If the leakage test fails, namely the switch is not tripped, the starting condition of the I-state tripping timer 15 is met, the I-state tripping timer 15 starts to count, and the time delay reaches the direct starting tripping after 0.5 seconds; if the leakage test is normal, i.e. the switch trips, the power module 12 sends an 'alternating current vanishing' signal, the state I tripping timer 15 does not meet the starting condition, does not output a tripping signal, and is switched on again in about 10 seconds of the maintenance of the capacitance and the electric quantity of the power module 12, the bistable circuit 10 triggers the deflection to the state II through the auxiliary contact 17 of the switch, the state II timer 14 starts to count time, and the automatic tripping is performed after about 16 hours of time delay. The operation state of the invention is fed back by sound and light, sound is emitted by the logic voice module 13, light is emitted by the test failure indicator lamp 4 and the test normal indicator lamp 5 on the panel of the shell 1, and the sound corresponds to the indicator lamp state one by one.
