Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an implementation of a fan fault early warning method in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps:
s101: and acquiring actual sound electric signals corresponding to the target components when the fan runs.
In the running process of the fan of the comprehensive energy system, each part of the fan can send out sound signals, and the sound signals can be converted into electric signals through corresponding conversion devices, so that sound electric signals are obtained. The actual sound electric signals corresponding to target components such as a fan hub, a cabin, a tower bottom platform and the like during the operation of the fan can be obtained.
S102: and calling the reference sound electric signals corresponding to the target components from a preset database.
Wherein, the preset database prestores the corresponding relation between each component and each reference sound electrical signal.
A database in which the correspondence between each component and each reference acoustic electrical signal is stored may be preset, and the reference acoustic electrical signals corresponding to each target component may be retrieved from the preset database. The reference sound electrical signal may be a standard sound electrical signal corresponding to each target component when the fan operates normally, or an abnormal sound electrical signal corresponding to each target component when the fan operates abnormally.
S103: and verifying each actual sound electric signal by using each reference sound electric signal to obtain a verification result.
After the actual sound electrical signals respectively corresponding to the target components and the reference sound electrical signals respectively corresponding to the target components are obtained when the fan operates, the actual sound electrical signals can be verified by using the reference sound electrical signals, and a verification result is obtained. For example, when each reference acoustic electrical signal is a standard acoustic electrical signal corresponding to each target component when the fan normally operates, whether each actual acoustic electrical signal is the same as the corresponding reference acoustic electrical signal may be compared, and if each actual acoustic electrical signal is the same as the corresponding reference acoustic electrical signal, it is determined that each target component of the fan is in a normal operation state. When the reference acoustic electrical signals are abnormal acoustic electrical signals corresponding to target components when the fan operates abnormally, whether the actual acoustic electrical signals are the same as or similar to the corresponding reference acoustic electrical signals or not can be compared, and if the actual acoustic electrical signals are the same as the corresponding reference acoustic electrical signals, the target components of the fan are in an abnormal operation state.
S104: and when the abnormal component is determined to exist according to the verification result, performing early warning operation on the abnormal component.
When the abnormal component is determined to exist according to the verification result, the specific target component can be further analyzed to be abnormal, and the abnormal component is subjected to early warning operation so as to prompt operation and maintenance management personnel to take corresponding repair measures in time. Therefore, the mechanical parts of the fan can be found in time in the initial stages of abrasion, looseness and the like, and the operation and maintenance management personnel can carry out corresponding maintenance work on the mechanical parts of the fan, so that the damage of most parts is reduced, the operation and maintenance cost is reduced, and the operation reliability of the fan is improved. The early warning mode can be early warning in a way of flickering a preset indicator light, or can be early warning in a way of sending out a sound warning signal through a sound alarm.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the actual sound electric signals corresponding to each target component when the fan runs are obtained, the corresponding relation between each component and each reference sound electric signal is pre-stored in the preset database, each reference sound electric signal corresponding to each target component is called from the preset database, each actual sound electric signal is verified by using each reference sound electric signal to obtain the verification result, whether an abnormal component exists is judged according to the verification result, and early warning operation is carried out when the abnormal component exists. Compared with the existing mode of judging the mechanical fault of the fan through visual observation, the method greatly saves the cost of manpower and material resources, reduces the risk of missing judgment, reduces the replacement rate of mechanical parts, reduces the shutdown time of the fan and saves the operation and maintenance cost.
It should be noted that, based on the first embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a corresponding improvement scheme. In the following embodiments, steps that are the same as or correspond to those in the first embodiment may be referred to each other, and corresponding advantageous effects may also be referred to each other, which are not described in detail in the following modified embodiments.
Example two:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another implementation of a fan fault early warning method in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps:
s201: and acquiring actual sound electric signals corresponding to each target component when the fan runs from the data acquisition card through LabVIEW software.
The actual sound electric signals are acquired by a data acquisition card from sound detectors arranged in the preset range of the positions of the target components.
The sound detectors can be arranged in the preset range of the positions of the target components of the fan, if the sound detectors can be arranged on a hub of the fan, an engine room and a tower bottom platform respectively, the sound detectors are used for collecting actual sound signals of the target components when the fan runs, and the actual sound signals are converted into corresponding actual electric signals through the sound detectors, so that the actual sound electric signals are obtained. And a data acquisition card is arranged and is in communication connection with the sound detector, for example, the communication connection between the sound detector and the data acquisition card can be established through a BNC line, and the data acquisition card is utilized to acquire each actual sound electric signal from each sound detector. LabVIEW software can be deployed at the end of the control host in advance, the control host is connected with the data acquisition card, and actual sound electric signals corresponding to target components in the running process of the fan are acquired from the data acquisition card through the LabVIEW software.
S202: each actual sound signal is displayed.
After the actual sound electric signals corresponding to the target components when the fan runs are obtained, the actual sound signals can be displayed through a LabVIEW software interface.
S203: and calling the reference sound electric signals corresponding to the target components from a preset database.
The preset database is pre-stored with corresponding relations between each component and each reference sound electrical signal, and the reference sound electrical signals are standard sound electrical signals corresponding to each target component when the fan operates normally.
The standard sound electric signals corresponding to the target components during normal operation of the fan can be stored in a preset database in advance and serve as reference sound electric signals of the target components. The reference sound electrical signals corresponding to the target components can be retrieved from a preset database.
S204: each reference acoustic electrical signal is displayed by LabVIEW software.
After the reference acoustic electrical signals corresponding to the target components are retrieved, the reference acoustic electrical signals can be displayed by LabVIEW software. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a standard sound electrical signal corresponding to a component when the fan is in normal operation. As can be seen from FIG. 3, when the fan normally operates, the voltage of each sampling point of the component is uniformly distributed between 0V and 4V.
In the running process of the fan, some parts are likely to be more prone to be abnormal than other parts, and in this case, abnormal sound electric signals respectively corresponding to target parts prone to be abnormal when the fan runs abnormally can be preset in the preset database to serve as reference sound electric signals. When the fact that the similarity between the sound electric signal generated by the target component in operation and the correspondingly set abnormal sound electric signal is high is detected, the target component can be judged to be abnormal quickly. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an abnormal sound electrical signal corresponding to a component when the fan operates abnormally. It can be seen from fig. 4 that after the fan runs for a period of time, if a mechanical component in the hub or the nacelle rubs or vibrates violently, the voltage of each corresponding sampling point changes suddenly with violent abnormal sound.
S205: and verifying each actual sound electric signal by using each reference sound electric signal to obtain a verification result.
S206: and when the abnormal component is determined to exist according to the verification result, performing early warning operation of the corresponding grade on the abnormal component according to the abnormal grade of the abnormal component.
When the abnormal component is determined to exist according to the verification result, the abnormal level of the abnormal component can be further determined, for example, the current abnormal level of the abnormal component can be determined according to the difference between the actual sound electric signal of the abnormal component and the preset reference sound electric signal. And the corresponding relation between each abnormal grade and each early warning grade can be preset so as to carry out early warning operation of corresponding grade on the abnormal component according to the abnormal grade of the abnormal component.
Example three:
referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another implementation of the method for early warning of a fan fault in the embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps:
s501: when the fan runs is acquired from the data acquisition card through LabVIEW software, the data acquisition card carries out statistical analysis on actual sound electric signals acquired according to preset acquisition frequency within preset time length to obtain actual sound electric signal segmentation frequency numbers respectively corresponding to target parts.
The collection frequency of the data collection card can be preset, the time length of the data collection card for collecting the sound electric signals of the fan can be preset, when the fan runs, the data collection card can collect actual sound electric signals corresponding to all target components within the preset time length according to the preset collection frequency, and the actual sound electric signals are subjected to statistical analysis, so that the actual sound electric signal segmentation frequency numbers corresponding to all the target components are obtained. Actual sound electrical signal segmentation frequency numbers corresponding to target components in the running process of the fan can be acquired from the data acquisition card through LabVIEW software.
S502: and calling the reference sound electric signal segment frequency range corresponding to each target component under the conditions of preset time length and preset acquisition frequency from a preset database.
The preset database is pre-stored with the corresponding relation between each part and each reference sound electric signal subsection frequency range under the conditions of each preset time length and each preset acquisition frequency of the fan.
The corresponding relation between each part and each reference sound electric signal subsection frequency range under each preset time length and each preset collection frequency condition of the fan can be stored in a preset database in advance. The reference sound electric signal segment frequency range corresponding to each target component under the conditions of the preset time length and the preset acquisition frequency can be called from a preset database.
It should be noted that the acquisition frequency and the preset time period may be set and adjusted according to actual situations, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. If the collection frequency can be set to 6HZ, and the preset time duration is 10min, under this condition, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a standard sound electrical signal segment frequency range corresponding to a certain component when the fan normally operates, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an abnormal sound electrical signal segment frequency range corresponding to a certain component when the fan abnormally operates. Therefore, the frequency distribution of the sampling points in each voltage interval during normal operation of the component and the frequency distribution of the sampling points in each voltage interval during abnormal operation of the component can be reflected.
S503: and respectively checking the actual segmentation frequency numbers of the sound electric signals by utilizing the segmentation frequency number ranges of the reference sound electric signals.
After the actual sound electrical signal segmentation frequency numbers respectively corresponding to each target component during the operation of the fan are obtained and the reference sound electrical signal segmentation frequency number ranges respectively corresponding to each target component are called, the actual sound electrical signal segmentation frequency numbers can be respectively checked by using the reference sound electrical signal segmentation frequency number ranges to obtain a checking result.
