In summary, the pressure regulator 622 has the function of regulating the water pressure so that the pressure of the water flowing from the water outlet pipe 72 into the mounting pipe 621 is constant, i.e. the pressure regulator 622 is equivalent to a balance valve.
Further, in order to enhance the stability of the pressure regulating assembly, a recess 6221 is concavely formed on a side surface of the pressure regulating member 622 adjacent to the water outlet pipe 72, at least one second water flowing groove 6223 is formed at an opening end of the recess 6221, and at least one third water flowing groove 6224 is formed at an opening end of the mounting pipe 621.
In this embodiment, the automatic control assembly 60 is additionally provided to the flushing valve 100, when the electromagnetic valve 61 is electrically connected, water enters the water outlet pipe 72 from the water inlet pipe 71, and water enters the pressure regulating assembly from the water outlet pipe 72, under the constant pressure of the pressure regulating assembly, water with preset pressure enters the bottom of the pressure cylinder 31 via the communicating pipe 73, and pushes the pressure plate 32 to move to a side far away from the bottom of the pressure cylinder 31, so that the plug 20 opens the water outlet 11, and the water in the water tank 200 is discharged and the toilet is flushed. After the electromagnetic valve 61 is electrified for a preset period of time, the electromagnetic valve 61 is disconnected to prevent the external water from entering the pressure cylinder 31, and the pressure plate 32 moves to the bottom side of the pressure cylinder 31 under the action of the self weight and the water in the water storage tank 200, so that the plug body 20 closes the water outlet 11.
It will be appreciated that the flush valve 100 may be operated by a manual control assembly 50 to effect the closing or opening of the drain opening 11 by the plug 20, and that the flush valve 100 may also be operated by the automatic control assembly 60 to effect the closing or opening of the drain opening 11 by the plug 20.
In some embodiments, the flush valve 100 further includes a control unit and a signal receiving unit (not shown). The electromagnetic valve 61 and the signal receiving unit are respectively and electrically connected with the control unit, the signal receiving unit is used for receiving a flushing control signal and feeding back the flushing control signal to the control unit, for example, the signal receiving unit receives a flushing control signal sent by a mobile terminal, a server or the flushing valve 100, and the control unit opens the electromagnetic valve 61 according to the flushing control signal, so that an external water body enters the water outlet pipe 72 from the water inlet pipe 71 and enters the bottom of the pressure cylinder 31 to push the plug body 20 to move, and the plug body 20 opens the water outlet 11.
In summary, the technical scheme of the application comprises, but is not limited to, the following advantages:
in the technical scheme of the application, the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve 61 is communicated with the water path at the bottom of the pressure cylinder 31, and the pressure plate 32 in the pressure cylinder 31 is pushed by water body, so that the plug body 20 is driven, and the water outlet 11 is opened by the plug body 20. The flushing valve 100 has a stable structure, and can automatically control the flushing of the toilet bowl through the automatic control assembly 60, so that the toilet bowl is convenient to use, and the experience of products is enhanced.

Claims (7)

1. A toilet flush valve, the flush valve comprising:
the fixing frame is provided with a water outlet, the fixing frame is used for being installed in the water storage tank, and the water outlet is used for discharging water in the water storage tank;
the plug body is arranged on the fixing frame and can move relative to the water outlet so as to open the water outlet or close the water outlet;
the jacking component is arranged on the fixing frame and is positioned above the plug body, and comprises a pressure cylinder and a pressure plate, wherein the pressure plate is accommodated in the pressure cylinder and is movably arranged, and the pressure plate is fixedly connected with the plug body; and
the automatic control assembly is arranged on the fixing frame and comprises an electromagnetic valve, and the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the bottom of the pressure cylinder; when the electromagnetic valve is opened, water enters the bottom of the pressure cylinder through the electromagnetic valve, and the water pushes the pressure plate to move to the side far away from the bottom of the pressure cylinder, so that the pressure plate drives the plug body to move, and the plug body opens the water outlet; when the electromagnetic valve is closed, the pressure plate can move to one side of the bottom of the pressure barrel, and the plug body closes the water outlet;
one end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the water way at the bottom of the pressure cylinder, and the other end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the water way at the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve; the communicating pipe part is positioned in the pressure cylinder, and the wall body of the communicating pipe forms part of the side wall of the pressure cylinder, wherein the communicating pipe is arranged along the axial extension of the pressure cylinder; the pressure plate is correspondingly matched with the wall body of the communicating pipe and moves under the guiding action of the wall body of the communicating pipe;
the pressure regulating mechanism comprises a mounting tube, a pressure regulating piece and an elastic element; one end of the installation tube is in waterway communication with the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve, and the other end of the installation tube is in waterway communication with the communicating tube; the installation pipe is connected with the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve, the pressure regulating piece is arranged at one end part of the installation pipe, which is connected with the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve, the elastic element is arranged in the installation pipe in a erection mode and is positioned between the installation pipe and the pressure regulating piece, and the elastic element is used for providing an elastic force to enable the pressure regulating piece to move towards the pipe orifice side far away from the installation pipe;
the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve is connected to one end of the water outlet pipe, the other end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the water channel of the mounting pipe, and a pressure regulating space is formed at the joint of the water outlet pipe and the pipe orifice of the mounting pipe; the pressure regulating part is accommodated in the pressure regulating space and moves in the pressure regulating space, wherein the pressure regulating part can be clamped at the pipe orifice of the mounting pipe; the outer side wall of the pressure regulating piece is concavely provided with a plurality of first water flowing tanks, each first water flowing tank extends from one end part of the pressure regulating piece, which is close to the pipe orifice of the installation pipe, to one end part of the pipe orifice, which is far away from the installation pipe, the adjacent first water flowing tanks are uniformly spaced, and the first water flowing tanks are used for waterway communication between the water outlet pipe and the installation pipe;
the pressure regulating piece is close to a side face of the water outlet pipe and is concavely provided with a notch, the opening end of the notch is provided with at least one second water flowing groove, and the opening end of the mounting pipe is provided with at least one third water flowing groove.

The flush valve of claim 1, wherein one end of the pressure tube has an opening and the opposite end has a bottom wall; one end of the pressure cylinder, which is provided with a bottom wall, is positioned above the plug body and corresponds to the position of the plug body, and the pressure plate moves up and down along the axial direction of the pressure cylinder.
3. The flush valve of claim 2, wherein a bottom wall of the pressure tube is provided with a through hole;
the plug body extends towards one side of the pressure plate to form a first extending shaft, the pressure plate extends towards one side of the plug body to form a second extending shaft, and the second extending shaft penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the first extending shaft.

The flush valve of claim 3, further comprising a connecting flange; the plug body is connected to one end face of the connecting flange, and a connecting cylinder is convexly arranged on the other end face of the connecting flange; the first extension shaft is sleeved in the connecting cylinder and is matched with the connecting flange, the second extension shaft is sleeved in the connecting cylinder, and the connecting cylinder penetrates through the through hole and can move up and down along the through hole.

The flush valve of claim 3 or 4, further comprising a manual control assembly comprising a mount, a drive mechanism, and a button; the mounting seat is fixedly arranged on the fixing frame and is positioned above the jacking assembly, the mounting seat comprises a containing cavity, a guide hole is formed in the bottom of the containing cavity, and the guide hole extends towards one side of the jacking assembly;
the button is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and exposed outwards, one side of the button is convexly provided with a guide shaft and a touch shaft, and the guide shaft is installed in the guide hole and matched with the guide hole;
the driving mechanism is pivoted on the wall body of the guide hole, one end part of the driving mechanism is provided with a pressed part, and the other opposite end part of the driving mechanism is connected with the pressure plate in a linkage way; when the button moves towards one side of the jacking component, the touch shaft moves along a straight line under the guiding action of the guide shaft, the touch shaft props against the pressure receiving part and pushes the driving mechanism to rotate, so that the pressure plate moves towards one side far away from the bottom of the pressure cylinder.

The flush valve of claim 5, wherein the drive mechanism comprises a first lever, a second lever, a first beam, and a second beam, the first lever, the first beam, the second lever, and the second beam being connected end-to-end in a square frame integral structure; the first lever and the second lever are respectively positioned at two sides of the wall body of the guide hole and are respectively pivoted with the wall body of the guide hole;
a third extending shaft is convexly arranged on one side, far away from the second extending shaft, of the pressure plate, and the third extending shaft is in linkage connection with the first cross beam; the second cross beam is provided with the pressed part, and the pressed part corresponds to the touch shaft in position.
7. A toilet flush mechanism, the flush mechanism comprising:
the water storage tank is provided with a through hole; and
the flush valve of any one of claims 1 to 6, the drain opening corresponding to the through hole location, the drain opening for draining a body of water within the reservoir.
