With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a device for testing and repairing a display panel 20, wherein the cross-sectional structure of the display panel 20 includes an anode, an organic light emitting layer, and a cathode, the display panel 20 includes a cathode input terminal and an anode input terminal (not shown in the figure), the cathode input terminal is connected to the cathode, and the anode input terminal is connected to the anode. The cathode input terminal and the anode input terminal are, for example, bonding pads extending outside the display panel. It is understood that the display panel 20 of the present invention also includes a switch array layer, but does not include an encapsulation layer.
The detection and repair device includes a stage 11, an upper cover 12, a detection module 15, and a repair module 16.
The carrier 11 is used for placing the display panel 20, and a plurality of detection holes 111 are formed in the carrier 11, wherein the detection holes 111 are through holes. Wherein the position of the detection hole 111 corresponds to the position of the display area. That is, the display area is provided with the detection hole 111.
The upper cover 12 is movably connected with the carrier 11, a first detection terminal 13 and a second detection terminal 14 are arranged on the upper cover 12, the first detection terminal 13 is connected with the anode input end, and the second detection terminal 14 is connected with the cathode input end. Wherein, an opening 121 is arranged on the upper cover 12, and the side wall of the upper cover 12 is movably connected with the side wall of the carrier 11. For example, each side wall of the upper cover 12 is connected to each side wall of the carrier 11 through an air cylinder. The upper cover 12 is arranged on the cathode. That is, the display panel is disposed between the upper cover 12 and the stage 11, the upper cover 12 is close to the cathode, and the stage 11 is close to the substrate.
The detecting module 15 is used for detecting whether the display panel 20 has dark spots through the detecting holes 111. In an embodiment, the detecting module 15 is further configured to detect a light emitting parameter of the display panel 20 through the detecting hole, where the light emitting parameter includes parameters such as color coordinates, light emitting efficiency, brightness, viewing angle, and color gamut, and when the light emitting parameter meets a preset condition, the display panel 20 is determined to be qualified. And if the light-emitting parameters of a certain area are unqualified, judging that the area is unqualified. Therefore, by monitoring the light-emitting parameters, unqualified areas can be found in time, and then the unqualified areas are cut off, so that the rejection rate of products is reduced. In addition, the evaporation process can be adjusted in time, the display panels in the same batch are prevented from being defective, the quality of products is improved, and the rejection rate of the products is reduced.
Of course, the device for detecting repair may further include: and the signal prompting module (not shown in the figure) is used for sending a prompting signal when the light-emitting parameter does not meet the preset condition, so that the problem can be found in time.
The repairing module 16 is used for repairing the dark spot of the display panel 20 when the dark spot exists on the display panel 20. With reference to fig. 3, the repair module 16 includes an inlet tube 161 for introducing oxygen or water.
As shown in fig. 2, the detection and repair device further includes a control module 14, and the control module 14 is configured to control the first detection terminal 13 to be connected to a positive electrode of the power supply to switch in a positive voltage and the second detection terminal 14 to be connected to a negative electrode of the power supply to switch in a negative voltage when the detection and repair device is in a detection stage, that is, to enable the display panel to be in a normal light emitting state, so as to facilitate detection of a dark spot and monitoring of a light emitting parameter.
The control module 14 is configured to control the first detection terminal 13 to be connected to a negative electrode of a power supply to switch in a negative voltage and the second detection terminal 14 to be connected to a positive electrode of the power supply to switch in a positive voltage, that is, to make the organic light emitting diode not emit light, when the detection and repair device is in a repair stage, and then the control module 14 controls the repair module 16 to repair the dark spot 30 of the display panel 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the repair module 16 is specifically configured to perform an oxidation process on the cathode corresponding to the dark spot 30. That is, oxygen or water is introduced into the cathode corresponding to the dark spot 30, so that the cathode is oxidized, for example, the cathode material is Al, aluminum oxide is generated after oxidation treatment, and the conductivity of the oxidized cathode is reduced, so that the cathode and the anode are not short-circuited, and the occurrence of the dark spot is avoided.
With reference to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides a method for performing inspection repair by using the inspection repair device, which includes:
s101, applying a positive voltage to the first detection terminal, and applying a negative voltage to the second detection terminal;
for example, a positive power supply is applied to the first detection terminal 13 and the second detection terminal 14, so that the anode is applied with a positive voltage and the cathode is applied with a negative voltage, thereby causing the display panel to emit light.
S102, detecting whether a dark spot exists on the display panel;
for example, whether the display panel has dark spots or not is detected by a detection module.
S103, if the display panel is detected to have dark spots, acquiring the positions of the dark spots;
for example, when the display panel is detected to have a dark spot 30, the position of the dark spot 30 is acquired.
S104, applying a negative voltage to the first detection terminal and applying a positive voltage to the second detection terminal;
for example, a reverse power supply is applied to the first detection terminal and the second detection terminal, so that the anode is applied with a negative voltage and the cathode is applied with a positive voltage, thereby causing the display panel not to emit light.
And S105, oxidizing the cathode corresponding to the dark spot position to repair the dark spot.
For example, oxygen or water is introduced into the cathode corresponding to the position of the dark spot 30, and the direction of application of the oxygen or water is shown by the arrow in fig. 3. The cathode at the position is oxidized, so that the conductivity of the cathode at the position is reduced, the conduction of the anode and the cathode is avoided, and the repair of a dark spot is completed.
The above method may further comprise:
s106, detecting whether the light-emitting parameters of the display panel meet preset conditions or not;
for example, whether the light emitting parameters of the display panel meet preset conditions is detected to judge whether the display panel is qualified.
And S107, if the light-emitting parameters of the display panel do not meet the preset conditions, sending out a prompt signal.
For example, when the light-emitting parameters of the display panel are detected not to meet the preset conditions, the display panel is judged to be unqualified, and therefore a prompt signal is sent out, and the later-stage treatment of unqualified products is facilitated.
The detection and repair device can detect and repair the display panel without the packaging layer, thereby simplifying the process procedure, improving the production efficiency, reducing the rejection rate of products and reducing the production cost.

the detection module is used for detecting whether the display panel has dark spots or not through the detection holes;
the repairing module is used for repairing the dark spots of the display panel when the display panel has the dark spots;
the detection and repair device further comprises a control module, wherein the control module is used for controlling the first detection terminal to be connected with the positive pole of the power supply and controlling the second detection terminal to be connected with the negative pole of the power supply when the detection and repair device is in a detection stage;
the control module is used for controlling the first detection terminal to be connected with the negative electrode of the power supply and the second detection terminal to be connected with the positive electrode of the power supply when the detection and repair device is in a repair stage, and controlling the repair module to repair dark spots of the display panel; the repair module is specifically used for carrying out oxidation treatment on the cathode corresponding to the dark spot position.

detecting whether the display panel has dark spots or not;
