A mammary abscess puncture indwelling device is characterized by comprising a needle core part, a drainage part and a function selection part which are sequentially sleeved, wherein the needle core part comprises an indwelling tube and a puncture needle which is detachably sleeved in the indwelling tube; the indwelling tube comprises an inner layer tube and an outer layer tube sleeved outside the inner layer tube, wherein a plurality of first through holes are uniformly arranged on the inner layer tube, a plurality of second through holes are uniformly arranged on the outer layer tube, the first through holes are communicated with the second through holes, and the length of the outer layer tube is shorter than that of the inner layer tube; the lower end position of the outer layer pipe is provided with an annular air bag surrounding the outer layer pipe, the annular air bag is communicated with an air pipe, an inflation valve is arranged on the air pipe, and the air pipe is connected with an inflation device; a drainage part is fixedly communicated with the lower part of the inner-layer pipe, the drainage part is a drainage hose, the function selection part comprises a shell, a circular cavity is arranged in the shell, a scraper blade is connected in the circular cavity in a sealing and rotating mode, and the circular cavity is divided into a flushing cavity and a negative pressure cavity by the scraper blade; a rotating rod is arranged in the middle of the scraper, the lower end of the rotating rod is rotatably connected with the lower end face of the shell, the upper end of the rotating rod penetrates through the upper end face of the shell and is connected with a rotating device, a circulating pipe is arranged on one side of the shell, and one end of the drainage hose is sleeved with the circulating pipe in the shell; the shell is provided with a negative pressure connecting pipe and a flushing connecting pipe on two sides of the flow pipe respectively, the negative pressure connecting pipe is connected to a pus storage tank through a negative pressure air valve and an air pipe, and the pus storage tank is connected with a negative pressure center or a negative pressure ball; the flushing connecting pipe is connected with a venous transfusion storage bottle through a hose and a venous transfusion pump; the inner layer pipe is respectively provided with an upper limiting ring and a lower limiting ring at the upper end and the lower end of the outer layer pipe, and the outer layer pipe is sleeved with the upper limiting ring and the lower limiting ring.

The mammary abscess puncture indwelling device of claim 1, wherein a rotary disc is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the inner tube below the lower limiting ring, and the periphery of the rotary disc is hexagonal; the outer side of the lower tail end of the outer layer pipe is fixedly provided with a holding part, and the periphery of the holding part is round, square or hexagonal.
