In the prior art, the male end and the female end of the electrical connector are connected by using wires, which is very troublesome and has the defect of weak connection, or the male and female butt connection is adopted, such as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, which is convenient, but the terminal structure of the conventional electrical connector is carefully analyzed, it is not difficult to find that the male terminal 100 and the female terminal 200 in fig. 1 and fig. 2 are both formed with protruding shrapnel contacts 110 and 210 directly at the positions where they are contacted with each other, the shrapnel has weak elasticity, the contact tightness of the contacts 110 and 210 is poor, the electrical connection is unstable, the reliability is poor, and the improvement is necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stable female terminal and a stable male-female opposite-plug electric connector using the same, which have the advantages of simple structure, large forward force of contact of an elastic sheet contact and more stable and reliable electric connection.

The two elastic sheets 12 are perpendicular to the substrate 11, the elastic clamping opening 13 is a structure with a narrowed width relative to the slot, the elastic clamping opening 13 provides clamping force on two sides of the male terminal 2, and a specific form of the elastic clamping opening 13 is shown in the drawings, but not limited to the structure, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 3-1, the rear ends of the two elastic sheets 12 are disconnected from the substrate 11, the rear ends of the two elastic sheets 12 are close to each other to form the elastic clamping opening 13, or as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 4-1, the front ends of the two elastic sheets 12 are disconnected from the substrate 11, and the front ends of the two elastic sheets are close to each other to form the elastic clamping opening 13, and of course, the two elastic sheets 12 can be close to each other in a middle position relative to form the elastic clamping opening 13.

As shown in fig. 3 to 4-2, in the first and second embodiments, the female-end external connection portion 14 is a wire contact spring formed by bending back the rear end of the substrate 11 for electrically connecting with the external connection wire 5. In order to make the invention suitable for different products, the female end external connection part 14 of the invention can also be a welding leg formed by bending the rear end of the substrate 11 for being electrically connected with an external PCB.
In addition, the stable female terminal 1 of the present invention is also formed with barbs 16 on the substrate 11 for mounting positioning of the female terminal 1.
Application of the stabilized female terminal 1 of the present invention as shown in fig. 5 to 6-1, a stabilized male-female opposite-plug connector of the present invention includes a male terminal 2, a female terminal 1, a male-end insulating housing 4 and a female-end insulating housing 3, the male-end insulating housing 4 and the female-end insulating housing 3 each having through-going cavities 41 and 31, one ends (opposite ends) of the male-end insulating housing 4 and the female-end insulating housing 3 forming opposite-plug openings 42 and 32, and the other ends (opposite ends) forming external-plug openings 43 and 33.
The male insulating housing 4 and the female insulating housing 3 are relatively movable to be engaged with each other at positions opposite to the insertion holes 42 and 32 to complete electrical connection, or disengaged from each other to release electrical connection.
At least one male terminal 2 and one female terminal 1 are mounted in the respective cavities 41 and 31 of the male and female insulating cases 4 and 3. The male terminal 2 has a male contact 21 for butt-joint electrical connection corresponding to the butt-joint socket 42, and the male terminal 2 has a male external connection portion 22 for electrical connection of the external lead 5 or electrical connection of the PCB board corresponding to the external interface 43.

When the male insulating shell 4 and the female insulating shell 3 move to be engaged with each other, the male contact 21 of the male terminal 2 is inserted into the slot between the two elastic pieces 12 of the female terminal 1, and the elastic clamping openings 13 formed by the two elastic pieces 12 clamp two sides of the male terminal 2, so that male and female conduction is realized, the forward force of the contact is large during connection, the contact between the male terminal 2 and the female terminal 1 is more stable and reliable, and the passing current is larger.
In a preferred mode of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 7-2, the male terminal 2 has a base 23, the front end of the base 23 extends at the front edge and is turned back to form an elastic piece 24, the turned elastic piece 24 forms a male terminal contact 21 in a protruding form, the male terminal contact 21 may be a cambered surface protrusion or a planar protrusion, and a male terminal external connection portion 22 is formed at the rear end of the base 23. The male external connection portion 22 is formed by bending back the rear end of the substrate 23 to form a wire contact spring for electrically connecting the external connection wire 5, but is not limited to the illustrated structure, and in order to be suitable for different products, the male external connection portion 22 may also be bent back the rear end of the substrate 23 to form a soldering leg for electrically connecting the PCB board.
