Abstract
本公开是关于一种网络配置方法、网络测量方法及装置。该方法包括:接收用户设备发送的随机接入请求;向用户设备发送无线资源控制连接重配置信令,所述无线资源控制连接重配置信令携带有预设的第一速度门限值;所述第一速度门限值用于指示用户设备在速度低于第一速度门限值时,对相邻的公共长期演进LTE网络的小区进行小区测量。本公开可以改进用户设备的网络配置信息和小区测量方式,以便提高小区切换的成功率。
