In one possible example, the first station obtaining an ad hoc spectrum query response to the ad hoc spectrum query request includes: the first station detects the current spectrum situation through a spectrum detection module of the station, and generates the self-networking spectrum inquiry response according to the detected spectrum situation; or, the first site detects whether the history of the response information exists; if yes, acquiring the self-networking spectrum query response acquired by a spectrum detection module in the history record; if not, detecting the current spectrum situation through a spectrum detection module of the station, and generating the self-networking spectrum inquiry response according to the detected spectrum situation.
In one possible example, before the first station receives the ad hoc network spectrum query request sent by the first terminal, the method further includes: the first site sends a first ad hoc network frequency domain resource reporting instruction to the first terminal; and the first station receives the frequency domain resource reporting instruction of the first terminal according to the frequency domain resource reporting instruction and reports the first Ad hoc network frequency domain resource.
In one possible example, the resource description information includes spectrum information including at least one of a frequency, a channel, power corresponding to the frequency, power corresponding to the channel, power spectral density corresponding to the frequency, and power spectral density corresponding to the frequency.
In one possible example, the resource description information includes spectrum recommendation information, and the first station obtaining an ad hoc network spectrum query response to the ad hoc network spectrum query request includes: the first station acquires the spectrum conditions in the station signal coverage range; the first station screens out at least one target frequency or target channel meeting preset conditions according to the frequency spectrum condition; and the first station generates the frequency spectrum recommendation information according to the target frequency or the target channel.
In one possible example, after the first station transmits the ad hoc network spectrum query response to the first terminal, the method further includes: and the first station sequentially acquires the resource description information of at least one terminal in the first ad hoc network according to a preset period.
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, it can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, a first site firstly receives an ad hoc network spectrum query request sent by a first terminal, secondly obtains an ad hoc network spectrum query response for the ad hoc network spectrum query request, where the ad hoc network spectrum query response includes resource description information of an ad hoc network transmission resource within a signal coverage area of the first site maintained by the first site, and finally sends the ad hoc network spectrum query response to the first terminal, so that the first terminal determines a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, creates the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, and communicates with the at least one other terminal by using the first transmission resource of the first ad hoc network. Therefore, the site can consult the ad hoc network spectrum condition aiming at the terminal, and send the ad hoc network spectrum condition to the terminal to determine the transmission resources of the ad hoc network, so that the terminal can perform ad hoc network communication with other terminals based on the transmission resources of the ad hoc network, communication interference is avoided, and the stability of communication between the terminals is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, as shown in the foregoing schematic structural diagram of a first terminal 400 according to the embodiment of fig. 2, as shown in the foregoing fig. 4, the first terminal 400 includes an application processor 410, a memory 420, a communication interface 430, and one or more programs 421, where the one or more programs 421 are stored in the foregoing memory 420 and configured to be executed by the foregoing application processor 410, and the one or more programs 421 include instructions for executing the following steps;
sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range;
receiving an ad hoc network spectrum query response from the first station, wherein the ad hoc network spectrum query response comprises resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources in a signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station;
determining a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, and creating the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal;
and communicating with the at least one other terminal by using the first transmission resource of the first ad hoc network.
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, a terminal first sends an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in a signal coverage area, then receives an ad hoc network spectrum query response from the first station, where the ad hoc network spectrum query response includes resource description information of an ad hoc network transmission resource in the signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station, then determines a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, creates the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, and finally communicates with the at least one other terminal by using the first transmission resource of the first ad hoc network. Therefore, the terminal can perform the ad hoc network communication with other terminals by consulting the ad hoc network spectrum conditions to the site and determining the transmission resources of the ad hoc network based on the ad hoc network spectrum conditions sent to the site, so that the communication interference is avoided, and the communication stability is improved.
In one possible example, in the aspect of determining the first transmission resource for creating the first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, and creating the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, the instructions of the one or more programs 421 are specifically configured to perform the following steps: broadcasting the resource description information to the at least one other terminal; establishing a communication link with the at least one other terminal according to the resource description information; and communicate with the at least one other terminal via the communication link.
In one possible example, in the aspect of determining the first transmission resource for creating the first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, and creating the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, the instructions of the one or more programs 421 are specifically configured to perform the following steps: when the communication link quality of the first terminal for communicating with the at least one other terminal is detected to be smaller than a preset quality, sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in a signal coverage range; or when detecting that the quality parameter of a communication link between the first terminal and the at least one other terminal is lower than the parameter threshold of the current communication requirement, sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range; or sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range according to a preset time interval.
In one possible example, the resource description information includes at least one of spectrum information and spectrum recommendation information.
In one possible example, where the resource description information includes spectrum information, the determining, according to the resource description information, a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network, and creating the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, the instructions of the one or more programs 421 are specifically configured to perform the steps of: screening out communication frequency or communication channel with interference less than preset interference or occupation less than preset occupation from the resource description information; and creating the first ad hoc network with the at least one other terminal by using the selected communication frequency or communication channel.
In one possible example, where the resource description information includes spectrum recommendation information, the determining, according to the resource description information, a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network, and creating the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, the instructions of the one or more programs 421 are specifically configured to perform the following steps: identifying a recommendation frequency or a recommendation channel in the spectrum recommendation information; the first ad hoc network is created with the at least one other terminal using the recommended frequency or recommended channel.
Referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of a first station 500 according to the embodiment of fig. 2, as shown in the fig. 5, the first station 500 includes an application processor 510, a memory 520, a communication interface 530, and one or more programs 521, where the one or more programs 521 are stored in the memory 520 and configured to be executed by the application processor 510, and the one or more programs 521 include instructions for performing the following steps;
receiving an ad hoc network spectrum query request sent by the first terminal;
acquiring an ad hoc network spectrum query response aiming at the ad hoc network spectrum query request, wherein the ad hoc network spectrum query response comprises resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources in a signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station;
and sending the ad hoc network spectrum query response to the first terminal so that the first terminal can determine a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, create the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, and communicate with the at least one other terminal by using the first transmission resource of the first ad hoc network.

In one possible example, in terms of the obtaining an ad hoc network spectrum query response to the ad hoc network spectrum query request, the instructions of the one or more programs 521 are specifically configured to perform the steps of detecting, by a spectrum detection module of the site, a current spectrum situation, and generating the ad hoc network spectrum query response according to the detected spectrum situation; or detecting whether a history of the response information exists; if yes, acquiring the self-networking spectrum query response acquired by a spectrum detection module in the history record; if not, detecting the current spectrum situation through a spectrum detection module of the station, and generating the self-networking spectrum inquiry response according to the detected spectrum situation.
In one possible example, the resource description information includes spectrum information including at least one of a frequency, a channel, power corresponding to the frequency, power corresponding to the channel, power spectral density corresponding to the frequency, and power spectral density corresponding to the frequency.
In one possible example, in the aspect that the resource description information includes spectrum recommendation information, the acquiring an ad hoc network spectrum query response to the ad hoc network spectrum query request, the instructions of the one or more programs 521 are specifically configured to perform the following steps to acquire a spectrum situation within the station signal coverage area; screening at least one target frequency or target channel meeting preset conditions according to the frequency spectrum condition; and generating the frequency spectrum recommendation information according to the target frequency or the target channel.
In one possible example, after sending the ad hoc spectrum query response to the first terminal, the one or more programs 521 further include instructions for: and sequentially acquiring the resource description information of at least one terminal in the first ad hoc network according to a preset period.
In accordance with the above-described embodiment 3, fig. 6 is a functional unit block diagram of a communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and the communication apparatus 600 is applied to the first terminal shown in fig. 1, and includes a processing unit 601 and a communication unit 602, wherein,
the processing unit 601 sends an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage area, and transmits the request signal through the communication unit 602, where the first time node is before a second time node, the second time node is a time node of a certificate checking operation of the first APP, and the first APP is an APP in the at least one APP; and the communication unit 602 is configured to send a preset data grabbing signaling to the first station, where the data grabbing signaling carries a data grabbing function, and the data grabbing signaling is configured to instruct the first station to add a preset data grabbing function to a target position of a source program of the first APP, where the target position is a position of a function for implementing data transmission and/or data writing in the source program; and for sending, by the communication unit 602, a resume operation request to the first station, the resume operation request being for instructing the first station to: capturing at least one plaintext data of the first APP by operating the data capturing function in the process of recovering to operate the first APP, transmitting the at least one plaintext data back to the first terminal, and calling a primitive function of the target position to continue to execute; and is configured to receive at least one plaintext data from the first site via the communication unit 602 and detect the at least one plaintext data to obtain a communication result.
The apparatus 600 may further comprise a storage unit 603 for storing program code and data of the electronic device. The processing unit 601 may be a processor, the communication unit 602 may be an internal communication interface, and the storage unit 603 may be a memory.
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, a terminal first sends an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in a signal coverage area, then receives an ad hoc network spectrum query response from the first station, where the ad hoc network spectrum query response includes resource description information of an ad hoc network transmission resource in the signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station, then determines a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, creates the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, and finally communicates with the at least one other terminal by using the first transmission resource of the first ad hoc network. Therefore, the terminal can perform the ad hoc network communication with other terminals by consulting the ad hoc network spectrum conditions to the site and determining the transmission resources of the ad hoc network based on the ad hoc network spectrum conditions sent to the site, so that the communication interference is avoided, and the communication stability is improved.
In one possible example, the determining, according to the resource description information, a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network, and creating the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, where the processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: broadcasting the resource description information to the at least one other terminal; establishing a communication link with the at least one other terminal according to the resource description information; and communicate with the at least one other terminal via the communication link.
In one possible example, in terms of the sending of the ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage area, the processing unit 601 is specifically configured to: when the communication link quality of the first terminal for communicating with the at least one other terminal is detected to be smaller than a preset quality, sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in a signal coverage range; or when detecting that the quality parameter of a communication link between the first terminal and the at least one other terminal is lower than the parameter threshold of the current communication requirement, sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range; or sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range according to a preset time interval.
In one possible example, the resource description information includes at least one of spectrum information and spectrum recommendation information.

Fig. 7 is a block diagram showing functional units of another communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a first station as shown in fig. 1, including a processing unit 701 and a communication unit 702, wherein,
the processing unit 701 is configured to receive an ad hoc network spectrum query request sent by the first terminal, transmit the request signal through the communication unit 702, and obtain an ad hoc network spectrum query response for the ad hoc network spectrum query request, where the ad hoc network spectrum query response includes resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources in a signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station; and sending the ad hoc network spectrum query response to the first terminal so that the first terminal can determine a first transmission resource for creating a first ad hoc network according to the resource description information, create the first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal, and communicate with the at least one other terminal by using the first transmission resource of the first ad hoc network.
The apparatus 700 may further comprise a storage unit 703 for storing program code and data of the electronic device. The processing unit 701 may be a processor, the communication unit 702 may be an internal communication interface, and the storage unit 703 may be a memory.

In one possible example, the resource description information includes spectrum information including at least one of a frequency, a channel, power corresponding to the frequency, power corresponding to the channel, power spectral density corresponding to the frequency, and power spectral density corresponding to the frequency.
In one possible example, in that the resource description information includes spectrum recommendation information, the obtaining an ad hoc network spectrum query response to the ad hoc network spectrum query request, the processing unit 701 is specifically configured to: acquiring the spectrum condition in the station signal coverage area; screening at least one target frequency or target channel meeting preset conditions according to the frequency spectrum condition; and generating the frequency spectrum recommendation information according to the target frequency or the target channel.
In one possible example, in that the resource description information includes spectrum recommendation information, the obtaining an ad hoc network spectrum query response to the ad hoc network spectrum query request, the processing unit 701 is specifically configured to: acquiring the spectrum condition in the station signal coverage area; screening at least one target frequency or target channel meeting preset conditions according to the frequency spectrum condition; and generating the frequency spectrum recommendation information according to the target frequency or the target channel.
In one possible example, the processing unit 701 is further configured to: and after the ad hoc network spectrum query response is sent to the first terminal, sequentially acquiring resource description information of at least one terminal in the first ad hoc network according to a preset period.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enabling a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments, and the computer comprises an electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform part or all of the steps of any one of the methods as recited in the method embodiments. Claims (10)

1. A communication method, applied to a first terminal in an ad hoc network transmission resource management system, the ad hoc network transmission resource management system including the first terminal and at least one station, the first terminal being communicatively connected to a first station of the at least one station, the method comprising:
Sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range;
receiving an ad hoc network spectrum query response from the first station, wherein the ad hoc network spectrum query response comprises resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources in a signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station;
when the resource description information comprises spectrum information, screening out target communication frequency or target communication channel with interference less than preset interference or occupation less than preset occupation from the resource description information, wherein the spectrum information refers to resource information which is not screened by the first station; and creating a first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel;
communicating with the at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel of the first ad hoc network;
when the first terminal and the at least one other terminal play a game in the first ad hoc network, acquiring a frequency domain resource reporting instruction of the first ad hoc network, which is sent by the first site;
responding to the frequency domain resource reporting instruction, and reporting the first ad hoc network frequency domain resource sequentially with the at least one other terminal according to a preset reporting period and a reporting queue sequence, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
When a second terminal exits a game or exits the first ad hoc network, acquiring a terminal sequence of the first ad hoc network sent by the first station, and determining a resource occupation state according to the terminal sequence, wherein the second terminal belongs to the at least one other terminal, and the reporting period of the second terminal is a period before the reporting period of the first terminal;
and reporting the first Ad hoc network frequency domain resource according to the resource occupation state.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the resource description information comprises frequency spectrum recommendation information, identifying recommendation frequency or recommendation channel in the frequency spectrum recommendation information, wherein the frequency spectrum recommendation information refers to resource information screened by the first site; and creating the first ad hoc network by using the recommended frequency or the recommended channel and the at least one other terminal, wherein the recommended frequency comprises a communication frequency of which the interference obtained by screening of the first station is smaller than preset interference or occupied by the first station is smaller than preset occupied, and the recommended channel comprises a communication channel of which the interference obtained by screening of the first station is smaller than preset interference or occupied by the first station is smaller than preset occupied.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said sending an ad hoc spectrum query request to said first station within signal coverage comprises:
when the communication link quality of the first terminal for communicating with the at least one other terminal is detected to be smaller than a preset quality, sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in a signal coverage range; or,
when detecting that the quality parameter of a communication link between the first terminal and the at least one other terminal is lower than the parameter threshold of the current communication requirement, sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range; or,
and sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range according to a preset time interval.
4. A communication method, applied to a first site in an ad hoc network transmission resource management system, the ad hoc network transmission resource management system including a first terminal and at least one site, the first terminal being communicatively connected to a first site of the at least one site, the method comprising:
receiving an ad hoc network spectrum query request sent by the first terminal;
Acquiring an ad hoc network spectrum query response aiming at the ad hoc network spectrum query request, wherein the ad hoc network spectrum query response comprises resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources in a signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station;
the self-networking spectrum query response is sent to the first terminal, so that when the resource description information comprises spectrum information, the first terminal screens out target communication frequency or target communication channel with interference less than preset interference or occupation less than preset occupation from the resource description information, wherein the spectrum information refers to resource information which is not screened by the first station; and the first terminal creates a first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel; and the first terminal communicates with the at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel of the first ad hoc network; when the first terminal and the at least one other terminal play a game in the first ad hoc network, acquiring a frequency domain resource reporting instruction of the first ad hoc network, which is sent by the first station; and responding to the frequency domain resource reporting instruction, and reporting the first ad hoc network frequency domain resource with the at least one other terminal according to a preset reporting period and a reporting queue sequence, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when a second terminal exits a game or exits the first ad hoc network, acquiring a terminal sequence of the first ad hoc network sent by the first station, and determining a resource occupation state according to the terminal sequence, wherein the second terminal belongs to the at least one other terminal, and the reporting period of the second terminal is a period before the reporting period of the first terminal; and reporting the first ad hoc network frequency domain resource according to the resource occupation state.
5. A communication device for a first terminal in an ad hoc network transmission resource management system comprising the first terminal and at least one station, the first terminal being in communication connection with a first station of the at least one station, the device comprising a processing unit and a communication unit, wherein,
the processing unit is used for sending an ad hoc network spectrum query request to the first station in the signal coverage range; and receiving, by the communication unit, an ad hoc network spectrum query response from the first station, the ad hoc network spectrum query response including resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources within a signal coverage area of the first station maintained by the first station; and when the resource description information comprises spectrum information, screening out target communication frequency or target communication channel with interference less than preset interference or occupation less than preset occupation from the resource description information, wherein the spectrum information refers to resource information which is not screened by the first station; and creating a first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel; and for communicating with the at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel of the first ad hoc network; when the first terminal and the at least one other terminal play a game in the first ad hoc network, acquiring a frequency domain resource reporting instruction of the first ad hoc network, which is sent by the first site; responding to the frequency domain resource reporting instruction, and reporting the first ad hoc network frequency domain resource sequentially with the at least one other terminal according to a preset reporting period and a reporting queue sequence, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when a second terminal exits a game or exits the first ad hoc network, acquiring a terminal sequence of the first ad hoc network sent by the first station, and determining a resource occupation state according to the terminal sequence, wherein the second terminal belongs to the at least one other terminal, and the reporting period of the second terminal is a period before the reporting period of the first terminal; and reporting the first Ad hoc network frequency domain resource according to the resource occupation state.

A communication device for a first station in an ad hoc network transmission resource management system comprising a first terminal and at least one station, the first terminal being in communication connection with a first station of the at least one station, the device comprising a processing unit and a communication unit, wherein,
the processing unit is used for receiving an ad hoc network spectrum query request sent by the first terminal; the method comprises the steps of acquiring an ad hoc network spectrum query response aiming at the ad hoc network spectrum query request, wherein the ad hoc network spectrum query response comprises resource description information of ad hoc network transmission resources in a signal coverage area of a first station maintained by the first station; and the communication unit is used for sending the self-networking spectrum query response to the first terminal so that when the resource description information comprises spectrum information, the first terminal screens out target communication frequency or target communication channel with interference less than preset interference or occupation less than preset occupation from the resource description information, wherein the spectrum information refers to resource information which is not screened by the first station; and the first terminal creates a first ad hoc network with at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel; and the first terminal communicates with the at least one other terminal using the target communication frequency or target communication channel of the first ad hoc network; when the first terminal and the at least one other terminal play a game in the first ad hoc network, acquiring a frequency domain resource reporting instruction of the first ad hoc network, which is sent by the first station; and responding to the frequency domain resource reporting instruction, and reporting the first ad hoc network frequency domain resource with the at least one other terminal according to a preset reporting period and a reporting queue sequence, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when a second terminal exits a game or exits the first ad hoc network, acquiring a terminal sequence of the first ad hoc network sent by the first station, and determining a resource occupation state according to the terminal sequence, wherein the second terminal belongs to the at least one other terminal, and the reporting period of the second terminal is a period before the reporting period of the first terminal; and reporting the first ad hoc network frequency domain resource according to the resource occupation state.
7. An ad hoc network transmission resource management system, comprising a first terminal and at least one site, wherein the first terminal is in communication connection with a first site in the at least one site;
the first terminal being adapted to perform the steps in the method of any of claims 1 to 3;
the first station is configured to perform the steps in the method of claim 4.
8. A first terminal comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-3.
9. A first station comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of claim 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any of claims 1-4.
