The sampling method of the asphalt layered sampling device in the normal temperature environment in the embodiment 1 includes the following steps:
(1) inserting the sleeve sampling port shielding plate into the electric heating external sleeve along the slot, connecting a second lead of the electric heating external sleeve with a power supply, and heating the electric heating external sleeve;
(2) manually holding a first heat insulation handle of the electric heating external sleeve to insert the electric heating external sleeve into the sample retention tank, and stopping heating after the insertion depth reaches the required sampling depth so as to cool the asphalt around the electric heating external sleeve; while cooling the asphalt, the electrically heated outer sleeve is fixed at the position;
(3) after the asphalt around the electric heating external sleeve is cooled, taking out the sleeve sampling port baffle plate from the electric heating external sleeve;
(4) a first lead of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device is connected with an external power supply to heat the layered sampling tubes arranged on the base of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device;
(5) stacking layered sampling tubes, and mounting the layered sampling tubes on a hollow base of a sampling tube heating auxiliary device;
(6) manually holding a second heat insulation handle of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device, and integrally placing the heated layered sampling tube arranged on the bottom of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device into an electric heating external sleeve;
(7) aligning the sampling nozzle with a sampling port of the electric heating external sleeve, and stabbing the sampling nozzle into the asphalt outside the electric heating external sleeve through the sampling port; continuously heating the layered sampling tube, heating the asphalt around the sampling nozzle to a molten state, and allowing the molten asphalt to flow into the sampling tube through the sampling nozzle to realize layered sampling of the asphalt in the sample reserving barrel;
(8) when the samples in the layered sampling tube are accumulated to the required amount for the experiment, the layered sampling tube arranged at the bottom of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device is integrally taken out from the interior of the electric heating external sleeve, and the taken samples are labeled in a layered mode and used for detection;
(9) inserting the sleeve sampling port baffle plate into the electric heating external sleeve along the slot, sealing the sampling port, heating the electric heating external sleeve, and taking out the electric heating external sleeve from the asphalt;
(10) after the asphalt sample taken out is used for detection, the whole device can be cleaned by trichloroethylene for preparing the next sampling.

Claims (10)

1. The asphalt layered sampling device under the normal temperature environment is characterized by comprising a layered sampling tube (1), a sampling tube heating auxiliary device (2), an electric heating external sleeve (3) and a sleeve sampling port baffle plate (4), wherein one side of the tube wall of the layered sampling tube (1) is provided with a vent hole (5) and a sampling nozzle (6); the sampling tube heating auxiliary device (2) is characterized in that the main body of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device (2) is a heating rod (7), a first electric heating sheet (8) is arranged on the heating rod (7), the whole layered sampling tube (1) is detachably mounted on the bottom of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device (2), a sampling port (9) is arranged on the side surface of the electric heating external sleeve (3), the distance between adjacent sampling ports (9) is equal to the distance between adjacent sampling nozzles (6), and the sampling nozzles (6) can penetrate through the sampling ports (9); a second electric heating sheet (10) is arranged on the inner side wall of the electric heating outer sleeve (3); the sleeve sampling opening shielding plate (4) can be movably inserted into the inner side wall of the electric heating external sleeve (3) and seals the sampling opening (9), and the layered sampling tube (1) can be integrally placed into the electric heating external sleeve (3) after being installed on the bottom of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device (2).

The asphalt stratified sampling device under the normal temperature environment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stratified sampling pipe (1) is composed of a plurality of parts, each stratified sampling pipe (1) is provided with a vent hole (5) on one side and a sampling nozzle (6) on the other side, the bottom part is a solid base (11), and the diameter of the solid base (11) is equal to the inner diameter of the stratified sampling pipe (1) so as to realize the stacking of the stratified sampling pipes (1).

(3) after the asphalt around the electric heating external sleeve is cooled, taking out the sleeve sampling port baffle plate from the electric heating external sleeve;
(4) stacking the layered sampling tubes to a required sampling depth, and mounting the layered sampling tubes on a hollow base of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device;
(5) heating a layered sampling tube arranged on a base of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device;
(6) putting the heated layered sampling tube integrally arranged at the bottom of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device into an electric heating external sleeve;
(7) aligning the sampling nozzle with a sampling port of the electric heating external sleeve, and stabbing the sampling nozzle into the asphalt outside the electric heating external sleeve through the sampling port;
(8) after the samples in the layered sampling tube are accumulated to a certain degree, the layered sampling tube arranged on the bottom of the sampling tube heating auxiliary device is integrally taken out from the interior of the electric heating external sleeve, and the taken samples are labeled in a layered mode and used for detection;
(9) inserting a sleeve sampling port baffle plate into an electric heating external sleeve, heating the electric heating external sleeve, and taking the electric heating external sleeve out of asphalt;
(10) after the asphalt sample taken out is used for detection, the whole device can be cleaned by trichloroethylene for preparing the next sampling.
