Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体,包括杯体,所述杯体的上端塑封有塑封膜,所述杯体的外侧壁上均匀开设有多个凹槽。本发明还公开了一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,包括固定罩,所述固定罩的内侧壁上均匀设有多个凸起,且每个凸起均卡设在位置相对应的凹槽内;所述固定罩上卡设有转动罩,所述转动罩上均匀开设有多个弧形卡槽,每个所述弧形卡槽内均卡设有转动球,所述固定罩上开设有弧形环槽,且每个转动球均位于弧形环槽内;所述固定罩的内侧壁上开设有T型环槽。优点在于:本发明的结构巧妙,能够有效的解决日常生活中塑封膜不易开启的情况,对于同一尺寸规格的杯体开启机构能够重复利用,节约资源与成本。

Description

一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构
技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构。
背景技术
果冻等液体食品为了避免其内部与外界空气接触、延长产品保质期,在瓶口处往往贴有塑封膜。有的食品厂家为了保证塑封膜与杯体热封牢固而过度加大热封温度、压力或时间,使得塑封膜热封过度,热封强度过大,这样塑封膜与杯体的热封牢固了,然而却导致塑封膜不易于开启,也容易使塑封膜在封边根部发生破裂,不便于使用者使用。
为此,我们提出一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中塑封膜热封过度,热封强度过大,导致盖膜不易于开启,塑封膜在封边根部发生破裂的问题,而提出的一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体,包括杯体,所述杯体的上端塑封有塑封膜,所述杯体的外侧壁上均匀开设有多个凹槽。
一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,包括固定罩,所述固定罩的内侧壁上均匀设有多个凸起,且每个凸起均卡设在位置相对应的凹槽内;
所述固定罩上卡设有转动罩,所述转动罩上均匀开设有多个弧形卡槽,每个所述弧形卡槽内均卡设有转动球,所述固定罩上开设有弧形环槽,且每个转动球均位于弧形环槽内;
所述固定罩的内侧壁上开设有T型环槽,所述T型环槽内对称滑动连接有多个T型滑块,所述T型滑块上共同固定连接环形卡座,且环形卡座的下端面抵设在塑封膜上,所述环形卡座上对称开设有多个安装槽,每个所述安装槽内均竖直安装有多个复位弹簧,位于同一所述安装槽内的多个复位弹簧的上端共同固定连接有移动块,所述移动块上固定连接有切割座;
所述转动罩的内壁上固定连接有连接块,所述连接块的下端固定连接有转动座,且每个切割座的上端面均与转动座相抵。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构中,所述转动座由环形座、楔形抵块和挡块组成,所述环形座的上端面与连接块的下端固定连接,所述环形座的下端环形分布有多个楔形抵块,每个所述楔形抵块远离环形座的水平面上均固定连接有挡块。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构中,每个所述安装槽内均竖直安装有限位杆,且每个移动块均套设在位置相对应的限位杆上。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的开启机构中,所述楔形抵块的斜面与环形座之间的夹角α为40°~50°。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的开启机构中,每个所述弧形卡槽的深度均大于转动球半径。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的开启机构中,所述固定罩采用聚丙烯材料制成。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的开启机构中,相邻的两个所述楔形抵块之间的距离大于楔形抵块的长度。
在上述的便于开启塑封膜的开启机构中,每个所述T型滑块均采用橡胶材质制成。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、杯体侧壁上凹槽与固定罩上凸起的设置便于固定罩以及固定罩上安装的开启机构适配于同一尺寸规格的杯体,在同一销售单位中配置一个开启机构即可,节约成本。
2、转动罩、弧形卡槽、弧形环槽和转动球的设置能够实现转动罩属于固定罩之间的转动,同时转动球的设置能够将转动罩与固定罩之间的滑动摩擦转换成滚动摩擦,减少摩擦阻力;弧形卡槽的深度大于转动球的半径,便于转动球能够卡设在弧形卡槽内,不会脱离弧形卡槽。
3、楔形抵块的设置能够带动切割座在竖直方向上运动,进而实现切割座对塑封膜的竖向切割,挡块的设置避免切割座与楔形抵块之间发生相对运动,进而通过楔形抵块带动切割座转动,进而实现对塑封膜的横向切割。
4、安装槽内竖直设置的限位杆以及限位杆上套设的移动块能够对切割座竖直方向上的运动进行限位,避免切割座在竖直方向上运动过程中产生较大的晃动;安装槽内复位弹簧以及移动块的设置能够带动切割座恢复至初始位置,便于下次使用。
5、T型滑块、环形卡座以及T型环槽的设置能够保证切割座能够随着楔形抵块正常转动,不会对楔形抵块的运动进行限定。
综上所述,本发明的结构巧妙,能够有效的解决日常生活中塑封膜不易开启的情况,对于同一尺寸规格的杯体开启机构能够重复利用,节约资源与成本。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例
参照图1-5,一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体,包括杯体1,杯体1的上端塑封有塑封膜3,杯体1的外侧壁上均匀开设有多个凹槽,便于与相对应的开启机构配合。
一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,包括固定罩2,固定罩2采用聚丙烯材料制成,具有一定的弹性,带动凸起9卡设在凹槽后能够恢复原状,同时耐高温,便于清洗消毒后重复使用,固定罩2的内侧壁上均匀设有多个凸起9,且每个凸起9均卡设在位置相对应的凹槽内。
固定罩2上卡设有转动罩6,转动罩6上均匀开设有多个弧形卡槽10,每个弧形卡槽10内均卡设有转动球8,每个弧形卡槽10的深度均大于转动球8半径,便于转动球8能够卡设在弧形卡槽10内,不会脱离弧形卡槽10,固定罩2上开设有弧形环槽11,且每个转动球8均位于弧形环槽11内。
固定罩2的内侧壁上开设有T型环槽,T型环槽内对称滑动连接有多个T型滑块17,T型滑块17上共同固定连接环形卡座7,每个T型滑块17均采用橡胶材质制成,具有一定的摩擦阻力,则此时环形卡座7相对应固定罩2不发生运动,保证切割座16能够随着楔形抵块42转动,且环形卡座7的下端面抵设在塑封膜3上,保证塑封膜3的紧绷,便于切割座16对其进行竖直切割。
环形卡座7上对称开设有多个安装槽13,每个安装槽13内均竖直安装有多个复位弹簧14,位于同一安装槽13内的多个复位弹簧14的上端共同固定连接有移动块12,每个安装槽13内均竖直安装有限位杆15,且每个移动块12均套设在位置相对应的限位杆15上,移动块12上固定连接有切割座16。
转动罩6的内壁上固定连接有连接块5,连接块5的下端固定连接有转动座4,且每个切割座16的上端面均与转动座4相抵,转动座4由环形座41、楔形抵块42和挡块43组成,环形座41的上端面与连接块5的下端固定连接,环形座41的下端环形分布有多个楔形抵块42,相邻的两个楔形抵块42之间的距离大于楔形抵块42的长度,楔形抵块42的斜面与环形座41之间的夹角α为40°~50°,斜面坡度较为平和,能够较好的实现切割座16竖直方向上的移动,每个楔形抵块42远离环形座41的水平面上均固定连接有挡块43。
本发明在使用时,通过凸起9卡设在杯体1上的凹槽内将固定罩2固定在杯体1上,然后顺时针转动转动罩6,则转动罩6转动,转动罩6转动过程中,转动球8在弧形环槽11内滚动,同时转动罩6通过连接块5带动环形座41转动,则与环形座41固定连接的楔形抵块42随之转动,转动至一定角度后楔形抵块42的斜面与切割座16的上端相抵,则楔形抵块42的斜面推动切割座16,由于T型滑块17采用橡胶材质制成,具有一定的摩擦阻力,则此时环形卡座7相对应固定罩2不发生运动,则切割座16随着楔形抵块42的斜面竖直向下运动并戳破塑封膜3,直至切割座16的侧壁与挡块43的侧壁相抵,此时转动罩6继续转动,而楔形抵块42与切割座16之间并不能产生相对运动,挡块43的侧壁推动切割座16在水平方向上转动,实现对塑封膜3的切割。
在完成对塑封膜3的切割后逆时针转动罩6后,复位弹簧14恢复原长,带动移动块12在限位杆15上向上运动,直至切割座16恢复初始位置便于下次使用。
尽管本文较多地使用了杯体1、固定罩2、塑封膜3、转动座4、连接块5、转动罩6、环形卡座7、转动球8、凸起9、弧形卡槽10、弧形环槽11、移动块12、安装槽13、复位弹簧14、限位杆15、切割座16、T型滑块17、环形座41、楔形抵块42、挡块43等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (9)

1.一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体,包括杯体1,所述杯体1的上端塑封有塑封膜3,其特征在于:所述杯体1的外侧壁上均匀开设有多个凹槽。
2.一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,包括固定罩2,其特征在于:所述固定罩2的内侧壁上均匀设有多个凸起9,且每个凸起9均卡设在位置相对应的凹槽内;
所述固定罩2上卡设有转动罩6,所述转动罩6上均匀开设有多个弧形卡槽10,每个所述弧形卡槽10内均卡设有转动球8,所述固定罩2上开设有弧形环槽11,且每个转动球8均位于弧形环槽11内;
所述固定罩2的内侧壁上开设有T型环槽,所述T型环槽内对称滑动连接有多个T型滑块17,所述T型滑块17上共同固定连接环形卡座7,且环形卡座7的下端面抵设在塑封膜3上,所述环形卡座7上对称开设有多个安装槽13,每个所述安装槽13内均竖直安装有多个复位弹簧14,位于同一所述安装槽13内的多个复位弹簧14的上端共同固定连接有移动块12,所述移动块12上固定连接有切割座16;
所述转动罩6的内壁上固定连接有连接块5,所述连接块5的下端固定连接有转动座4,且每个切割座16的上端面均与转动座4相抵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,其特征在于:所述转动座4由环形座41、楔形抵块42和挡块43组成,所述环形座41的上端面与连接块5的下端固定连接,所述环形座41的下端环形分布有多个楔形抵块42,每个所述楔形抵块42远离环形座41的水平面上均固定连接有挡块43。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,其特征在于:每个所述安装槽13内均竖直安装有限位杆15,且每个移动块12均套设在位置相对应的限位杆15上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,其特征在于:所述楔形抵块42的斜面与环形座41之间的夹角α为40°~50°。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,其特征在于:每个所述弧形卡槽10的深度均大于转动球8半径。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的杯体与开启机构,其特征在于:所述固定罩2采用聚丙烯材料制成。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,其特征在于:相邻的两个所述楔形抵块42之间的距离大于楔形抵块42的长度。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于开启塑封膜的开启机构,其特征在于:每个所述T型滑块17均采用橡胶材质制成。
