When the vehicle runs on a special road surface such as a gentle slope, a retarder is required to be installed when the vehicle runs on the special road surface, or a mode of spraying water to a brake drum for cooling is adopted, so that equipment cost and use safety risk are increased, damage to vehicles and pollution to road environments are generated during use, when the vehicle runs on a village and town road, and under the premise that the road junction is increased and the driving environment is complex and frequent braking is required, a braking system is damaged and fails due to overheating, and safety risk is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a wet braking system with functions of service braking, parking braking and retarding, which utilizes a brand new wet brake adopting pressure release braking and pressurizing release braking to realize forced cooling of braking heat conducted out of a braking chamber through a heat conducting device, thereby reducing abrasion of the braking system caused by high temperature.

When the service braking is needed, the brake pedal is stepped on, and the ECU adjusts the pressure of a brake piston according to the stepping depth, so that the purpose of controlling the braking moment is achieved; the ECU controls the electric control hydraulic control valve to work, the electric control hydraulic control valve controls the brake oil pump unit, hydraulic pressure of hydraulic oil from an inlet is reduced, the brake piston is pushed to move leftwards, and the dynamic friction plate and the static friction plate are meshed to generate friction force to control braking.
When the vehicle runs on a landslide road and needs a retarding function, a retarding brake switch is pressed, and a brake can adjust the moment of a brake unit according to a set speed so as to achieve retarding downhill control; the braking oil pump unit is controlled by the electric control hydraulic control valve to provide control braking hydraulic pressure, so that friction force is generated by the dynamic friction plate and the static friction plate to control the running speed.
When the parking brake is pressed down, the brake piston is decompressed, and the brake pad brakes.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the product adopts a brand new wet brake design of pressure release braking and pressure release braking, and can regulate braking moment at a constant speed through a set speed on a long slope to replace the traditional automobile brake. When the wet brake vehicle with the service brake/parking brake and the speed-reducing function runs on the road, the braking heat can be led out of the braking chamber through the heat conduction device to be forcedly cooled, so that the abrasion of the high temperature to the braking system is reduced, the maintenance period of the braking system can be effectively prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

The wet brake 21 includes a brake housing 2, an outer end cover 15, and an inner end cover 27, the outer end cover 15 and the inner end cover 27 being provided at both ends of the brake housing 2 by the positioning pins 12. The brake housing 2 is provided with a liquid outlet 1. Sealing rings III 13 are arranged between the brake housing 2 and the outer end cover 15 and the inner end cover 27.
The inner side of the outer end cover 15 is provided with a fixed ring 14, the inner side of the fixed ring 14 is fixedly provided with a static friction plate 11, and the static friction plate 11 is provided with a dynamic friction plate 10. The inner side of the dynamic friction plate 10 is provided with a brake piston 3, and the inner side of the brake piston 3 is provided with a disc spring 4.
Two second sealing rings 9 are arranged between the brake piston 3 and the brake housing 2, so that the brake piston 3 is in sealing connection with the brake housing 2, and the brake piston 3 can move in the brake housing 2.
The outside of inner end cover 27 is provided with holding ring 5, and the inboard of dish spring 4 sets up on holding ring 5. The outside of the inner end cover 27 is provided with a wheel end connecting seat 7, and the wheel end connecting seat 7 is provided with a brake oil inlet 6. A first sealing ring 8 is arranged between the wheel end connecting seat 7 and the inner end cover 27.
