Background
The air preheater is a heat exchanger for preparing fresh air participating in boiler combustion and hot waste flue gas exhausted after boiler combustion, and uses the heat of the flue gas exhausted by the boiler to preheat the air fed into the boiler for combustion-supporting, so that the fuel is easy to catch fire and the combustion is stable. Meanwhile, the heat loss of the exhaust smoke is reduced, the heat is recycled, and the energy-saving device is one of the most important energy-saving devices.
The air leakage rate of the air preheater is one of important indexes for measuring the efficiency of the boiler, and the excessively high air leakage rate means that excessive hot air is discharged along with flue gas without entering a hearth to participate in combustion, so that the heat loss is large. Meanwhile, the flue gas flow of the induced draft fan is increased, the invalid output of the induced draft fan is increased, and the plant power consumption rate is increased. The air leakage rate is generally controlled within 3%, when the air leakage rate of the air preheater reaches 15%, the output of an induced draft fan is insufficient, the load capacity of a boiler is influenced, and the power generation capacity of the whole set of unit is reduced. Therefore, the air leakage treatment of the boiler air preheater is directly related to the heat efficiency of the boiler, the power generation capacity of the whole set of unit and the energy consumption level of a power plant.
Because the designed and used air preheater pipe has poor wear resistance and large replacement amount, in order to reduce the maintenance cost and ensure the stable operation of a unit and change the conventional maintenance process for replacing the whole pipeline, a leakage stoppage lining coated with a dilute phase wear-resistant material is developed as shown in figures 2 and 3, and how to realize the disassembly and assembly of the leakage stoppage lining from pipe boxes on two sides is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the handle 1 comprises a trigger 11 and a limit clip 12, the trigger 11 is connected to the transmission rope 2, the limit clip 12 is connected to the handle 1 at the rear side of the trigger 11, and the limit clip 12 is matched with the trigger 11 and comprises two working positions of clamping or releasing. The design of the handle is similar to that of a hand brake of a bicycle, one end of the transmission rope is fixedly connected to the handle through threads by an outer sleeve, and the length and the tightness can be adjusted. The transmission rope is connected with the trigger through the cylinder at the front end of the handle, and the handle is provided with a limiting clamp for limiting the clamping or loosening of the trigger.

The other end of the inner cylinder is welded with a limiting plug, the limiting plug is fixed with an outer sleeve connected with the transmission rope through threads and is adjustable, and the transmission rope penetrates through the inner cylinder. The other part is a sliding positioning ring which is made of two 10mm wide circular rings, and the two rings are respectively welded at the two ends of the inner cylinder by connecting sheets, have the distance of 200mm and are concentric with the inner cylinder. The guide cylinder has the following functions: a. fixing the clamp-type fixture; b. the transmission rope penetrates through the transmission rope; c. the fixture is kept to move concentrically with the air preheater tube all the time during operation.

The clamp-type fixture has the function of stably and easily clamping the plugging gasket, so that the plugging gasket does not fall off or skew when moving in the air preheater tube. In the embodiment of the invention, the head of the clamp of the pincer-shaped clamp is designed into a groove with the width of 10.5mm and the height of 10mm, and the head is just clamped in the grooves of the spring steel bands at the two sides of the plugging lining, so that the head does not shake back and forth and left and right. The width of the clamp body of the clamp-shaped clamp is less than 53mm of the inner diameter of the air preheater tube, and the clamp body is designed to be 50mm through tests. The length of each force arm and the selection of the supporting spring can reach the length and the elasticity which can be easily clamped and loosened through tests.
