Abstract
The invention provides a workpiece processing mechanism, a polishing device and a polisher, wherein the workpiece processing mechanism comprises: a rotating member rotatably provided around a predetermined axis, the rotating member having a mounting surface perpendicular to the predetermined axis; the working part is arranged on the mounting surface and is provided with a working head for processing a workpiece, and the axis of the working head is parallel to the mounting surface so as to drive the working part to rotate through the rotating part, so that the axis of the working head rotates in a plane parallel to the mounting surface. The workpiece processing mechanism solves the problem of lower polishing efficiency of the polishing machine in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a workpiece processing mechanism, a polishing device and a polisher.
Background
The existing grinding machine is poor in flexibility, when a workpiece is ground, the grinding angle is limited, the workpiece is difficult to grind in an omnibearing manner, and the problem that the local area of the workpiece cannot be ground easily occurs. In addition, in order to polish all parts of the workpiece, the angle of the workpiece needs to be frequently adjusted in the polishing process, so that the polishing efficiency of the workpiece is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a workpiece processing mechanism, a polishing device and a polishing machine, so as to solve the problem of low polishing efficiency of the polishing machine in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a workpiece processing mechanism, comprising: a rotating member 1, the rotating member 1 being rotatably provided around a predetermined axis, the rotating member 1 having a mounting surface perpendicular to the predetermined axis; a working member 2, the working member 2 being mounted on a mounting surface, the working member 2 having a working head 21 for working a workpiece, an axis of the working head 21 being parallel to the mounting surface, to rotate the working member 2 by the rotating member 1 so that the axis of the working head 21 rotates in a plane parallel to the mounting surface.
The workpiece processing mechanism comprises a rotary part 1, wherein the rotary part 1 is rotatably arranged around a preset axis, and the rotary part 1 is provided with a mounting surface perpendicular to the preset axis; a working member 2, the working member 2 being mounted on a mounting surface, the working member 2 having a working head 21 for working a workpiece, an axis of the working head 21 being parallel to the mounting surface, to rotate the working member 2 by the rotating member 1 so that the axis of the working head 21 rotates in a plane parallel to the mounting surface. When being applied to grinding device, work head 21 is the grinding head, drives the grinding head through rotating member 1 and rotates, can increase the movable angle of grinding head effectively to polish the work piece all-round, avoid appearing the local regional condition of polishing of work piece, need not frequently adjust the angle of work piece, improved the efficiency of polishing to the work piece.
In the present embodiment, the center line of the working head 21 is different from the predetermined axis. I.e. the working head 21 is arranged eccentrically with respect to the rotating member 1, so that when the rotating member 1 drives the working head 21 to rotate, the working head 21 can move in a plane parallel to the mounting surface to adapt to the machining requirements of the workpiece.
Specifically, the number of the working members 2 is two, the two working members 2 are arranged at intervals, and the axes of the working heads 21 of the two working members 2 are arranged parallel to each other. The kinds of the two working members 2 may be selected as needed to perform various kinds of processing on the workpiece at one time.

Specifically, the driving part 3 includes: a first drive source 31; a first drive gear 32, the first drive gear 32 being connected to an output shaft of the first drive source 31; and a second driving gear 33, the second driving gear 33 being connected to the rotary member 1, the second driving gear 33 being meshed with the first driving gear 32 to rotate the rotary member 1 by the first driving source 31 through transmission of the first driving gear 32 and the second driving gear 33.
On the basis of this, the driving part 3 further comprises: and a transmission 34, an input end of the transmission 34 is connected to the first driving source 31, and an output end of the transmission 34 is connected to the first driving gear 32 to connect the first driving gear 32 to an output shaft of the first driving source 31 through the transmission 34. By using the gear transmission plus speed change device 34, the rotational speed of the rotary member 1 can be effectively controlled, and the rotational speed of the rotary member 1 can be conveniently controlled by changing the transmission ratio of the first drive gear 32 to the second drive gear 33.
In order to ensure the smooth rotation of the rotating part 1, the rotating part 1 is provided with a flange 11, and the flange 11 is at least part of an annular structure; the workpiece processing mechanism further includes a support 4, and the support 4 is provided with a support portion 41, and the support portion 41 is in contact with the flange 11 so that the support 4 supports the rotating member 1 via the support portion 41 and the flange 11.
Specifically, the lubricant 6 is interposed between the support 41 and the flange 11. Preferably, the lubricant 6 is a bearing.
Further, the workpiece processing mechanism further includes a lock member 5, at least part of the lock member 5 being movably provided to lock the rotating member 1 by bringing at least part of the lock member 5 into contact with the rotating member 1.
Specifically, the workpiece processing mechanism further includes a support 4, and the lock 5 includes: a second drive source 51; a push rod 52, one end of the push rod 52 is connected with the output end of the second driving source 51; a locking part 53, the locking part 53 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the pushing rod; an elastic member 54, the elastic member 54 being in contact with both the push rod 52 and the support 4; wherein the locking member 5 has a locked state and an unlocked state, and when the locking member 5 is in the locked state, the elastic member 54 drives the push rod 52 to move so that the locking portion 53 contacts the rotating member 1 to lock the rotating member 1; when the locker 5 is in the unlocked state, the second driving source 51 drives the push lever 52 to move to separate the locking part 53 from the rotary member 1.
In this embodiment, the working part 2 is connected to an external power source via a drag chain, the work piece processing mechanism further comprising a drag chain guide part 7, the drag chain guide part 7 having a guide cavity in which at least part of the drag chain is movably mounted. Preferably, the guide cavity is arranged in a direction parallel to the mounting surface.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a polishing apparatus comprising a workpiece processing mechanism, the workpiece processing mechanism being the workpiece processing mechanism described above; wherein, work head 21 is the head of polishing, and work part 2 still includes motor 22 of polishing, and motor 22's output shaft is connected with the head of polishing to drive the head rotation of polishing through motor 22 of polishing.
Preferably, the number of the working parts 2 is two, wherein the polishing head of one working part 2 is a polishing wheel, and the polishing head of the other working part 2 is an electric spindle.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sander comprising a sanding device and a feeding device, wherein the sanding device is the above-described sanding device; the feeding device is provided with a clamping part for clamping the workpiece, and further comprises an X-axis driving part, a Y-axis driving part and a Z-axis driving part which are all in driving connection with the clamping part so as to drive the clamping part and the workpiece to move in a three-dimensional space.

the workpiece processing mechanism further comprises a locking member (5), at least part of the locking member (5) being movably arranged to lock the rotating member (1) by bringing at least part of the locking member (5) into contact with the rotating member (1);
the work piece processing means further comprises a support (4), the locking member (5) comprising:
a second drive source (51);
a push rod (52), wherein one end of the push rod (52) is connected with the output end of the second driving source (51);
a locking part (53), wherein the locking part (53) is fixedly arranged at the other end of the pushing rod;
an elastic member (54), the elastic member (54) being in contact with both the push rod (52) and the support member (4);
wherein the locking member (5) has a locked state and an unlocked state, and when the locking member (5) is in the locked state, the elastic member (54) drives the push rod (52) to move so that the locking portion (53) is in contact with the rotating member (1) to lock the rotating member (1); when the locking member (5) is in the unlocked state, the second driving source (51) drives the push lever (52) to move to separate the locking portion (53) from the rotary member (1).
2. The workpiece processing mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that a center line of the working head (21) is out of plane with the predetermined axis.
