Description

Method for realizing remote operation of USB flash disk of KVM system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the transmission of digital information, and more particularly to the control and processing of communication of digital information characterized by a protocol.
Background
KVM is an abbreviation for Keyboard Video Mouse. The KVM switch allows you to access and control the computer by directly connecting to the keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) ports. KVM technology has evolved from the first basic SOHO office type to enterprise IT infrastructure management systems. Servers and devices located in multiple remote locations can be easily accessed directly from the kvm client management software. The KVM over IP solution has a sophisticated multi-site failover functionality, a direct interface that conforms to the new server management standard (IPMI), and a function to map local storage media to a remote location.
In some environments with higher security requirements, for security, the computer is not connected to the internet, even if the security level of data of some server hosts is high, the computer is not connected to the lan through the network cable, but is connected to the KVM system first and then connected to the lan through the KVM system.
However, when a certain server host breaks down, the maintainer needs to use the USB flash disk toolbox to carry out preliminary obstacle clearance and maintenance on the server host, and at the moment, the maintainer and the server host are respectively located on different floors and even located in different parks in some factories, and the maintainer needs to carry out preliminary obstacle clearance and maintenance on the server at the moment, so that the server is inconvenient.
