Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be readily understood, a more complete description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "inner", "outer", "left", "right" and the like are used herein for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the only embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a signal base 10 is used to be mounted on a functional module, the functional module can display images, the signal base 10 is mounted on the functional module, and in the process that a plurality of functional modules with smaller display areas are spliced with each other to form a display screen with larger display area, each signal base 10 is connected by a plug wire 700, so that signal transmission between each functional module inside the whole display screen is realized. The patch cord 700 may be a wire or other type of data line, etc.
The signal seat 10 includes a housing 100, a first transmission unit 200 and a second transmission unit 300, both of which are disposed on the housing 100.
The housing 100 is substantially rectangular, and the housing 100 may be made of plastic or aluminum alloy. The housing 100 encloses an open cavity 11, and both the first and second transfer units 200, 300 are partially received in the open cavity 11. When both the first and second transmission units 200 and 300 fail, a worker can directly repair them in the open cavity 11 without disassembling other parts, thus improving the repair speed of the signal seat 10, and simultaneously, since the open cavity 11 is a non-closed space, heat generated by both the first and second transmission units 200 and 300 can be rapidly discharged to the atmosphere through the open cavity 11 in a short time, and the whole signal seat 10 is damaged by excessively high temperature in the open cavity 11. In the process of manufacturing the shell 100, the shell 100 may be manufactured by an injection molding process, that is, a molten liquid material is injected into a cavity of an injection mold by an injection machine, and is cooled after the injection machine is pressurized and set, so that the molten liquid material is molded into the solid shell 100. Of course, when the housing 100 is made of a metal material, the housing 100 may be formed using a CNC process or a casting process.
In some embodiments, the housing 100 has a first side 110, a second side 120, and an end surface 130, the first side 110 and the second side 120 may be two sides of the rectangular parallelepiped housing 100 disposed opposite to each other, and the end surface 130 is connected between the first side 110 and the second side 120, that is, one end of the end surface 130 is connected to the first side 110, and the other end of the end surface 130 is connected to the second side 120. The first side 110 and the second side 120 may be parallel to each other, and the end surface 130 may be perpendicular to both the first side 110 and the second side 120.
The first transmission unit 200 includes a first input socket 210 and a first output socket 220, the first input socket 210 being disposed at the first side 110, and the first output socket 220 being disposed at the second side 120. The first input socket 210 has a first input jack 211 and the first output socket 220 has a first output jack 221. When the plug wire 700 is mated with the first output jack 221 of one of the signal sockets 10 and the first input jack 211 of the other signal socket 10, signal transmission between the two signal sockets 10 can be achieved, thereby ensuring signal transmission between the two functional modules corresponding to the signal sockets 10.
In some embodiments, the mounting surface 12 may be planar, with reference to the mounting surface 12 on the functional module for mounting the housing 100. Along the insertion direction of the plug wire 700, the distance h 1 from the central axis 211a of the first input insertion hole 211 to the mounting surface 12 gradually decreases; similarly, the distance h 1 from the central axis 221a of the first output jack 221 to the mounting surface 12 gradually decreases. In popular terms, the first input jack 211 and the first output jack 221 are both disposed obliquely. For the conventional scheme that the central axes of the first input jack 211 and the first output jack 221 are parallel to the mounting surface 12, in the process of matching the plug wire 700 with the first input jack 211 and the first output jack 221, the specific structure and the hand size of the plug wire 700 are considered, and as the distances between the hands of an operator and the tail end of the plug wire 700 and the mounting surface 12 are always kept unchanged, the plug wire 700 is easy to collide with a functional module, so that the smooth assembly of the plug wire 700 is affected. Generally, in order to avoid the above collision, a method of increasing the thickness of the housing 100 to increase the distance between both the first input and output insertion holes 211 and 221 and the mounting surface 12 is generally adopted, resulting in an increase in the overall size of the housing 100. However, when the distances h 1 from the central axes 211a (221 a) of the first input jack 211 and the first output jack 221 to the mounting surface 12 are gradually reduced along the insertion direction of the plug wire 700, that is, the distances from the other parts of the first input jack 211 and the first output jack 221 to the mounting surface 12 are smaller than the distances from the opening parts to the mounting surface 12, it is ensured that the hands of an operator and the tail end of the plug wire 700 can be kept at reasonable distances from the functional module, the plug wire 700 is prevented from colliding with the functional module on the basis of not increasing the thickness of the housing 100, smooth assembly of the plug wire 700 is ensured, and the structure of the whole signal seat 10 is more compact.
Central axes 211a (221 a) of both first input and output receptacles 211, 221 lie in the same plane and intersect at the same point (e.g., point O). At this time, the first input socket 210 and the first output socket 220 are symmetrically disposed in the width direction of the housing 100, and the first input insertion hole 211 and the first output insertion hole 221 extend substantially in the width direction of the housing 100, so that the plug wire 700 may extend in the width direction of the housing 100 in a layout, thereby realizing the transmission of the current signal in the width direction of the housing 100.
The first boss 111 is formed by a part of the first side 110 protruding to a set height relative to other parts, the first input socket 210 is arranged on the first boss 111, the first boss 111 protrudes to a set height relative to other parts of the first side 110, when the plug wire 700 is matched with the first input socket 210 at the first boss 111, the hands of an operator and the tail end of the plug wire 700 can be prevented from colliding with the first side 110, and smooth assembly of the plug wire 700 is facilitated. Similarly, a part of the second side 120 protrudes to a set height relative to other parts to form a second boss 121, the first output socket 220 is disposed on the second boss 121, and the second boss 121 protrudes to a set height relative to other parts of the second side 120, so that when the plug wire 700 is matched with the first output socket 220 at the second boss 121, the hands of an operator and the tail end of the plug wire 700 can be prevented from colliding with the second side 120, which is beneficial to smooth assembly of the plug wire 700.
The second input socket 310 has a second input jack 311, and the distances h 2 from the central axis 301 of the second input jack 311 to the mounting surface 12 are equal everywhere along the insertion direction of the plug wire 700; likewise, the second output socket 320 has a second output jack 321, and the center axis of the second output jack 321 is equidistant from the mounting surface 12. In popular terms, the second input jack 311 and the second output jack 321 are both disposed horizontally. Since the second input socket 310 and the second input socket 310 each have the mounting configuration at the end face 130 of the housing 100, it is unnecessary to consider collision of both the operator's hand and the tail end of the plug wire 700 with the mounting face 12.
The central axes of both the second input jack 311 and the second output jack 321 are disposed in parallel. At this time, the second input socket 310 and the second output socket 320 are symmetrically disposed along the width direction of the housing 100, the plug wire 700 may extend in the length direction of the housing 100, and the second input socket 311 and the second output socket 321 extend in the length direction of the housing 100, so that the plug wire 700 may extend in the length direction of the housing 100, thereby realizing the transmission of the current signal in the length direction of the housing 100.
The third boss 131 is formed by a part of the end face 130 protruding to a set height relative to other parts, the second input socket 310 and the second output socket 320 are both arranged on the third boss 131, the third boss 131 protrudes to a set height relative to other parts of the end face 130, when the plug wire 700 is matched with the second input socket 310 or the second output socket 320 at the third boss 131, the hands of an operator and the tail end of the plug wire 700 can be prevented from colliding with the end face 130, and smooth assembly of the plug wire 700 is facilitated. A circuit board 600 may also be provided on the signal base 10, for example, with the second input socket 310 and the second output socket 320 each being connected to the circuit board 600.
By providing the first transmission unit 200 and the second transmission unit 300, that is, two transmission units exist on the signal seat 10 at the same time, considering the specific application environment (that is, installation working condition) of the signal seat 10, when one transmission unit is shielded, the other transmission unit can be started to be connected with the plug wire 700 so as to realize signal transmission between the signal seats 10. The signal seat 10 cannot be connected with the plug wire 700 to realize signal transmission due to the shielding of the transmission unit. Likewise, when one of the transmission units fails, the other transmission unit may be enabled to connect with the patch cord 700 for signal transmission and for timely maintenance of the failed transmission unit. Therefore, when two transmission units are simultaneously arranged on the signal seat 10, when one of the transmission units cannot work normally due to shielding or failure, the other transmission unit can work normally to perform a backup function, so that the situation that the whole signal seat 10 cannot work normally due to the fact that one transmission unit cannot be used is prevented, and the applicability of the whole signal seat 10 to the application environment is improved.
In some embodiments, the signal base 10 further includes a third transmission unit 400, where the third transmission unit 400 includes a third input socket 410 and a third output socket 420, and the third input socket 410 is disposed on the first side 110, and the first input socket 210 and the third input socket 410 are respectively located at opposite ends of the first side 110. The third output socket 420 is disposed on the second side 120, and the first output socket 220 and the third output socket 420 are respectively located at opposite ends of the second side 120. The distance from the central axis of the jack of both the third input socket 410 and the third output socket 420 to the mounting surface 12 is gradually reduced along the insertion direction of the patch cord 700, that is, the jack is inclined, which can also make the signal seat 10 compact on the basis of ensuring smooth assembly of the patch cord 700, as in the structure and arrangement of the first transmission unit 200. By providing the third transmission unit 400, the signal socket can be supplied with power, the third input socket 410 is used for inputting power, and the third output socket 420 is used for outputting power.
The signal seat 10 may further include a support lug 500, where the support lug 500 is located on the first side 110 and the second side 120, the support lug 500 protrudes from the first side 110 or the second side 120 by a set height, and a fixing hole 510 is formed in the support lug 500, where the fixing hole 510 is used to fix the support lug 500 on the functional module, for example, a bolt is inserted into the fixing hole 510, and the whole signal seat 10 can be fixed on the functional module by fastening the bolt. Since the bolting is a detachable connection, when the first, second or third transmission units 200, 300 or 400 fail, the housing 100 can be easily detached from the functional module for repair thereof.
The invention also provides a display screen which comprises the functional module and the signal seat 10. The signal seat 10 is detachably connected with the functional module.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
