Description

Blade spraying protection clamp and blade spraying protection method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spraying protection of aviation turbine blades, in particular to a blade spraying protection clamp. In addition, the invention also relates to a blade spraying protection method comprising the blade spraying protection clamp.
Background
In the thermal spraying process, the protection of parts before spraying and the cleaning after finishing spraying are important links, and the links consume the most time and labor. For example, a wear-resistant coating is required to be sprayed on the tip shroud part of a turbine working blade of a certain type, and the other parts of the blade cannot have excess materials in the spraying process and need to be protected. Due to the particularity of spraying, after the spraying is finished, the adjacent area of the blade shroud is attached with some residual coatings, so that the adjacent area of the blade shroud needs to be cleaned before delivery of parts. Therefore, the surface coating of the part is damaged due to improper cleaning, so that a perfect protection mode is needed to reduce the generation of residual coating.
The hot spraying protection method comprises the methods of clamp protection, conventional adhesive tape protection, protective paint coating and the like. However, each method has certain disadvantages, such as the adhesive tape is not firmly attached, and is easy to damage during sand blowing or spraying; the problems that a coating is easy to bridge with a tool and the coating is easy to damage when a part is taken out exist in the protection of a fixed tool; the paint spraying protection has limitations, and the paint is difficult to clean thoroughly after being coated. The conventional protective adhesive tape is imported from foreign countries and is expensive, and the consumption of the adhesive tape is huge for parts with large sizes and large quantities, so that the spraying cost is increased.
The spraying of chromium carbide/nickel chromium coatings on the tip shroud of certain engine turbine blades has several difficulties: 1) the spraying surface of the leaf crown part is small, and in addition, the upper surfaces of the leaf bodies and citron plates of certain machine types have aluminized layers, so that the spraying transition area is small and the protection is difficult. 2) The existing protective tool and the adhesive tape are adopted for protection, the grate teeth of the citron plates cannot be effectively protected, redundant coatings exist on the citron plates and the grate teeth after spraying, manual polishing is needed for removing the coatings, the workload is large, the efficiency is low, and the risk of damaging the aluminized layer of the blade exists.

The two opposite free ends of the push plate slide in the sliding grooves by the force applied by the driving part 42, preferably, the driving part 42 includes a screw rod for pushing the push plate 41 to move relative to the main frame 21, a nut sleeve is connected with the screw rod and drives the screw rod to move and drive the push plate 41 to slide, the nut sleeve is fixed on the main frame 21 by a support, the nut sleeve is connected with a torsion bar by a screw, the torsion bar is rotated to link the push plate 41 to move, when the torsion bar rotates to a specified position, that is, the push plate 41 drives the blade to move to a blade crown part of the blade 1 to be compressed with the cement in the slider 3, and the slider 3 and the blade 1 are positioned by the locking.
In this embodiment, the surface of the main frame 21 and/or the push plate 41 is provided with a protective layer for preventing interaction with the surface of the blade 1 to protect the surface of the blade 1. The protective layer is at least one of a flexible layer, an elastic layer and a grid layer. The protective layer is at least one of a fiber layer, a rubber layer and a plastic layer. The protective layer is arranged to protect the contact surface of the main frame 21 and the blade 1, protect the contact surface of the push plate 41 and the blade 1, and avoid the damage of acting force on the blade 1. Friction between the main frame 21 and the blade 1, the protection push plate 41 and the blade 1 is further increased, thereby preventing the blade 1 from sliding.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the plurality of blades 1 includes 2 to 12 blades 1. The blade spraying protection anchor clamps of this embodiment can satisfy 1 spraying protection of a plurality of blades simultaneously, and blade spraying protection anchor clamps among the prior art are all for handling a blade 1, and machining efficiency is lower to also relatively poor to the protective effect of complicated profile. The use of the sliding blocks 3 and the mastic is not limited to the turbine rotor blades 1 of the present application, and other hole or groove parts with complex profiles are also suitable.
According to another aspect of the invention, a blade spraying protection method is provided, which is used for processing a blade 1, and comprises the blade spraying protection fixture, the sliding block 3 in the blade spraying protection fixture is taken out, the blade model of the blade 1 is utilized to fill the daub in the notch of the sliding block 3, the blade model is removed, the sliding block 3 with the daub is heated and solidified, and then is fixedly connected to the frame body 2; adjusting a pushing piece 4 to install and preliminarily position the blade 1 on the frame body 2, and inserting the blade crown part of the blade 1 on the plaster; the pushing piece 4 is driven by external force to axially clamp and fix the sliding block 3 and the blade 1, and the blade shroud part of the blade 1 is completely inserted into the mortar and protected by the mortar; and adjusting the frame body 2 to clamp and fix the profile of the blade 1 and spray the spraying area of the blade 1.
