Abstract
The invention discloses a tail gas detection device of a large generator set and a one-key starting control system, which comprise a one-key starting main control unit, wherein the one-key starting main control unit consists of a programmable controller and a liquid crystal touch screen, the programmable controller is electrically connected with the liquid crystal touch screen, the generator set, an air-fuel ratio control unit, a data acquisition unit and a starting unit are connected with the one-key starting main control unit, an electromagnetic valve and an air inlet valve are connected with the air-fuel ratio control unit, a fuel engine is connected with a pneumatic unit, the electromagnetic valve and the air inlet valve are both connected with a fuel generator, and the tail gas detection unit and the unit information acquisition unit are connected with the data acquisition unit. According to the invention, by detecting the tail gas components, the working condition of the fuel engine can be conveniently and better known, the combustion condition of the fuel engine can be adjusted, the contact probability of the tail gas and the tail gas component detection sensor can be increased, and the reliability of the detection result can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of large-scale generator sets, in particular to a tail gas detection device of a large-scale generator set and a one-key starting control system.
Background
The generator is mechanical equipment which converts other forms of energy into electric energy, is driven by a water turbine, a steam turbine, a diesel engine or other power machines, converts energy generated by water flow, air flow, fuel combustion or nuclear fission into mechanical energy and transmits the mechanical energy to the generator, and then the generator converts the mechanical energy into electric energy. The generator has wide application in industrial and agricultural production, national defense, science and technology and daily life. The generator has many forms, but the working principle is based on the law of electromagnetic induction and the law of electromagnetic force. The general principle of its construction is therefore: appropriate magnetic conductive and electric conductive materials are used to form a magnetic circuit and a circuit which mutually perform electromagnetic induction so as to generate electromagnetic power and achieve the purpose of energy conversion. Most of the fuel engines are provided with a one-key starting control system.
The existing pneumatic control systems have general reliability of detection data and cannot well regulate and control the working state of a fuel engine, so that a tail gas detection device and a one-key starting control system of a large-scale generator set are provided.

Preferably, the fuel engine is provided with a temperature sensor, an oxygen concentration sensor and a power detection device, the temperature sensor, the oxygen concentration sensor and the power detection device are all connected with the unit information acquisition unit, the temperature sensor adopts a K-type thermocouple, and the power detection device adopts an electronic power meter.
