtaining a light distribution curve of the light supplement lamp group according to the light distribution curve of the light supplement lamps and the angles of the light supplement lamps; and
and obtaining the radiant flux of the light supplement lamp set according to the irradiance value and the power supply current of the light supplement lamp.
That is to say, the light distribution curve and the irradiance value of the single fill-in light lamp are measured, and then the light distribution curve and the radiant flux of the whole fill-in light lamp group are determined.
In some embodiments, the data processing method for setting a fill-in light group through light ray tracing as described above is characterized in that obtaining a corresponding field of view according to the parameters of the camera and the monitoring distance includes:
determining lens parameters of the camera; and
determining sensor parameters of an image sensor in the camera;
and obtaining the view field according to the lens parameters, the sensor parameters and the monitoring distance.
For example, we select a Sensor of 1/3 target surface, which is calculated by the following formula: θ D is tan-1(z/L) + tan-1(z 1/L). The size of the field of view (target surface) at different distances is determined. For example: when the camera is 20 meters away from the target surface, the horizontal visual angle of the camera is 116 degrees and the vertical visual angle is 66 degrees by using a 2.8mm lens, so that the horizontal size of the target visual field (target surface) is 64 meters, and the vertical size is 26 meters.
In some embodiments, the data processing method for setting a light supplement lamp set through light ray tracing is characterized in that the light ray tracing is performed on a light distribution curve and a radiant flux of the light supplement lamp set to obtain a tracing result; the method comprises the following steps:
determining a surface of the target closest to the camera;
obtaining a path from a main light ray emitted by the light supplement lamp group to the surface with the shortest distance according to the light distribution curve of the light supplement lamp group;
and obtaining a tracking result according to the path of the main light and the radiation flux, and determining the light path and the radiation area of each light supplementing lamp.
According to the above example of calculating the distance and the target size, a corresponding 283514 mil wick is selected, the current size is 80mA, the wavelength is 850nm, the weight is 2.84874, the luminous flux is 0.049W, and the light distribution curve is substituted into the calculation according to the LED radiation intensity distribution test report of the integrating sphere test.
In actually dealing with the imaging problem (optical design) of an optical system, the most straightforward approach is to apply the law of refraction exactly to each refractive surface, tracing the exact path of a representative ray through the optical system. There are generally two methods: one is an optical graphical method; one is a calculation method. The latter is widely used due to the development and popularization of computers, has special application programs and is matched with stereoscopic display, can say that the former is completely replaced, and becomes a main tool and method for the current optical design.
In some embodiments, the data processing method for setting a light supplement lamp set through light ray tracing as described above, wherein the adjusting of the current of the light supplement lamp set, the angle of the light supplement lamp, and the number of the light supplement lamps according to the tracing result and the radiant flux on the target includes:
predetermining the overcurrent of the light supplement lamp; specifically, the light supplement lamp adopts an LED lamp, when the current is larger, the radiation flux of the lamp is also larger, however, the light supplement lamp is provided with the largest working current, and when the current is exceeded, the light supplement lamp may be burnt;
the method comprises the steps of determining the lowest radiant flux which can enable a camera to shoot a clear object in advance; that is, when the radiation flux is lower than the minimum radiation flux, the camera cannot clearly shoot the object;
and adjusting the current magnitude, the angle and the number of the light supplement lamps of the light supplement lamp group according to the tracking result, the radiant flux, the overcurrent and the lowest radiant flux on the target.
For example, for a target irradiance that is tested at a distance of 20 meters, for example, the center brightness is lower, and we can adjust a small angle LED to increase the center brightness; if the edge brightness is low, we can adjust the large angle LED to fit; the overall brightness is low, and the current of the LED can be adjusted to realize or replace the high-power LED to achieve the aim. This is mainly analyzed and adjusted according to the Irradiance analysis chart (Total-Irradiance Map) of the tracking, the Candela incident ray diagram (Polar Candela Plot) and the light Distribution curve diagram (Rectangular Candela Distribution Plot).
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
